Recently the living room ceiling developed a leak. Having used Capstone in past projects, roofing etc. they were my first call. Being quite familiar with Gary I contacted him. He was very responsive as usual and booked our project for assessment and budgeting. Gary and the estimator located the issue quickly and work soon began. Josiah and Zack were the primary field personnel and truly great people. Sure would like to see more people like them. The roof location not only was repaired but improved upon. Inside the home the area was screened off to prevent dust migrating. Work was finished in short order and with little disruption for two work from home homeowners. To conclude We are very impressed with Capstone and their quality minded personnel. Certainly will use them again.

JR's crew of Ben, James and Richard performed the work at our house. They were professional and respectful of our privacy and always called to let us know when they were coming. They were very quiet while doing their work and made sure the upstairs bathroom was completed in a timely manner before starting on the downstairs bathroom. Their work was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone who is considering a company to do work on their home.

My mother-in-law had her bathroom redone and Capstone Construction and they did a good job.
Took a little while and with true construction style it took a few trips to finish but over all, it was a job well done and the end result was a very beautiful little bathroom. Thank YOU

Capstone is fast, courteous and extremely professional. Starting with the receptionist, the gentleman that did my estimate, the foreman, and the painter. Very detailed work and clean up. He did a great job painting and was very clean. Thank you for your great work.

When you have to break it to someone that because of a fire they are going to be displaced for a year, but that you and your team are fighting to get the job done in 8 months, and then you come in under 6, it tells you something about the people working on your home. Especially when what they create exceeds all expectations. Adam M and his crew (Mike, Shawn, Scott) did an amazing job on the house, and I can't stop telling people what a great job they and the rest of the folks at Capstone have done to let us know that our lives are a priority to them. From the moment Pat and Danny came on scene (while the fire was still burning) I knew we were in great hands. I can't imagine how this experience could have gone any better. Thanks to all of you at Capstone who have given us our home back, even better than it was before!

🚨🚨STAY AWAY!!!! Absolutely abhorrent company, from start to finish. Our experience was eerily similar to the other one star reviews. If you have a dispute with this company, I STRONGLY suggest hiring an attorney. Capstones business model is if they don't care about your home, they come in with young inexperienced workers who have no ethic who end up doing a sub par job and sneak in thousands of extra "cleaning" charges at the end. Then, when you dispute the charges, they send threatening texts at 4 am then slap a lein on your home. The response below, from the owner claims that the 80k went right to us, rather than them right? Of course they would be angry IF that happened. We paid the original agreement of 110k for 3 months of displacement after simple smoke damage. No proof, no payment right? FRAUD! There's a good reason why there are agencies in place to protect consumers from shady business practices like this. Btw, I haven't responded because we are too busy lining all of this up and FIXING our home from the damage that was done by your company.

Capstone Construction successfully completed a computer room remodel for Safeway in our Spokane DC. Very happy with the finished remodel, quality excellent! J.R. Silva was the PM and did an excellent job.

Communications regarding project status and on site activities could have been better.

I will definitely consider utilizing Capstone for future Safeway projects.

Capstone is a fantastic company! We have had a horrible go around of dealing with our insurance company and another contractor but Capstone came in and were very respectful and helpful through the whole process! They made the whole clean up and tear out quick and easy. Capstone is also super knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions we had! Honest company and every employee we encountered was nothing but helpful and nice!

Capstone did great work on my guest bathroom remodel. Both JR and James were good at communicating what work they were doing and helping me pick out products at Lowe’s, too.They were even understanding when I changed my mind last minute on a couple items and they made the necessary changes. There prices are very reasonable!

Zach, Gage and Josiah just finished placing a new roof and skylight on my home . They did a great job and super clean up ! I definitely recommend these guys ! They are not only talented at what they do but are very courteous while they do it !💜

Kind, experienced, trustworthy and prompt, Capstone shows up fast and does fantastic work. I've worked with Mark, JR, Richard, James, Ben, & Brooke. Great people and great work! I wouldn't hesitate to have Capstone either do more mitigation and reconstruction or build us a new home.

I don’t normally give 5 stars to anyone, let alone leave a review but everyone involved from Capstone has been so awesome! It took a little bit to get going but once they concentrated on my house, after the flood, they were done quickly. JR was so kind, it was a pleasure working with him! I have been in my house for almost 24 years, living with no lights other than using lamps in my kitchen. Since the ceiling was opened up, he suggested putting in ceiling lights! What a complete difference! I met two of the guys at the end and they were so pleasant to talk to!! Thank you to everyone involved!

Capstone Construction rebuilt the front steps on my home, and the entire experience was excellent. They were responsive from the start and kept me updated throughout the project. JR did an outstanding job explaining what to expect, including costs and timing, and he showed up every morning to inspect the progress. I’ve handled a few home improvement projects before, and one universal truth is that many builders cut corners. Capstone absolutely does not. The work was completed on time and within budget, and the craftsmanship is obvious. Benjamin and James did great work on the steps and left everything clean when they finished. No complaints at all. Capstone will be my go-to company for future home remodeling projects.

We are ultimately very happy with our experience with Capstone because of Jay and his team. Not only did they do a great job with the work of a kitchen remodel as well as a bathroom remodel, but they were exceptionally professional in every interaction. Being new homeowners dealing with our first major insurance claim, Capstone was extremely helpful in explaining the process and answering our questions and concerns. Zach, Josiah, and Gage did an outstanding job on our construction project, which included replacing all interior and exterior light fixtures, installing new baseboards and door casings throughout, completing three bathroom remodels, and taking care of various odds and ends.

The team consistently went above and beyond and made sure every detail was done to our liking. Zach, in particular, was exceptional—his leadership, communication, and dedication truly set the tone for the entire project. Without him, I honestly wouldn’t be leaving a 5-star review. He absolutely deserves a promotion!

They helped us navigate the insurance claim process, worked hard to find matching siding, and completed the work quickly and with integrity. Capstone Construction completed my patio cover restoration on an insurance claim after a December 2025 windstorm. They were very responsive in getting an estimator out quickly. Once work began they were prompt, communicative, and responsive to any concerns or questions I had. I am pleased with the end result.
