We had a great experience with Capstone and would highly recommend their services. We had water damage from a leaking toilet on the upper level of our home. The water migrated downhill and damaged the family room ceiling and walls directly below. Starting with Brooke and her crew who meticulously identified the areas that were damaged and worked quickly and efficiently to mitigate the problem. Her services were very much appreciated! The second phase of the restoration was working with our Estimator, Don from Capstone and the insurance company regarding the claim we filed. This was the most stressful portion of the project (especially since it was during the holidays) but Don relieved a lot of the stress by effectively communicating with our insurance adjustor. He successfully secured money for us which they had first denied and we truly appreciated his efforts in working FOR us. The last phase was the restoration. We ended up having new LVP flooring installed in all three of our bathrooms with new toilets and new carpeting in our family room. The Supervisor was Gary who stayed in communication with us letting us know when the crew would arrive and what their daily schedule was. The work crew consisted of Zach, Josiah and Gage. The quality of workmanship these three did for us was above and beyond. They were efficient, extremely professional and thorough with whichever job they were working on. We would happily have any one of them do work for us again. Thanks guys! You’re an exceptional team!!! And, thank you to Capstone Construction Co. for the superior experience.

Mathis has worked with Garco on several projects over the years. Working with their team is easy, as the have excellent communication with subs and owners.

Garco Construction has worked in collaboration with Spokane Public Schools on their most recent school projects for example, Ferris High School, Hutton and Franklin Elementary Schools. Garco has made an effort to not only match the historical schools but more importantly they preserved & restored our Native Ponderosa Pines on these sites. These efforts make these schools look aesthetically pleasing.

This is the highest quality, full service construction company in the inland northwest. They can do medium to very large projects. They are friendly, professional and very experienced. They are also a big supporter of local sporting teams and community events. Consider them for all your commercial construction project needs.

I haven't used this company (yet!) But I encountered one of their fine people today in the Walmart parking lot...I am handicapped and he offered to take my cart back and he brought back a pan I'd forgotten. This nice fella was both respectful of elderly and honest, which to me are some of the best qualities a person can have, and if he is that way in life, he'd be that way on the job. Thank you kind person, I appreciate your help!
