Kyle at Northwest Ductless was fantastic to work with! Great communication throughout the whole process, project finished on budget, and the quality of work is amazing! He helped design a system for our building that is cooling quickly and efficiently (and I assume the same will be true for heating) and saved a ton over installing duct work and a furnace. Highly recommend!

Good work done on installing 2 ductless units in my home. They look great and I am very happy that they took the time to place the outdoor portion in a place that isn't seen from the deck area leaving it looking good for entertaining!

Kyle did an amazing job finding the right size mini split system for our needs while also respecting our budget (he came in at 1/3 of the cost of other quotes we received for our Mitsubishi hyper system). Very professional and thorough yet super friendly, personable and ensured the work was done to our complete satisfaction. Kyle really went above and beyond to ensure the indoor and outdoor units were perfectly placed without distracting from the look of our house/yard. Can't overemphasize how impressed I am with the work that was done...he thought of everything and made sure the units fit into our layout.

The new system is working great!!! I would highly recommend NW Ductless...in fact, I'd say make sure they are on your list of contractors when getting mini split quotes. They truly are the mini split professionals that won't rip you off or sell you things you don't need. A++++++++++

I can't give a higher rating for the work Kyle and his crew did. They submitted a good price, are a certified Mitsubishi rep, showed up on time and did a very clean install of our ductless system on two floors. I normally don't do reviews but in this case I really need to because this install was not typical from past experience.

Kyle at Northwest Ductless was extremely helpful and friendly in helping me obtain manuals even after I was up front that they were already installed and therefore there was no potential business for him. I think that this speaks a lot about how he would treat anyone he does business with!

What a great experience. Kyle is like the "Easy" button from Staples, but for mini splits! From the get go this was an easy process where everyone did what they said they were going to do without ever changing the timeline or being left in the dark. I was provided with several different programs and financing options (there is even a program that will let you finance and pay for your heat pump on your Avista bill!) and we got all that in order before my scheduled appointment. Installers were prompt and capable and it looks great. I wish everything (or anything) else could be this easy.

I certainly choose the right company to install my Mini Split unit. From the estimate, referring a electrician, to the installation was done in a very timely manor . The unit works perfectly and efficiently.

We had a great experience working with Northwest Ductless! Kyle was super responsive and quick to get us a proposal and get the install scheduled. We had the Mitsubishi mini-split installed in October and it made a HUGE difference over the winter. We were very comfortable and warm. I'm excited to get to try out the air conditioning this summer. Definitely would recommend the Northwest Ductless team to anyone that needs a ductless unit put in.

going ductless has reduced our avista bill in half and our home couldn’t be more comfortable! Their service was fast and professional from start to finish!

My background for this review is someone who has been in the commercial HVAC industry for 30 years, and used to install Mitsubishi split systems for commercial applications from the early to mid 2000's.

Having moved to a new house and wanting a split system for my bedroom, but no longer having the tools to do the install myself, I called Northwest Ductless along with 3 other companies to come out and bid the work.

Out of the other companies, Kyle was the only one who not only sized the unit properly for the space that the unit served, but walked me through every single detail on the piping installation, down to the Mitsubishi approved condensing unit stand and the condenser pad install.

The average homeowner or someone who has never installed these units may not understand how important what may seem like "small details" are for a proper installation, but fortunately, I do.

Not only did Northwest Ductless provide every detail that I asked about correctly during the bid walkthrough, but their total install price was LOWER than the other companies that came out to bid the job.

In the end, the install went perfect, and I couldn't be happier with the work that was done. Nice job Kyle.

We had a mini split unit installed about 18 months ago. They did an awesome job and protected the flooring in the house by using drip clothes and always removing their shoes!

The service after the sale is what has been most impressive. They have always been quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They even came out and proactively removed some connectors they were having issues with and reinstalled better ones. I will definitely use again!!!

NW Ductless installed a mini split system in our home a couple of years ago and it works fantastic. We have central air, but it was no where as efficient as the mini splits are. I would highly recommend NW Ductless.
