Spoke with a nice lady on the phone and told her specifics on what I needed and she assured me they would be able to help. Dropped everything I was doing to drive 45 min to get there. The young guy there was trying to help me when I told him what the lady told me, he/Brian took offense got up in my face and said they wasted too much time on me already and told me to leave. Bad day or just a prick? Sure was quick to puff his chest out. 1st and last time I or any of my family or friends will ever go there besides that you said you didn't need my business anyways. The 1 star is for the young guy that was trying to help me until boss man stepped in. There's too many other places to go and not have deal with people like this guy. DON'T RECOMMEND BL BEST AT ALL. What really confused me ,he told me I was lying about what the lady had told me on the phone.

I spoke with Brian looking for an obscure breaker. Brian was kind and extremely knowledgeable. He offered advice (which worked) and even offered to help me with my existing breaker if the advice had not worked. Brian made no sale but was more concerned with the customer experience. Most places would have just sold me parts and told me to have a nice day. Brian you are the true hero and I will forever recommend you and your business to anyone looking for of anything electrical related!

You add that with They have quite a few parts no one else in town has and they sell those parts at a fair price.no price gauging ! To top it all off theyre extremely knowledgeable friendly and are always happy to help. They are the first place I go. I appreciate Brian and his team for what they do. It's hard to find companies like that anymore.

Just got off the phone with these guys and they are fantastic to talk to. They are very knowledgeable and I'd highly recommend them to anyone buying parts or whoever Lowes and Home Depot. They have my business anytime now that I run into electrical problems

I wish I could give this wonderful business ten stars! BL Best is a Spokane treasure. They are willing to fix old things--not just try to peddle something new like the other places I tried. My Kadet wall heater kept coming on by itself and wouldn't shut off. The nice guy at BL Best not only had a new switch for it, but took the time to replace it. I will be forever grateful.

This place has saved me so much money and has been a saving grace helping me fix my own home heating and cooling systems. Twice I have had to call a company to diagnose an issue, once with a furnace and once with my a/c. After paying the service fee one place wanted to charge me $750 to fix the problem. I found all that needed fixing was to replace a part which I found a how-to video of but finding a company to sell me the part was almost impossible until I got hold of BL Best. They had it in stock and charged me $50. They even tested my old part to make sure it was defective and needed replacing. Took me 45 minutes to replace and problem fixed. Next issue was a $35 part saving a $500 bid. Thank you guys, you are awesome and solid people.

Best electrical shop in town. It's a sales counter, so don't expect a home Depot lighting aisle but they have all the electrical needs for contractors and more involved diy projects.

I found a part for my service panel that I could not find anywhere. Brian saved me a ton of money by not having to replace my whole panel. The whole staff is very helpful. I will go there again. My friend Dan also found what he needed for his shop oil burner stove as well.

Sent a guy all the way from ND to buy a truck. Told me nothing was wrong with it. Then made it 7 miles and pulled into a shop, they said a blown head gasket now its a $12k repair. These people are crooks wouldn't even return my calls.

I was the person tasked with buying the truck that was defective. I took a train 20 hours out to Spokane and they absolutely knew this truck would not make it back to North Dakota. They told me the only reason they are selling is because of a pro issue. I said I just need it to run to get me home because weather was coming and I am disabled. I made the comment that a guy with 1 leg being stuck on the side of the road would not be good. They laughed and assured me the engine runs great. In my opinion hustling a disabled person is pure evil. If there is a hell you deserve to burn in it. No morels no conscience I would never do any business with these people. If they will laugh about hustling a disabled person im sure they would steal from customers or anything they can get away with.
