Constraction reviews in Spokane, Washington

Justin is great Contractor who will go the extra mile take sure your project turns out perfectly. Had him do a total remodel on my home and I couldn't be happier.

Justin and his crew were amazing! They were extremely communicative and easy to work with. They do high quality work and we will definitely be using them again!

After we had some other individuals do some work around our house that took far too long and ended up being poorly done, we turned to Count On IT Construction. They got it all done in one day and did an awesome job! We'll definitely be calling on them again when we have more remodeling work to get done.

Justin Moody was very unprofessional and did not adequately coordinate concrete. Told me a date and then rescheduled the day of. I understand that things change and just asked him when they would be available again to minimize moving our schedules around. He then proceeded to get upset and back out of the contract. Don't be fooled by the good reviews. Thankfully he saved us by backing out of the contract before he started. Terrible customer service!

My main point of contact was Don. He was amazing. They helped me remodel my kitchen. The name says it all. You are able to Counter on them to show up on time and do a great job. The workmanship was amazing. Start with them vs a big chain store, you'll get more bang for your buck and less design headaches. I ended up getting way better cabinets faster and at equal price compared to a chain store.. They have the forsight to see want complications you didn't think of and help you achieve your vision. They even provided me with a rendering of the final design. I couldn't be more happier, that's not true, I would of been more happier if I would of had the do the entire project. Lol
Thanks you Count on it!
Steven

We have use count on it construction twice now and we are extremely satisfied with their work. The first time we used them was for 2 full bathroom remodels and a kitchen makeover. Counter tops and backsplash. Then after we had a small exterior fire we called on them again to complete the repairs. They do great work and always making sure it's done right. They even told us about things that were done wrong on a deck (by someone else)we just had done 2 years ago and they made it right.

They tore out some old nasty carpet and replaced it with vinyl. The job is well-done. They were in contact the entire time and communicated anytime they hit an unexpected issue that may affect the total cost of the project. They were efficient as well, which we appreciated since we moved out of the house while they were working. Would absolutely hire them again!

Justin did a partial remodel for me on an 1970s Tudor Revival and the results are fantastic!

Project was done on time and on budget and involved a rebuild of ~ 1/3 of the roofline in order to vault the ceiling in the main living space. This was a massive undertaking that occurred during some very marginal weather conditions. The work was done well without any mishaps.

10/10 do recommend.

We have a unique home with some unique challenges. Justin was timely and very professional when providing us quotes for several different jobs we are looking to have done. Justin provided us with lots of information. He was honest and truthful about the most cost effective way to complete the work and provided us with insight as to what issues we may run into and why. We are looking forward to working with Count on it Construction in the near future.

I had Count On It Construction remodeled two bathrooms for me and I couldn’t be anymore pleased with the work or the courtesy they provide. These guys give contractors a good name. Very thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable about their work. They went above and beyond my expectations. If I had to do over again I wouldn’t ask anyone else to do the work. I’m happy to say not only did I get a great finished product but I feel I also gained a couple new friends in the process. If you’re looking for straight forward and no bull, I strongly suggest giving these guys a shot. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you to Justin and his crew, I look forward to doing business with you again!

Sincerely, Nick Godbout

We hired Count On It the end of January 2021. We found them on-line. Count On It Construction did an excellent job remodeling our 1925 outdated kitchen. We had already picked out brand new kitchen appliances before we hired them. We met with the owner Justin Moody, he then emailed us a quote that same afternoon. We stayed within the quoted budget and the estimate to complete the project was 30 to 45 days and they got it done in that time frame. After signing the contract and putting down a down payment, we picked out our new countertop, cabinets, flooring, backsplash, kitchen doors, kitchen sink and new faucet. All of the workers were respectful and cleaned up when they were done for the day and were pet friendly as we have a curious Husky and two cats. Justin, the owner, was constantly in communications with us. We really want to give a huge shout out to Jude, she not only installed our beautiful floor but did an excellent job prepping and painting the kitchen. Also Mitch and Jeremy, two of the carpenters were quite knowledgeable, as well as the plumber, electrician and tile installer. We would highly recommend Count On It and would hire them again.

