Not only did our tech show up on time, but he actually had the part we were having issues with! What a concept! I have never had anything fixed under warranty the same day. SO HAPPY!

My technician was nice and very helpful.got the job done very quickly annd anlso very neatly. Explained what was wrong and ways to keep my dishwasher running smoothly in the future! Would definitely recc to anyone else in the future.

Steven came out and diagnosed my Whirlpool washing machine's problem. I live in a tiny house. The washer and dryer are essentially in a closet. He was very patient and careful with moving the machine in the tight space. He even called Whirlpool for additional reference for the issue the machine presented. Hegave me a couple options to think about (repair or consider replacement). He did not pressure for a decision and was extremely kind.
After mulling over the options, I chose to have it repaired. A part replacement put my machine back in service and I couldnt be happier.
As for timeliness - Appliance Hospital called me the day before appointment with a window of time for the following day. The day of the appointment, Steven called me with a time estimate of when he would be at my house. He arrived within that time!
I would definitely use this company again but now I am a huge fan of Steven and will hope if any of my other appliances needed future service, he could be the one! Thank you so much!

Worst experience ever! Terrible customer service over the phone. The techs have no idea what they're doing. Save your time money and frustration and use another company! I wish I could rate them zero stars because they aren't even worthy of one!

I’ve had my sub-zero fridge, Wolf stove and ASKO dish washer serviced by them. One technician serviced all 3. He was knowledgeable and repaired the items correctly.

Excellent service. Arrived within the time window and even called before arriving and let us know when he would be there. Explained what he was doing and what the future issues (and costs) could be.

Do not use!!! Not worth your time scheduling a appointment, they will call and change well after your appointment window has passed. They are rude and unprofessional on the phone and do nothing but cause stress about trying to get a repair!!!

Excellent service!! They went out of their way to make sure everything was fixed and washer was running perfectly with no leaks before returning it. I highly recommend using them!!

Just got off the phone with these jokers and after over a month of not having my refrigerator repaired I can see why they have such a low rating. It is too bad that this is who my warranty makes me use. The lady they have on the phone is horribly rude and should be looking for a job in something that is not customer oriented.

These guys helped me out a ton. They could have sold me a part that I thought I needed, but instead tested my old part, let me know know it was still good and helped me troubleshoot what the problem was. End of the day you dryer works again and they helped immensely!

The repairman came out accessed the problem we were having with or refrigerator ordered parts. As soon as the parts were in he was here to fix it. He did a great job.

Repaired my Washing Machine professionally. Arrived on time, polite, professional. Would definitely use this company again and recommend without hesitation.

Have used their service twice, both times were excellent. Showed up on time, fixed the appliances. Didn't cost an arm and leg. Showed me what to do if it happens again. Great!

Not only did they charge me double the quote, but they stripped my screw holding my dishwasherin place and i have left messages for 3 days with no return response. I would not recommend.

These guys SUCK! It took them 5 weeks to schedule the repair of my refrigerator. I eventually went with a competitor after they failed to live up to their commitment to promptly repair the refrigerator when the parts arrived. Save yourself the frustration of dealing with these clowns and go with someone else.

The worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Parts weren’t ordered as I was told, I was always given excuses as to why they couldn’t get me in sooner, and if you’re waiting for a call from this company—forget it. Seriously, the worse service and I strongly recommend you calling a different company should you need appliance repairs. Truly awful service.

Called to see if they had a part for my washer. And it went a little like this... ...

Me: Do you have a Short Cam Agitator Repair Kit for a Whirlpool Ultimate Car II?

Parts Guy: Do you have the part number?

Me: I do not have a part number

Parts Guy: Weeeell can you get a part number off of the part, or from the inside or something. Do you have a model #?

Me: *provides model number*

Parts Guy: Ok and what do you want again?

Me: *blank stare* Short Cam Agitator Repair Kit ...

Parts Guy: Ok, agitator... I don't have one in stock but I can get one for $29.99 and have it here... ... *I stopped listening*

Me: Ok, thanks. Good bye. *hangs up*

This man clearly wasn't listening to me. He was rude, impatient and I was clearly a burden to him while he is working in the 'parts' department. First impression is everything, I will never call or use this place for any services they offer. Work on your customers skills!!!

This company is a complete joke, they will drag their feet when they order your parts. The tech used glued for our washer. I called to order the part again they said Monday but they cant schedule after the part comes in. If you get upset they won't answer. Steve was extremely dumb. This company is a joke I want lowes to cut their contract.

My 94-year-old Mothers new washer wasn’t working. ABC repairman came and said it was fixed, then left without testing it. The wash cycle is irregular. My mom called ABC back. They were very disrespectful to her and refused to send the repairman back the same day. Told her it would be three more days that she would have to wait with clothes in a tub full of water. Extremely poor customer service. Will never buy from Lowe’s again, because they use ABC as their service contractor.

Can’t say enough great things about AJ. He came out, diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and came back in a week to fix the appliance. He’s very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Much appreciated AJ!!
