I used Air Control to put in my new furnace and I love it. From my first phone call I felt I received exceptional service. These guys helped me pick the best furnace for my home, and the installers where wonderful. A must use company!

Awesome repair service! The entire process took about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes and I had power again! I had a different contractor do an estimate and he was ridiculously quoting thousands of dollars worth of work. Chris Nichols/Air Control Spokane saved me a lot of money and a huge headache! I would highly recommend this company!

We had a very difficult job at our home, and we were trying to get closed on a real estate transaction. It was extremely time sensitive, and Air Control Heating and Electric saved the day! They really pushed their schedule to fit us in and were also very affordable, even under the rushed circumstances. We appreciate their professionalism and expertise!

They were dispatched through American home shield. The tech who came out was great, but unfortunately my experience ends with Air Control unable to find the invoice or the tech notes from the visit. A new company has been assigned to help me.

I want to say that Chris and Eric were outstanding in upgrading my electrical panel. They were very knowledgeable and efficient in completing the job in a short amount of time. Air Control was very reasonable in thier bids and didn't add on any unexpected charges. Both myself and my wife were very happy with them and will be calling them in the future for any other electicals jobs we might have.

I’m so glad I chose Bill’s to get involved with my new house build. They know what there doing, solving pipe routing and venting issues in my rather complicated build with ease and a smile. A year after moving in I had a mechanical issue with one of the gas fireplaces they installed. They came out 24 hrs after I called to correct the problem.

Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Had an EC call for our furnace, the ignitor went out and it was “fixed,” told furnace looked great and wouldn’t need a service til next year. Few days later it went out again. Different person came out to fix the first guys mistakes…. Next morning wasn’t working again and then all the sudden we’re told we need a new furnace due to a crack that they just found after the 3rd time coming out...SKETCHY. We had 4 different people come out to our house, when it should have been fixed right the first time. When we asked for a bid to fix it, they never called back! While the employees were nice, we were left with a broken furnace and hefty bill! Highly suggest you use another company.

Talked to Rolland at the fair about getting a mini split. After getting quotes from a few other hvac guys we decided on air control.
Great service two guys showed up to install and one electrician to hook it up. Did a great job. Will definitely use them if needed again

Thank you, Air Control, for literally coming to our rescue last week. Having the old furnace give-out the weekend before Thanksgiving was a crisis, to say the very least. Shivering through the weekend taught us great gratitude for this comfort-generating machine that purrs away quietly in the basement, keeping us cozy and warm.

Gary was wonderful in explaining our options to my wife. I was working the day he came, which left her alone in having to make the decisions about the details. His clear explanations made the task much less intimidating and helped her to feel confident about the final choices.

A hearty thank you is warranted for your special effort expedite the work and to get the job scheduled for just two days later: THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING. I was amazed you could make this happen in such short order. Also, it was most kind of you to provide space heaters for us to use in the meantime.

Matt and your crew on installation day were amazing. We just got out of their way so they could do what they do best. Incredibly, they were in and out in just seven hours. In that short time they were able to tear out the old furnace and install the new one, as well as install central air conditioning for next summer. They were courteous and professional. I feel the quality of their work was evidenced just this morning by the inspection performed by a representative of Spokane County. He was in and out in less than twenty minutes.

Our house is warm and cozy again. Thanks to your prompt and diligent crew, we were able to enjoy that warmth on Thanksgiving Day. I feel this was truly above and beyond the call.

I can't say enough about Chris at Air Control Heating & Electric. He was here when he said he was going to be and called in advance if there was going to be a delay. He was able to get his work done while working around other contractors. He offered some alternate ideas on how we could get what we wanted accomplished during our home remodel and he did all of this a what we thought to be a very reasonable price. When you find a contractor like this, stick with them.

Ahs dispatched them to service our gas furnace as the heat and fan/air cycle wouldn't turn on. They deemed there was a bird nest in the air intake. They said they would get back to me. Yeah that never happened. 3 weeks today since they've been to my house and still no response as what the solution will be. Ended up having to call ahs to figure out what the issue was and per ahs since the issue was not covered by them the company decided it was better to no longer to contact me to see what i would like to do or how much it would cost to fix the issue. Very unprofessional with their communication.

Air Control Heating and Electric replaced both a furnace and an air conditioner in our home in the last 2 years and did a professional job on both installs. They especially had to be creative on our furnace install that was done in a tight area. They were forward thinking enough on the furnace install to suggest a new improved air conditioning coil set be installed with the furnace for a future air conditioning replacement. Sure enough the air conditioner required replacement within 9 months and that installation went smoother with the preinstalled air conditioning coils in the furnace. We are now enjoying improved heating and cooling consistency within our home with the new American Standard system that includes a variable speed fan, which works great in providing consistent flow into our upper floor, which we did not have previously. The new high efficiency equipment install delivers greater year around comfort in our home with slightly lower utility bills.

