Good company. However I went with another company for my lawn. I will look into then for some landscaping work. Had to go with another westpac sailor who sailed in the same battle group in 82.

Unprofessional and rude driving manners on the roads. Can care less while driving in a compnay truck.

They leave giant tire marks in yard every week.. the people who come to your house are very rude and not professional, they don’t even know how to properly use their equipment and unfortunately I’m in the predicament of being a renter so I don’t have the choice. Save your money and buy your own lawnmower you will regret letting these guys in

The owner showed me a middle finger while driving in his company truck. I don’t even know why. I guess maybe I was slowing down too fast for him on the intersection in my family van… Can only imagine the customer service their customers might be experiencing if there is an absolute lack of regard for his behavior even out in the public. Was shocked by this situation and took some pictures.

Pete and tom along with the rest of the crew are amazing , they helped me more than they will ever know. the office was in order and they were ready with a crew to get things done, I'm impressed with the over all professionalism. Hire arbor pro, they are the best in town

We have been exceptionally pleased with all aspects of the ArborPro business from the estimates, actual work performed, to the business office. Very disappointed in the company and overall service. I would not recommend them. Mowing was fine, but overall customer service was poor, and they had concerns over mowing my grass this year because my flower beds (dirt etc) were treated by another company... that doesn't make any sense. Phone gal says I can't for sure get a call back from an owner/office manager. For $41 a week for a mow, this isn't the service I would expect. Although I used them in 2020, I won't be continuing.

Worst service ever. Had them for lawn care but now looking for another company to help me out. They came to spray my yard and two days later my grass is dead. I'm. Great service the weed survived but the grass didn't. Thought this service was supposed to be green grass and eliminated the weeds. Guess they didn't get that memo.....

We've utilized services from Arborpro in years past, mainly for spring cleanup. The crews are professional and always provided excellent service. Customer service representatives are also top notch.
We recently had them perform some edging along our concrete borders in the flower beds, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. We can't recommend highly enough.

I called to schedule an estimate for tree trimming. The voicemail picked up and the greeting I received was rude, to say the least. No "hello, how can I help you", just a curt "hello". When I replied with a "hello", the voicemail answered with, "what do you want?", and it wasn't in a professional tone.
I went to a different service provider.

They do lawn "maintenance" at my apartment complex. Many of the tenants are flabbergasted as to why they are the chosen company. There is no maintenance. If they finally use an actual blade on the mower it isn't sharp or they dont know how to lower the blade, and our dog park lawn is atrocious. Apparently the do not know what a weed whacker is or maybe just how to use one. Bushes are covering most sidewalks as well. Maybe trees are more their thing? Maybe nepotism is why they got the account?

We had a challenging encounter with Living Waters a year ago.
We decided to talk with the owner. Mike Fairburn. He understood the problem, the circumstances and the importance of keeping customers. He asked us to "let them repair" our relationship....a fair ask. His solution went far beyond our expectations. Regaining trust is perhaps harder than getting it in the first place. We can, once again, highly recommend this company. And, we apologize if our former post cost them any customers but it is better to address the issues than to just quit. We are glad Mike cared enough about our business and their reputation to continue working at it vs. just finding another customer. Thanks Mike for your help and blessings to you and your staff.

Happy I have turned over my yard challenges to Living Waters...They have the skills and knowledge to do what I attempt to do. My lawn technician Greg is professional, keeps me posted on the scheduling, and concerned about my dogs when working in the yard. Ryan and crew pruned and cleaned up my unruly trees. With their help, the trees will be looking fabulous next year...from the inside office help to the techs, I appreciate them and recommend them to all!

Mike and Lisa and their fine crew at Living Water have done work for me for years--and I've always been more than pleased at the results. They are timely, knowledgable, and really good at what they do. I recommend them without reservation or hesitation! Top notch!
