Stokes Mechanical is a great company! They are efficient and fairly priced.Jordan the owner is very knowledgeable and follows through on everything he tells you. He earned a customer for life!

We were really empresses with how quickly Jordan was able to make it to our house and it was a Saturday. He quickly figured out the issue with our furnace and fixed it. I would highly recommend Stokes Mechanical in the future as we now will definitely call them for any service or issues that arise.

Jordan at Stokes Mechanical was able to get my fireplace up and running immediately. He was at my house within the hour and had parts ordered and installed the day they arrived, just in time to have the house warm for the holidays. His communication was wonderful and even checked back in to make sure everything was running smoothly. I highly recommend using them!

Jordan was great! My furnace went out and I had a hard time finding someone who would drive out to where I live. The first company I called had me waiting two weeks and still didn’t order a new unit. Jordan was out within a couple days to replace the unit and gave me a much better quote than other places and a sense of urgency! I highly recommend!

I would love to tell people that Jordan Stokes has done a wonderful job for me at my house I own a double wide trailer I had some water damage he came in here very polite very nice gentleman put in a brand new AC for me and heater unit one thing I did notice as he cleaned up everything that's always a plus behind themselves he's very easy to talk to and will always answer any questions Plus he will ask you if you have any questions I would recommend him to everyone I know

Stokes Mech was great to work with. Had my HVAC system checked out and Jordan was honest and up front with all options. Had the unit switched out and it only took a few hours for that process. Communication was amazing and I will definitely use them again for any HVAC needs.

Jordan came out to our office during this weeks high temps and was able to get the AC blowing cold again. Fair and honest pricing. Now we have hired Stokes to keep the units at our office and home in good working order.

They got assigned to me from a home warranty. Talked to them over the phone and ran down what I troubleshot, they trusted my diagnosis, came out with a blower fan, my house heat climbed within 30 minutes of them leaving. Job well done!!

Our furnace was still unreliable after a repair by another service so we decided to try Stokes Mechanical. Jordan came out in no time and fully assessed our furnace. After discussing various options including repairing our old furnace or installing an updated furnace, we chose the later. There was no pressure or shady behavior to get us to go with the pricier option. Our new furnace was installed two days later and works perfectly. They were clean and respectful of my home. Lastly Jordan has been available for follow up questions whenever I’ve reached out after. Highly recommend!!

Jordan and Devin went above and beyond replacing my heat pump and furnace system. Very fair pricing,, timely, clean up during and after the install and most of all the work ethic was incredible. He made time to fit me in when the temps were in the 90s. Unfortunately my system was 16 years old and not repairable, however he installed a great new system that even qualified for the Tax credit. I would recommend Jordan to anyone that needs HVAC repair or replacement. His commitment to excellent customer satisfaction is stellar!!!

Just wanted to leave this review for Jordan and this Great company. Are A/C went down when the heat was bad and we needed to get it fixed immediately. Jordan came over and fixed it Super fast. He’s very reliable, knowledgeable, friendly and fair. He also installed a new thermostat. We couldn’t be more happy all the way around with the service and Jordan. Jordan at Stokes Mechanical is the best. He's down to earth and up front about what he's doing, what he needs to do and what the cost will be. He also works with manufacturers when he can, to cover what's under warranty.
The first spring we discovered our heat pump, which was a brand new Carrier unit, had an internal failure within the first year. That first repair cost us over $1500 to repair. The part was $3 and the labor and refrigerant were the rest of the cost. Carrier only covers parts, and refrigerant is not considered a part. After the repair the unit seemed to really struggle to keep our house cool. But it did the job. I prepaid Jordan to come out that next spring and check the unit to make sure it was operational for the summer. He came out and got everything running and we were happy. About a month and a half later, there was a heat wave, we turned the AC on and we couldn't get any cool air. The main board and compressor has failed. I had the company that had initially installed the unit come out and look at it. They wanted $4200 to fix the unit. We thanked them for their time, paid for the service call and sent them on their way.
I called Jordan who came right out. We determined our best option was to purchase a new Train heat pump to replace the crappy Carrier. The cost was considerable, but we couldn't justify repairing the Carrier every year to the tune of thousands a year.
Jordan helped us pick out a really nice Train heat pump, installed it and helped us get it all set up. He even threw in a better thermostat.
The Train unit barely breaks a sweat compared to the Carrier which sounded like a jet engine trying to take off every time it kicked on.

We're very happy with Jordan and Stokes Mechanical. The new unit was a considerable investment. We know it will save us money in the long run and add value to our home's property value.

The moral of the story is, don't buy a Carrier.

I have no reservations recommending Jordan and Stokes Mechanical to anyone. Your in good hands with Jordan. Our sincere thanks go out to Jordan for helping us with our dilemma.

Our AC quit working on a hot weekend we called Jordan with Stokes Mechanical after hours on a Saturday he answered right away was very helpful & thorough over the phone tried to help walk us through it & after us not being able to figure it out he came out right away and had our AC up and running within the hour. He showed up right when he said he would, was very efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend calling Stokes Mechanical!

These guys are the best! Our AC went out and we had to navigate getting it fixed through a home warranty. Stokes did an amazing job at making sure we understood what was going on and helped us every step of the way. Great communication and follow up. Our new units were installed quickly and professionally and our home was left perfectly clean (even with rain and mud outside). Everything works great and we couldn’t be any happier!

Jordan is awesome! He installed a mini split unit for me and a year later it still works like new! Really clean work, great price, very knowledgeable and responsive. The best part is he didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of crap that I don't need. Just to the point. Will use for all my HVAC needs.

We had our furnace die on a Sunday in February. They came out extremely quickly same day, gave us very reasonable advice, and had the unit replaced within 24 hours. There was no upsell, they just took care of us. Their work was extremely professional and we are so thankful for their responsive, skilled help. I would recommend them heartily.
