I've had a maintenance contract with Air Control since they installed our heat pump in 2008. It's still running strong thanks to their excellent staff of technicians. I'd rate them 5 stars! Unfortunately the past 2 - 3 years I've had to call and remind them it was pm time... something I don't think I should have to do. Regrettably I did not renew the contract after today's visit. Why renew when you don't get the services already paid for.

Can't give what they deserve, ZERO STARS.
My home owners insurance opted with this company. It took them over 1 year before they finally replaced our air conditioner. They fail to return calls, schedule appointments when they shouldn't, and even admitted that they "forgot" about us TWICE! Our new AC is 2 mo the old and is broke again. Now, after refusing to return our calls again, I had to call them just to be told they don't use our home owners insurance anymore and any services would be out of pocket. My experience with them clearly demonstrates lack of professionalism, lack of concern, and substandard services. Do yourself a favor a day look elsewhere for services.

This is the second time we've used Air Control and have great experiences in both instances. One was for a furnace issue and the latest was for an air conditioner repair. Heading into the hottest month of the year, I didn't have high hopes for quick service but the Air Control team was able to dispatch a technician and had the issues resolved the same day. I know that's not always possible, but our experience with them has been fantastic. The quality of the work was also top notch (fair price for the work completed. Not over charged). Thank you.

I've been using Air Control for 24 years,now..
And I've always had good service with everyone.
I have three house's, and they installed all my furnaces and central air-conditioning units.
If I called them,for a problem, they would ask me to try and check ,and see if the problem was resolved,to save me a service call.
I've been recommending them to all my family and friends,and other people, as well
