I was having problems with my heat pump and they sent Randy and Brian to my house a few hours after I called. Randy explained so much to me and they were both so extremely nice and very informative! The lady who set up the service at the office was so nice and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Her name is Randy also. I will definitely call them again if I need their service and will spread the word how wonderful they are.

They did a new installation of a mini split system for a 2 bedroom apartment. It's quiet, extremely efficient and seems to be relatively low maintenance. Tom and his crew were easy to talk to and willing to install in locations suitable to our needs. Thanks guys!

Initially when I called I was introduced to this very nice and caring person over the phone referred to as girl Randi, and she was able to send a good couple of gentlemen out to service my furnace incredibly fast!

The two techs that showed up were boy Randy and Brian. These two were incredible to say the least! Randy is a very knowledgeable and thorough senior tech, and Brian is a fast acting tech that was able to bounce off what Randy was saying about what was going on. The price at the end of the call was extremely reasonable and was actually less than what I thought I was going to have to pay. Definitely will get my business again!

Been a good customer for 7 years and as of today 12-31-20 no longer I have waited for 3 months for him to do a yearly furnace checkup I have had him do for the last 7 years and now he is to busy and has left me to fend for myself I have two birds at home my family that require to stay warm so do my yearly furnace check along with any repairs needed I have spent a lot of money with Tim's over the years and pay him well so now I must try to find a decent honest and at one time not now kind furnace tech to do my furnace check up after waiting 3 months now for Tim very DISSAPOINTED and will not trust any longtime services again after this experience very very hurt and DISSAPOINTED

These guys are the best...had a furnace problem on Sunday night, they had it diagnosed and repaired by 10am Monday, I've used Tim's Comfort Plus for over 20 years, and hope to rely on them for another 20.
You need heating/cooling work done, these are the people to call.

Called Tim on a Tuesday at 5:30 PM , He immediately returned my call. He was out the next morning by 7:30 AM and fixed our air conditioner issue. Where do you get that kind of service?

Tim was great! He came in and it took him just a couple of minutes to figure out the problem and even drove back into town to get the piece we needed same day so that we got our heat back! I strongly recommend him and his company!

ACNW scheduled us for same day service and were here when they said they would be here. They knew what the problem was and fixed it right away. I will call them next time I need there services.

They installed two mini-splits within a single day! Impressed with their work.

Very pleased with the service we have received. They have been quick to respond and very honest. They explained everything to us and had to install a new AC unit. We were expecting a wait for them to get parts and make it back out, but they showed up a few days later and made sure everything was in working order. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for all future services.

Had ACNW come out this winter to take a look at my heater sense it stopped working. They showed up first thing in the morning and had the heater up and running in no time for a great price. Highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.

Paid 10k for new hvac and water heater. Was supposed to come back to finish the installation. It's been 3 months he never showed up the first time and didn't bring any parts the second time. I have no heat because new system shoots flames into house and my ac dosnt work freezes regularly. I have have an appointment with another company to get everything fixed.

Chad was a lifesaver during Spokane's awful heat wave at the end of June. The air conditioning went out in my Airbnb and I had suffering guests. He walked me through a few options to fix it over the phone and then came in the next day (within less than 24 hours) and had the air up and running and my rental comfortable for guests within a few hours. On time, responsive, fast, and such great customer service! Much appreciated and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
