From my initial phone call to my last visit from Brian, my experience with this company has been awesome. Friendly and helpful, I even joined their maintenance club!

They have a new ad stating payments as low as $68 a month so I call and ask what does that get you..the gal on the phone said the ad was valad but they need to come out to mesaure etc in order to give a accurate bid. I told her I had 4 company's come out and bid and I have done a lot of research and know exactly what I need I repeated what does the $68 get me. She gave me to another person who again told me they need to set up an appointment. I again asked what the $68 a month gets me. She would not answer the question...Hummm...false advertising???? The question is pretty simple....

I had two gentlemen show up on time. One serviced furnace while the other serviced the air conditioner. Shoe covers warn inside. Felt person inside did extra cleaning steps that I have not experienced in other company services.

Blue Flame service man was friendly (petted my barking dog) efficient, quiet, the price was right, and our furnace runs very smoothly.
Added note, Blue Flame installed our furnace 17 years ago and we have never had any difficulty.

Had a furnace that was putting off Carbon Monoxide and was rusting out so needed a new one. Had a salesman out the next day to give a quote on a new system. They were able to install it the next day if I needed it but put them off a week. Steve and Luke came out and had the new system installed in 3 hours. They were very professional and courteous.

Rick did a Great Job identifying my Furnace Issues, and was very timely with the remedy.
Rick was very thorough, obtaining all my warranty items.

Rick and his team are absolutely awesome to work with. They're punctual, courteous and CLEAN! The price was extremely reasonable. These guys will be doing my HVAC as long as I live in Spokane! I consider Blue Flame top notch in work that you do, professionalism, courtesy, promptness, etc. etc. I have and always request Chris H. and Liz is usually my help at the office. They are both top notch, A plus, plus, plus. They both have the politeness and help that I needed. Chris is so good at showing me what to do as I have a husband ill and he teaches me to change filters, etc etc. Liz, as well, very nice, and so helpful to me. The people at Blue Flame are wonderful to work with. I talked with Liz on the phone about setting up another year of maintenance and she answered all of my questions. It was clear to me that she wanted to make sure everything was taken care of and that I had all the information I needed.

Al is the technician who came out and performed the annual maintenance on my furnace. He was extremely professional and took the time to talk to me about possibly upgrading the system with AC. He has been here before to work on my furnace and I always look forward to seeing him.

Quick to respond and competitive pricing. They replaced my 43 year old unit with a newer more efficient unit. Done in one day even with having to fix my chimney to be up to code. Outstanding workmanship.

Blue Flame Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new furnace, water heater tank and did a bunch of customized gas pipe work in my house and they did an amazing job! Rick and Kindy are the owners and they were very personable and hands-on with me. They walked me through the process and educated me whenever I had questions, which was nice to have since I was a new home owner with a big/overwhelming project. The crew was also very professional and respectful which is a testament to the culture of the company. Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about the company and I will be going back to them for future projects.
