Josh did a great job for us. He was very busy, but since we were without heat he fit us in and got it going. He is very knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest HVAC guy.

I have been working with Josh for a while now, and he has been handling the maintenance and repair of my mini-splits for years. This was necessary after another company installed them incorrectly. Josh is open and honest; he takes the time to explain what is happening and what needs to be fixed. In addition to my mini-splits, he has also maintained my tankless water heater and furnace.

His pricing is extremely fair, and his turnaround time is fantastic! I have dealt with several HVAC companies, but I wouldn't choose anyone other than Josh. If you need new installations or are experiencing issues due to poor installation by another company, Josh is the person you should call!

We were wanting to add a gas range and needed to hire someone to modify our residential gas line. Josh from TrueTech mechanical did a fantastic job and was very professional and courteous. He was able to reconfigure our system to support the extra demand of a gas range. It was a tricky install, but he made sure to stay late that day to finish the job so we wouldn't have to go a night without our furnace. Very pleased with the workmanship and would absolutely hire TrueTech again in the future!

I had a 1975 furnace that I had been waiting for years to replace, but didn't trust a big HVAC company to give me a fair price on a new unit. I called Josh at TrueTech and am really glad I did - he gave me a fair price and laid out multiple options for replacements. He's a super honest guy and made sure that all of my concerns and questions were answered. He went above and beyond and communicated clearly throughout the whole process, was always punctual and professional. I am more than happy with the new furnace and the job Josh did installing it. These people are very helpful! Vitaly helped me out twice. The first time was around Christmas time, he showed up the next day after my call and took care of the issue I had quickly and professionally. During construction, the team worked clearly, I was surprised by the achieved result, the finishing was done very neatly and quickly, now the heating and cooling system works exclusively, also, The real wood fireplace was installed professionally 👍👍👍 I really like it, and I'm happy that in my house always temperature what I need!

We have used Master Heating and Cooling for multiple HVAC projects the last couple years. Their communication is great and they have always been available for us whether the job was big or small. They installed a new gas furnace two years ago, just recently installed a mini split system for us, ran gas lines for bbqs and outdoor fire pits. They are always super helpful and knowledgeable. I’d definitely recommend them for any hvac related job.