Not even sure where to begin. This company does not know how to communicate with their clients. Service for install of a/C heater - company wanted to install on the 3rd granddaughter was out of town that date so was scheduled for this Monday. Everyone knows it has been in the 90s in Spokane. Her house has been over90 with two toddlers. They informed her parts not all here so they expected them Tuesday and she would be on agenda Wednesday. No one calls no one answers the phone. How do they stay in business.

I normally don't write reviews unless the product or service is exceptionally good or bad. I decided to replace my 1993 Goodman furnace even though it was running fine but a little noisy. I figured it would probably go out soon and I also wanted to upgrade to add an UV air scrubber. I received several bids and decided to award the work to Air Control Heating mainly due to the sincerity of Chris Smallwood, their representative and the reasonable price. It was clear that Chris would closely supervise the installation crew and ensure proper installation. In fact, due to all factors I also later decided to replace the old air conditioner with a Daikin FIT system also. The new air conditioner is so much quieter than our old system as is the furnace fan. I also love the variable speed fan. The installation crew was right on time and efficiently installed all of the equipment. The crew was very friendly and courteous. All of the equipment is working efficiently and our new UV Air Scrubber works perfectly. They left the area completely clean. We were also happy with the cost. In fact, Air Control's bid was over $1, 600 lower than another bid for the same equipment (same model and brand) from another area HVAC vendor. We also received a free smart thermostat and a $750 rebate from Daikin. We were very happy with Air Control and recommend them highly to anyone.

We just had a service call today from Melvin, and we were thoroughly impressed. Melvin is very polite and efficient. I don't normally post reviews, but in consideration of how talking to Melvin felt more like a friend than your regular handyman, I was most impressed. Thank you for being such a good person as well as doing your job top-notch!

Guy showed up for diagnosis because my house is 85+ upstairs, even with the AC running all day. Told him I have a cooling problem and need to figure out how to make my upstairs more tolerable. Suggested possibly installing a second unit.

I was offered 3 options:
$3k to clean the vents and charge my AC (which they never actually tested, just assumed was low)
$5k to do the above and upgrade me to a 4.5" air filter instead of my current 1" filter
$7k to do the above and install UV filtration

I just had Stanley Steemer clean my vents for <$500 (thats an 84% cost difference!!)

They gave me a cookie cutter take my money pitch and didn't even address the actual system issues I have. I called back to ask if I could have someone else sent out who might actually recommend a proper solution and they blew me off.

I have since got other bids to completely install a piggyback system for less than they wanted just to upgrade my filtration. Still not sure how they figured cleaning my vents was gonna improve system performance by 10°+

10/10 would NOT recommend unless you're looking for someone to overcharge underdeliver

The single zone unit that they put in through SNAP hasn't worked properly since the 2nd month after it was installed. I have gotten nothing but the run around from them since they "ordered" the sensor it needs to blowhot air. I have went through this whole winter having to use a space heater to heat my top level of my split level home. After 3 weeks of calling them and being told once they heard back from their service tech they would call me back. Never hear from them I have to keep calling them. Now being told it's on back order, so no telling when they will have it fixed. They say they haven't heard from their service tech in 2 weeks, doesn't sound right.

I'm sure there are tons of requests for air conditioning installation at the beginning of the summer, but Air Control was able to schedule us just two weeks after our quote. Their installation crew was prompt and very professional, and was done with the install by early afternoon. I would use Air Control again!

I highly recommend this company they are very professional and friendly! My home had never had a furnace only old baseboard heaters the team at air control did a wonderful job designing the ductwork that needed to be added so that it didn't damage my home ! The installation was fast and they worked with my schedule! I had three other estimates from other companies and Gary was able to beat them all with providing me a top-of-the-line furnace. As a single mom it meant a lot to me to know I had someone I could completely trust that would not do wrong by me ! Also Angel assisted me with all the paper work

We were forced to use this company due to American Home Shield warranty company (also do not recommend them at all) and we have never received more terrible service and unprofessionalism. They used to be called Air Control Heating & Air Conditioning up until this year and now have re-branded and I am betting it's due to the several complaints filed against them with the BBB and lawsuits.

This is actually Brenda's husband, Lamont Worden, and I wanted to report the VERY POSITIVE experience we had over the past couple of days,
dealing with Air Control. I called their office on Thursday and by the following day, they had dispatched Don to our home. Don came at the expected time and called before his arrival. He was not only very knowledgeable and professional, but he was also kind enough to allow us to observe him while he did his diagnostic evaluation of our problem and then he took the time to explain the situation to us in a manner that we could understand and appreciate. We were VERY IMPRESSED with Don, as a great representative of his company, and we will absolutely trust Air Control with our furnace, heat pump, and air conditioning concerns in the future.
