They were awesome! After getting the run around from another (large) heating and AC company, we were given their number by a friend. So thankful we called! The tech showed up on-time and got right to work. Found out the problem was as simple as the original installer not charging the AC unit. He wS in and out in under 30 minutes and our AC is purring like a kitten while keeping the house cool. Definitely recommend this company!

We purchased our first home 2 years ago and have been saving for central AC since. Chad and his guys were prompt in getting our unit installed, we're gracious with my kiddos and animals and did an amazing overall job. Ac stopped working and it was 110+ degrees out. Chad came out after moving around other appointments and within 4 hours he had it fixed and cooling our house. I would recommend ACNW with the highest level of confidence. Professional and reasonably priced. I will only be using ACNW in the future.

Today our AC wasn’t keeping up with the 100 degree temps. I reached out to ACNW and they made a point to get to our house during a busy time of year. They even came after normal operating hours. What we thought was a total nightmare, they quickly diagnosed, and were able to repair the problem. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. My two rambunctious Labradors loved playing fetch with them. Highly recommend if you need quality Heating/cooling service.

What a relief! We recently purchased a home with central air, but it never quite worked correctly. Our AC unit could not keep up with the hot weather. They were able to fit me into there schedule the next day! They inspected our system, identified the issues, and corrected them! Very courteous and polite. They were honest and informative. From a small business owner who knows the power of a review I had to leave one for these guys.

We had the great luck of our 25 year old AC dying on us before a kick in temps, on a Thursday no less and Father’s Day weekend. We have 2 kids, a dog and 2 indoor bunnies to keep cool and they can’t just tough it out like the adults.

I came home Thursday night to my husband stressed out that quotes were $8000, it was beyond what my husband could do without the ability to buy a compressor. Another company couldn’t come until the following week. It has been a “when it rains it pours” season of life recently so this was the straw that was going to break the camels back.

ACNW came as a referral from a group that I’m in and went to first thing. I called early Friday morning and spoke with Chad who got me on their calendar for Monday afternoon. I asked him to please keep me in mind if something opened sooner. Chad actually called me a short time later and said they had a guy who could come from Coeur d’Alene and be there around 1pm that same afternoon!

Matt came and was able to troubleshoot the issue. He listened and was super respectful of my husband’s information and experience with the unit. He called Chad and they quoted us prices for 2 different units. It was just over half of what we expected and it was such a relief to pay and be done. Additionally they had a team who were able to come out the very next morning and replace the entire thing.

Matt came out to check on his team Saturday afternoon. At one point it was pouring down rain and everyone kept working. All 4 of the guys I talked with were kind, friendly and efficient and they truly saved our sanity.

I forget the name of the two young guys who came and swapped it all out but an extra THANK YOU goes to them for being willing to work on that weekend. I hope one day when it’s a rainy season of their life that some hardworking young guy comes through for them. They truly will never know how thankful I am that they were able to relieve that huge burden from my husband’s plate of costly projects and let him try to enjoy Father’s Day weekend.

I will never go anywhere other than ACNW for our HVAC needs. Chad and his guys are always knowledgeable, quick and friendly. They are always able to schedule us within a few days, if not day of. Even during busy season. This last year we had our AC and furnace go out within months of each other and ACNW made it so much less of a stressful situation for our family of 5. We book them knowing that they are going to give us the best price in town and that it is going to be done right. They truly care about their customers. I have recommended them to anyone who asks and I always will!

Arrived early after calling to verify this was ok and it was. Friendly and efficient with time management. I especially liked the text that Sam was on his way and showed a picture of him. Definitely will reccomend.

Dryer duct really needed cleaning. Service was prompt and professional. Text reminders of upcoming services also. Michael did a great job! He even climbed under my house to reconnect my loose ducting! He went above and beyond to ensure this was done correctly. I feel much safer knowing that a fire is much less likely now that it is all cleaned and back together again! Highly recommend! I will be using them soon to clean my air ducts also. I was given a very reasonable estimation. Update: I used this service again a year + later. I requested and got the same awesome technician. Excellent job.

My dryer duct was 95% blocked and Dryer Ducks fit me in and thoroughly cleaned it to the top of the roof. Michael did an extraordinary job and now I'm planning to have all the duct work done in my house. My house is 27 years old and I've never had the ducts cleaned. More than fair pricing was an added perk! I highly recommend!

I am a maintenance man and I called these guys out to give us a hand with some dryer ducts around the property and to be honest probably the best thing I've ever done great quality work and fast well worth it and Michael was incredible he was like a ninja up on that ladder .. it sounds better than a Nimble cat lol

Dryer Ducks did an amazing job! Michael C was so polite and efficient. I have lived in my house for 14 years and have never had the dryer vent cleaned. Needless to say, there was a lot of lint and a bird nest! He cleaned the duct and put in a new vent cover. I would recommend their service to anyone.

Sam from the Dryer Ducks company come to clean all of my heating and cooling ducts two days ago 6/11/2024. Sam was polite, professional and did a great job. Dry Ducks came out about 10 day prior to clean out my dryer duct. I was so pleased with the outcome of that job I asked to come back and do all of my home’s HVAC ducting. I loved the fact that they had video/pictures of the ducts before and after the cleaning. Once again Dryer Ducks exceeded expectations.

Dryer Ducks cleaned my air ducts and I was very happy with the service. The tech was on time, actually he was a little early, he explained the process, and did an amazing job. My air ducts hadn't been cleaned in over 20 years so he definitely had his work cut out for him. He showed me the before and after photos and I was able to see the difference. Great experience! Sam was very friendly and professional. He was in and out in no time and showed me a picture of the gob of "stuff" that was partially blocking our dryer vent. Very happy with the service and result!

Quick to respond and get a meeting booked. The tech was super straight forward, told me exactly what he would be looking to do, and let me know his feedback on our vents after he was done. Quick and easy work - still not sure it warrants the overall price of the service which comes out to be $400 an hour (Half hour job, amount total was just shy of $200) but the peace of mind and a clean duct is what I wanted and what I got.

Second visit from Dryer Ducks. First time out was a basic cleaning (did a great job, good value.) Second time was to pull a bird out of the dryer ducting. Went above and beyond expectations. Very professional and personable, got the critter removed and freed. Would recommend 100%

If I could give 10 stars I easily would. Shortly after Sam began working and examining my vents, two on the main floor vents had detached and one was completely unattached! He went to Home Depot for me to repair my ducts before doing any further cleaning. I can’t tell you how much of a blessing it was to have him find this and fix it. So much money was likely lost over the 10 years I owned the home, from a past home owner thinking duct tape would hold up the vent connections! I just installed a new furnace thinking it would be more efficient but not without Sam finding this issue and being so gracious to run around and fix it. I assumed he wouldn’t proceed until I remedied it myself but he went above and beyond. The whole process after, was quieter than I thought and so so clean after. It’s like he wasn’t here. He showed me photos along the way of every step and was very honest with his pricing for any extra time and labor. My first time using a duct cleaning service, but not my last. I will always refer Dryer Ducks and use them again. Top notch! Thank you!

After searching for someone to clean out my dryer duct, I found Dryer Ducks on line and contacted them. Michael from Dryer Ducks came out yesterday and did an excellent job. He was quick, professional and made sure to clean up and lint left behind on the floor from the cleaning process. He answered all my questions regarding not only the dryer vent but also the whole house duct system cleaning process. I definitely recommend them for your vent cleaning needs and plan to have them clean out the whole house air duct system in the future.

Contacted them on a holiday week and they got me scheduled a few days later. The service man arrived right on time, did a fantastic job cleaning my dryer vent and left the surrounding area much cleaner too!