From start to finish, you could not ask for a better crew. Justin the General Contractor was always in contact, and he had a project manager (Don) who was on site, organizing the crews in and always checking in. Don did a lot of work himself. From the tiler, to the drywall crew to the floor crew-all were excellent and did a quality #1 job. I was impressed with the time line and how things got done during this time of Covid 19. I would not call anyone else. (My son-in-law did the plumbing but Count On It did all the rest. They removed my old walk in shower and tub, and then finished where the old walk in shower was so I could put in a sauna, then they converted my old bathtub into this incredible shower. Very fair price for the hard work and quality.

Justin and his staff were extremely helpful in the construction projects on my house. He is a trustworthy resource, who provides quality work, with a rapid turn around time. He truly cares about the clients and provides "world class service" as a legitimate business owner. It was an incredible positive experience working with Justin and his team at Count On It Construction.

If you are searching for an honest, reliable, credible contractor, look no further. I guarantee you will be pleased with Justin's quality of work and his professionalism.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP JUSTIN!

Count on it construction was great to work with. Justin the owner was very responsive and came out within a day or two of my request and gave us bids for a complete kitchen and master bath remodel with some other add ons. Justin is very knowledgeable and professional and knows his business. Our project was started within two weeks of receiving the bid. Al the project manager is who we worked with throughout the construction phase and was great to work with, he very knowledgeable in his trade and communication was great throughout the project. Mitchell, Jude and Michael who were a big part of the project and awesome people to work with. Attention to detail was very present. We love our remodel and all the finishing touches, quality work! I also want to Thank the office staff Christina and Jolene and all the subcontractors that count on it uses for all their projects. We will definitely use them for any future projects we have and would recommend their services.

Super Reliable, got the job done quick but right, professional and good customer service. They knocked are bathroom out in less than a month and did a killer job. FYI: We asked for them to not do the painting and caulking.

We couldn’t be happier. We contacted Count-On-It for a complete home remodel. We wanted to enlarge the kitchen, completely redesign the bathrooms, replace all flooring, cabinets, lighting, plumbing fixtures and appliances and to have the entire interior painted. Justin responded quickly to our call, and he provided us with a very reasonable estimate. Work started quickly and progressed at a good and consistent pace. Don was the job foreman and was very helpful throughout the entire process. When we had questions or concerns, he addressed them quickly and completely to our satisfaction. He did much of the work himself, and he was on site most of the time supervising the trades and his workers. He kept us continually apprised of their progress, and he clearly explained every upcoming step. He always let us know who would be on site. Everyone who worked on our home did high quality work, and they were all very courteous. We are so happy with our new home. We highly recommend Count-On-It.

Count On It has been nothing but professional, helpful, and affordable. When I initially contacted them, I made it clear that I was on a budget and my kitchen work would have to be in phases. They completely understood and had no problem working with me as i had the funds. I had them remove an old 1960s built in that was in my kitchen and move my oven (outlets and vent) to a different wall. Damian, Justin, and all the employees of Count On It show up when they are supposed to and know how to get their jobs done. They also put together/installed my new beautiful cabinets and installed my modern and sleek tile backsplash that I am amazed by. I even asked if they could send some people over to put together the gazebo I had already purchased. They had no problem and made room for me on their schedule. I have been nothing but impressed and plan on working with them moving forward in my kitchen remodel.

We hired Count on It Construction to craft very large window wells covers for our home. There were a total of 5 and each needed to be custom-built as they were all slightly different in size. Damian and Frank took their time in expertly measuring all of the dimensions, and created 5 custom carbon steel masterpieces, all painted to match the house. They also installed them with perfect precision and they are rock solid. Would definitely recommend them and may call them again in the future for other projects.

We used Count On It Construction for our fireplace remodel. His team did a great job! Justin was always quick with responses and always kept us up to date with the project from start to finish.

Justin and his team provided effective, efficient, and high quality trade craft in the full conversion of our garage to living space. Great communication of needed decisions and challenges. Job was started early and completed timely. In one word: Trustworthy.

Oh my goodness I was blown away with their service!

We had a minor kitchen remodel that turned into a big one, and the advice given by count on it was literally life saving. Without count on it our ceiling would have collapsed in the near future, so we are truly thankful.

I never felt pressured to make any unnecessary repairs, and I was given the information with risks involved. I was able to make an informed decision.

They also worked well with our schedule which was especially helpful due to my constant chemo appointments.

I will definitely be recommending my friends and family to use count on it anytime house projects need to be done.

Before and after photos are all the proof you need.
