Constraction reviews in Spokane, Washington

Very displeased with our project and the unprofessional way they do business. We had trouble with our driveway after just 8 months and have reached out multiple times with zero response.

Gary and his crew did an exceptional job on our asphalt at our home. He was there from start to finish which was much appreciated. His communication and follow through were top notch. I would recommend him to anyone ! also his pricing beats everyone I found, it was as fair as they come without sacrificing quality ! Family owned and operated is always the way to go ! Thank you Gary for treating us so well.

GNS did an outstanding job paving our driveway. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and maintained great communication throughout the project. Gary and Sam were actively involved on-site, providing hands-on direction and ensuring everything was done to a high standard. The final result looks excellent, and thanks to the thorough grading and preparation work, we’re confident the pavement will be durable and maintain its appearance for years to come.

Much needed finish to our property. Professional company that took the time to do it right. Would recommend GNS for any of your paving needs.

Gary and his crew showed up and got right to work. My driveway was completed by the afternoon, exceeding my expectations. I particularly liked how they adjusted the edge lines to contour with our yard. Everything was cleaned up when they finished. Highly recommend them.

Gary and his team did a fantastic job. He took the time to answer all my questions, and got the job done quickly. Very reasonable prices, would highly recommend. 👍

Gary was great to work with. Fair pricing, did all he said and when finished did extra to make to finished product look complete. He did our driveway and laid asphalt for a pickleball court, everything turned out amazing.

Gary and his Team's work were way higher than anything I expected. We need our driveway paved, Gary's was the third company that I called and had the best prices hands down. He was onsite the whole time to make sure the work was done correctly and quickly. He promised that we would love it and he came through with his promise.

I highly recommend this company.

Small time company

They make sure the job is done right and they values their customers

My job was not completed and I waited six months and now I go into winter without safety lumber put on my deck. When I kept calling to resolve my money returned and close this out I kept being put off until he spoke to estimator took weeks. I was extremely disappointed.

Yes they do nice work! They did our patio cover and it came out perfect!

I had my roof redone by some gentlemen from Alpine and they not only finished the job in two days but we’re also very professional. Would have them do work in the future

The team at Alpine Construction is as good as they come. Their patio covers are stunning and a wonderful addition to any home AND they're very skilled at indoor remodeling. I Highly recommend this team.

Alpine construction just finished building us a long-awaited 2-car garage. They were easy to work with, keeping us updated about the build while we were out of town. They were able to make last minute changes I wanted with the windows. The garage looks great. Very happy.

I hired Alpine Construction to put on new lap siding, new paint, new roof and gutters and a new covered patio on my home. Everything was done to my satisfaction. The workers were professional and polite. Communication during the whole job was great. No surprises. I would recommend them to anyone.

Alpine Construction is dependable, professional and goes the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied. I recently had them install new roofing, siding, paint, gutters and a small addition to my home. The crew arrived on time each day, worked hard, and were very courteous. They listened to my input and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Darius and Jesse kept me informed on progress and were flexible when I wanted to make changes to the original work order. Overall, it was a great experience. I'll continue to call Alpine Construction first for my construction needs.

We had office french doors installed inside and a patio cover built last summer and both the quality of the work, the service, and the collaboration was outstanding. What we enjoyed most was the proactive communications from start to finish, the attention to detail and pride in workmanship, and the effort made to ensure that the product they built is what we wanted. The crew was skilled, friendly , respectful, and on time. We appreciated working with them and plan to work with them again in the future.
