Philip was great! He was very professional. He explained things well and we were so happy he had the parts we needed available. He fixed our dishwasher quickly and stayed to make sure it worked properly!

Both Phillip and Karina were great to deal with. We had a flood in our kitchen from our previous dishwasher. After all of the new cabinets and flooring came in, we needed to get the new dishwasher hooked up. Karina was prompt with scheduling and following up along the way. Phillip was great with the install and had it done in about 2 hours. The new dishwasher works great and we will not only use them in the future if we need something, but will refer many others to them as well! Thanks to everyone who helped and were able to make it as smooth as possible.

David did a fantastic job! When our washing machine stopped working, he came over the next morning, determined the issue and ordered the part. Once the part was received, he came over the following day and quickly fixed the issue. Definitely recommend this company!

David repaired our dishwasher and gave us advice on an unnecessary repair for our microwave which saved us a lot of money. Terrible service, I had to wait a month to get someone out, and it was still not fixed, it's actually worse now. My washer will not spin my clothes, and its a new machine, I called 5 times and get no call back, I called again today and no call back. Terrible service.

They didn't show up to our original appointment and then canceled the next appointment that they made without telling us they had canceled. This was an appointment that was going to diagnose a major safety concern as the dishwasher caused a fire
