I had a great experience with them! My home wasn’t warming up even though I increased the temperature on the thermostat. I also changed the air filters. At my wit’s end, I looked through reviews for a few different HVAC businesses and took a chance with Comfortable Solutions. My call was received by Randy, a very friendly voice. Since she was aware of schedules, they were able to juggle it so they saw me within an hour. I asked the two guys (one was the owner Tom) if they wouldn’t mind wearing booties and they said no problem. I’ve had other techs be grumpy when I’ve asked. My problem was a simple fix (my flame sensor needed cleaning). Tom showed and explained what needed to be done, recommended having service done every few years, but never pushy or trying to upsell me. My bill was very reasonable. Great overall experience and I will be contacting them again when I need service done.

The best in the business! Called to make an appointment for maintenance on my AC before the heat wave set in. Got an appointment right away, called with an ETA and arrived professionally and on time. Fantastic pricing and I will be calling them back to service my HVAC in the fall. Very knowledgeable and even gave us tips and advice on how to save money and maintenance on our system. Highly recommend Tom and his crew!

The boss, the team - including electrical, and starting with who answers the phone, are all exceptional! They take the time to explain and problem solve with skill and efficiency, with you the customer in mind. I highly recommend this company for their heating and a/c expertise - I don't think you could find a better overall company and it's because of the people - I've seen their integrity and competency in going the extra mile, and backing up their work as well. They are also creative in setting up economical maintenance options that suits your needs, if you choose to utilize or not - no pressure. I have peace of mind with "Comfortable Solutions" and should you choose to go with them, I can't imagine how you could ever be disappointed!

Tom and his guys are awesome they installed a new super efficient furnace with A/C and the install was done flawlessly and his employees were very professional, explained what they were doing and made sure I knew what was going on and answered all my questions and didn’t leave a mess. I will use them for all my future HVAC needs

Tom and his guys were amazing when they came and fixed my AC unit last week! Incredibly honest and affordable. Plus, even though Tom had a jammed packed schedule, he made sure to squeeze me in at the end of his work day, because he knew I didn't want to wait 4-5 days for another company to come fix my AC unit in 100 degree heat. I would refer them in a heart beat to my family and friends. Thanks again!

Tom and his team are great! They are the only HVAC contractor we use for our tiny home builds. They are always on schedule and do excellent work!

What an awesome experience with Comfortable Solutions! Tom and his brother were a fantastic team. I called the office in the morning and spoke to Randi and told her our air conditioner died after the hottest day of the year and she was great and very helpful. She said she could put us on an overtime schedule that day or wait for an available time the next day. I told her I would wait for the next day appointment. She got me scheduled and I was thrilled all the other companies were 5 to 7 days out. I was on my way home the same day and in the early afternoon I received a call from Tom and he said he would be there within 20 minutes. He had completed his other jobs early and got us in the same day at a VERY reasonable price. He was knowledgeable and very customer service oriented, very grateful especially in today’s work environment that is lacking in customer service. I would highly recommend Comfortable Solutions.

The team at comfortable solutions does a fantastic job! We have a major fixer upper home and they installed a new HVAC system. Everything was installed correctly and looks great, even the caulking is smooth! Even though it's in construction, they cleaned up and left things the way they were. They even called when they were done and waited for us to arrive to do a final inspection. We're very impressed with their expertise, professionalism, and genuinely going the extra mile. We've had a lot of people in and out and they are one of the only companies who pays attention to details - this means A LOT as a home owner. This is our forever home and we want things to not only function well, but look seamless. No sloppy work done here! Five stars - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I called to get service and the gal, Randy, was so rude when she answered the phone that I just said forget it, and hung up. There are so many other places to call and get good customer service than talking to someone that hates her job.

I've tried many HVAC companies in the past but I've never had as great of experience as I did with Comfortable Solutions. Randy and Brian came to check on my furnace that had a very confounding issue. A lot of time was spent with tech support figuring out the correct part and how to program it but they eventually prevailed. I was worried about the cost of the time spent but I feel they were MORE than fair with me.
If this is normal operation for them, there is a reason there are so many 5-star reviews. Without a doubt, they will be the first HVAC company I call if/when I have another issue.

We bought a house that had some preexisting furnace issues. The company that had been servicing it was a large HVAC company who kept trying to fix it, said it was, but then stopped working. The quoted a very high amount to get it fixed and tried to get us to replace it. I called Comfortable Solutions to get a second opinion and I’m very happy I did. The owner came out himself and fixed it no problem, and for less money. He’s an honest guy who takes pride in his work and I will use his services for many years.

I recently had two furnaces serviced by Comfortable Solutions. The experience was great from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy and everyone I spoke with on the phone was polite and helpful in making sure we got the right services for what we needed. Randy and another young gentleman came out to do the work. Both were professional, efficient, and thorough. Everything was completed just as expected. I’d highly recommend Comfortable Solutions for anyone needing furnace maintenance or service!

Our furnace went out. A big company said we needed a full new system for thousands of dollars. LESS than an hour later CS came out, our heat was on in minutes, and only a couple hundred bucks for a replaced part. Spokane local services is always a win! Will be recommending to everyone. Thank you!
