I have used this company twice over last couple years.
I highly recommend them!!!
I did extensive research on the details of how duct cleaning is done prior to having my first service.
Be aware....there are a few different methods companies use. Some will simply blow in one side and vacuum from other side. Some won't even snake vacuum entirely through your ducts.
Dryer Ducks, more importantly, uses an agitation brush at tip of hose to ensure all debris is loosened and removed as they snake hose through entire duct system.
Their prices are very reasonable and the customer service is absolutely top notch from the moment you inquire about services to the very end.
They responded very quickly and they even gave reminders email/text beginning days before your schedule service right up to notifying you that the tech is in route.
I cannot think of one thing they could do better because they literally have it all covered.
The techs are knowledgeable, thorough, kind and respectful.
Sam did my service today. My home and neighborhood was effected by wildfires a few months ago. So I also opted to add the neutralizing odor / disinfectant along with standard cleaning.
I can absolutely tell the difference right away. The air is free of dust or smell.

Amazing service. Our service tech (Lucus) arrived early and went right to work. He explained what he was going to do "step by srep" and showed us before and after pictures as he worked. Very thorough! Highly recommend them!

My dryer was taking forever to dry my towels. Then it occurred to me that maybe the vent was clogged. Sure enough, it was! Michael came out and cleaned out the dryer vents and ducts. He also explained that they can come out to do an airflow check anytime. Don’t wait to get it done. It is affordable and Michael’s service was clean and efficient.

Sam just got finished cleaning our whole HVAC duct system and our dryer duct, both of which had never been cleaned before. The difference is night and day! He did a thorough job, and when he noticed our dryer connector didn’t quite fit the wall duct (a situation we had resigned ourselves to), he sealed it with materials from his truck at no extra charge. We will definitely be getting on Dryer Ducks schedule regularly from now on! Thank you!

After a kitchen remodel we contacted Dryer Ducks for a bid on duct cleaning.
Lukas from DD provided us with pictures showing the conditions of our ducts before cleaning and after the job was completed. Lukas was professional and considerate while working in our home throughout the whole process.

Very professional, efficient, and polite service. We never used Dryer Ducks for cleaning gutters prior to today. We’ve always used them for outstanding dryer duct service. 100% best idea!!! Michael thoroughly declogged and cleaned our gutters. Will use them every year now. We really appreciate Michael’s high quality of service. Those gutters and downspouts aren’t just clean, they’re super clean like a detailed car.

Highly recommend because the customer service was personal and outstanding! The communication from the technician was excellent, he arrived on time, clean cut guy and very professional. He took clear pictures to show me before and after and when his camera saw a piece of jewelry he made sure to remove it so it didn’t end up in the vacuum.

Had to call them back because they didn’t clean the duct in the toe-kick of the kitchen or the return-air ducts. To me, they should have done all that during the time they were here to clean the heater ducts…..

Dryer Ducks is a true class act. Appointments are easy to make and are fast. Our technician called and arrive earlier than our estimated time and performed our service expertly and rapidly. Everything was explained to our satisfaction and our final bill was very reasonable considering the work performed and our resulting peace of mind. I will definitely use this company in the future and I recommend them highly.

I was not home at the arrival time. My husband was here and he was so pleased that we definitely would work really hard at keeping a 2 year. Review to make sure this doesn't happen. That dryer vent was full all the way from the top of the roof to the bottom. So he did a great job very pleased. Thank you very much.

Had my parents furnace vents cleaned.
The job was done with great care in the time they said it would, 4 hours. They were polite and explained and showed us pictures of before and after. It really made a big difference and made it nicer to breathe for all. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Super nice on the phone when making the appointment. The tech that come to our house was Michael C., really nice guy and showed up on time. He took the time to show me pics of a small issue behind our dryer, and explained the process of the dryer vent/duct clean out. Highly recommend this company.

I'm very impressed with Dryer Ducks. From Cammy taking my call & scheduling to technician Michael eradicating a massive bird's nest from our dryer vent - my expectations were exceeded. Michael was early, professional, friendly & confident that he could handle the blockage. Dryer Ducks handled the issue that had concerned us for weeks in less than 45 minutes. Much appreciated!

Lukas did a great job for us. I have to be honest, I wasn't too excited when my wife scheduled for these guys to come clean our duct while I was out of cell phone service at the cabin working on a project. I was wrong.

We have a long run on our dryer vent duct, that goes over a bedroom and has multiple elbows complicating things. He took his time, and fixed some of the patches I had made to the duct pipe and made them better. After all of his hard work, watching a pillowcase full of lint blast into my backyard was a delight.

Lukas knew what he was doing, was kind, courteous, and fixed the stuff I should have fixed myself. Worth every penny.

Very reasonable price versus other bids and excellent service. Quick 2 day service for vacuuming out our furnace ducts. Liked the before and after photos of vents before and after cleaning. Definitely would recommend this company.
