David did an excellent job repairing our leaking refrigerator. He was on time, professional, and explained everything clearly so we understood what was going on. He worked quickly, fixed the issue the first time, and made sure everything was clean before he left. Our fridge has been running perfectly ever since. We’re very grateful for his quality work and highly recommend him!

Ivan came to our home to diagnose our dryer issue very quickly. We also had him fix an inconvenience with our washer. There was a short delay since the parts supplier sent the wrong part for our dryer, but Ivan came to finish the work after the correct part arrived, ON A SUNDAY! Very attentive customer service. I can confidently recommend this service.

Ivan was awesome. He diagnosed and fixed our 28 year old fridge very fast. Cost was so reasonable I didn't even shop around. Will exclusively use IV in the future, top notch company.

Philip was great! He diagnosed our problem quickly and then came back and fixed it quickly. IV appliance also worked with our home warranty company. I couldn't be more pleased with Philip , and IV appliance. I will be calling them if I have any future problems with any of my other appliances.

Our fridge completely quit. I found IV Appliance Clinic using google. I called them and scheduled a diagnostic for the next day. Phillip showed up on-time and proceeded to do diagnostics on our fridge. When he was done he thoroughly explained what he checked and what he found. We then scheduled the repair, which was going to be 5 or 6 days out, but he said it may be earlier depending on parts availability. The next day we received a call that the fix could be done on Thursday (3 days earlier). Ivan showed up a little later than scheduled, his earlier tasks pushed him out to 5:30. Phillip also showed up so he could learn more about fixing fridges. They were very cordial and worked rather well together getting the fix done quickly. The fix cost a third of buying a new fridge and new fridges don’t have the same features as our old one did, so I got to keep a unit I really liked.

Ivan set me up with Philip, he came and diagnosed the issue, part came less than a week later and he came the next day after the part arrived and installed/fixed the issue! Would highly recommend. Cheaper than most places around town but just as high quality of work, and a warranty!

I called when our fridge was making a squealing and rattling sound. I was thrilled when Philip was able to come the same day. He easily diagnosed the problem was our fan. He was knowledgeable, confident, and respectful. I would highly recommend IV Appliance Clinic.

Ivan was very helpful with getting our freezer repaired quickly. The lady that scheduled was thorough and updated us throughout the process (when parts arrived, when the tech would show up, etc). The price was reasonable as about half of the cost was the price of parts needed with 0 upcharge. Ivan showed me which parted we needed for the repair and then gave me an initial quote that he ended up reducing by the end so we paid less than expected! I would recommend this for anyone that needs an appliance repair.

His scheduler was also top notch, very pleasant over the phone and via text and was able to get us on his scheudle as soon as possible. Ivan, the owner technician, was prepared with all of the parts and tools necessary to get the job done efficiently. He was very professional and knowledgeable about every home appliance. Upon completing the repair services, he cleaned the appliances and areas to the original condition. Ivan and David did a fantastic job installing our appliances. It was a big job that included all of our kitchen appliances. They were very knowledgeable, conscientious and dependable. They were very careful getting the appliances in and out of the house and they all work well with no issues. Phillip from IV Appliance Clinic did a great job fixing my washing machine. I scheduled an appointment over the phone and he came out the same day. He diagnosed the issue and told me it was the motor. He ordered it and the next day he came back with the new motor and installed it. We purchased an oven from Facebook Marketplace. Has issues with a valve after installation and called IV Appliance Clinic. Philip came by and was able to diagnose the issue, replaced one of the valves, we could still smell gas, so he came back to the house and figured out we had misdiagnosed which valve and replaced the correct one. Great service and good person.

Phillip was very nice and super helpful with fixing my dryer. My dad had gotten me a cheap old one off of Craigslist for my first apartment and it was making a horrible sound, missing a few screws holding the front panel on, as well as overheating which was a very unpleasant and probably dangerous combination.

Karina was very prompt with her responses about scheduling and was just overall very kind and helpful. On their first trip out, Phillip fixed the squeaking and determined I needed a new part to control the heating component which was ordered right away. The part got delivered in about a week and once they received it they called to schedule another appointment to install. They have lots of availability which I appreciate since I am currently in school all day.

Phillip just installed the part and got everything in working order. It’s also note worthy that he did awesome with no complaints despite the room my washer/dryer is in, is very very cramped and certainly not an ideal place to try and repair a large machine.

Overall I had a great experience with IV appliance, they had very reasonable prices and great service. If I ever need something repaired in the future these guys will be my go to, I definitely recommend their services!
