Amazing customer service, always super friendly and helpful. My spider problem is no longer a problem because of Living Water! I have used this company for years, love the pre-pay plan, and will continue to have them servicing my yard…they are the best!

absolutely the worst service I've ever had. This company was less than worthless, they destroyed my sprinklers on multiple occasions, causing my lawn to be dead and brown most of the Summer since they didn't bother to tell me that they broke them. I bought all the treatments I could, the bug, moss, weeds, lawnmowing, and aerating. I got several handwritten notices saying that they would reccomend bug treatments and moss treatments after they had already been applied and paid for. This service was useless and was substantially worse than when I've spent 65 bucks at Home Depot and done it myself. Stay far away from these people. The people in charge of mowing my lawn took the grass all the way down to the dirt every time they ran the weed eater and usually missed at least a row or two every time they mowed. I tried several times to cancel the services, but they kept showing up and charging me. Stay for away from this company!

Living Water has always done an excellent job at keeping my yard looking good. Their lawn programs and insect barriers have proven to work well. The only reason they didn't get that 5th star is because we had some communication issues, but they did step up and fix the issues. I'm happy with the service and continue to use them to keep my yard in shape.

I use Living Water for my personal residence as well as my rental properties. They are only a phone call away and always have time for any questions about my services. Billing is convenient and I love being able to reference my year-end billing statements easily online for my tax filings. I am 100% satisfied with Living Water and the services the provide.

So I set this company up servers months ago to take care of high end property. I told them that we have very high standards and gave them the time and day I needed it done. We have a very limited window because of the nature of our work here. I was told from Jon no problem. I also had them redo the landscaping at a residence I manage as well.
So not only did I end up cleaning up after these guys every time they were at the residence for work, oh and when I notified Jon with pictures all I got was it’s the best we can do because of the weather. But it’s ok for the owner to grab the hose that’s 15 ft from the driveway and clean up.

Then they just keep putting off my weed and feet apps until I pretty much demand a date. They have been by once to mow and I had to clean up after them then as well.

Then st 5:15 pm tonight Tuesday this quality organization texts me, no personal phone call no nothing but a 6 year olds method of talking to someone Jon informs me that they will no longer be able to take care of my property because I won’t give them a key to a gate that is always open when they get there.

What a quality group of people. Where has good quality and standing for something really gone to. They say in their adds they are the company for high end work, boy did I find out differently.

We live in 9mile and had living water service our lawn for the first time last yr. We had always done it ourselves, including putting down grass seed when we first brought our place 9yrs ago. We have poor soil out here with much of it being sand. We always fertilized and treated the weeds a few times a yr to no avail. It would help some, but the weeds continued to thrive. It was back breaking work and time consuming just to get the lawn a little better. We have 1acre, so between that mowing, and gardening it was non stop. We decided to try living water as they hav good reviews, service our area, and online portal. There prices were also good, just a little above what we already pay to do the work ourselves. Instantly after 1 to 2 treatments by them neighbors were flocking over asking what we did and how amazing our yard looked. Dandelions had gotten to the point of take over before they treated it. After a couple treatments we didn't have 1. Our yard looked stunning, they are quick, efficient, and without bother. Sure they had a couple set backs as most businesses during the pandemic, including one of the warmest summers in record. Which left a lot of lawns in dyer need, but they managed to get the job done. I have learned so much about our lawn in the process, as they leave little notes, and newsletters. I will give them another go this year in hopes the kinks have been worked out and to have a consistently stunning yard this yr. My neighbor started using them and loves their service as well.

Last year Living water burned my lawn during an application of fertilizer. I called and they sent Jeremy the tech back out who applied the fertilizer. Jeremy was rude said "it will grow back it's only tip burnt". I pushed back and said that the first two applications didn't burn the lawn why now. Jeremy reply was "our liquid fertilizer is stronger so I will note your account to be granular fertilizer". Burnt lawn and I was still billed and Jeremy told me I had to pay. Jeremy also had to return to apply a flower bed treatment because he forgot an entire section of our property. Durning there last visit Jeremy again applies a liquid fertilizer and absolutely fried our front lawn. I called and requested a manager come out and look at my lawn because I was not paying this time. Manager arrived apologize for my lawn waved my bill and noted my account that Jeremy was not to return so I gave them another chance this season.
Well they sent out Jeremy and he once again sprayed my lawn and treated my flower beds. I now have 13 dead bushes 3 more bushes dieing. So I called and talk to the office staff who transferred me to someone named Pat. Pat has zero listening skills, because as I spoke all Pat repeatedly said Jeremy is our best tech I will send Jeremy back out to look at your bushes. Not once did Pat apologize.
Customer service is not part of Living Waters business plan, they don't listen to the customer, there techs are not fully trained to understand and managers don't listen to the customer. We gave them several chances to provide there service however they simply don't have qualified staff that can read or follow instructions. I strongly recommend using another company.

Always a positive experience using Living Water Services. Jesse was out 1st thing in the morning to apply spider barrier spray. Very nice person and did a great job! I've used Living Water for 15+ years!! Also, a great crew for sprinkler system repairs.

We love Living Water Lawn and Tree Care! They do a great job! They are a caring company in all aspects! They will go out of their way to be of service whether it is on the phone or when they are at our home. Jesse usually does our spraying and he is very knowledgeable and will take the time to explain what he is doing for us. Our yard is being taken care of and it shows! We highly recommend Living Water Lawn and Tree Care!

My lawn has always been taken care of. We did fertilizer at least 5 times a year, watering daily and it looked ok. Once I got Living Water, I was blown away at how much better it looked. The first two years, I used the traditional applications. Then this year I switched to the organic. I have seen even better results. The pricing is very competitive and the customer service is willing to answer any questions that they are presented with. I am very pleased with Living Water.

We have used Living Water for years for weed control (our yard looks amazing) but we had them come out for some clean up of an area I just couldn’t find time to do myself. I must say, impressed is an understatement!!!! Cost, quality of work and clean up far exceeded my expectations!

One of the most unprofessional and unorganized companies I have ever used. No return calls or texts. Voice system says they'll be out a certain and never show. Billed me before I even agreed to seevice. Change pricing not on the quote. Stay clear of these folks. Not honest or respectful at all. Sad part they were a referral. Take your chances with these guys

That is what happens when companies get too big. They end up treating you like a number. Don't be deceived by their online rating and their care for the local community. To be fair, their products work. But that is the least a customer can ask for specially when you pay this much money. The main two reasons I decided to put this review: 1) Horrible customer service 2) Horrible scheduling and delivering services on time. Basically this year, they did my first lawn application (Fertilizer) around beginning of summer, I think May, which was fine. I called sometimes in July because I decided that I want to space my applications by two months. I wanted one done beginning of summer. One mid Summer. and one end of Summer. They also made me pay the more expensive rate for applications because I am not doing their "4 or 6" required applications to get the discount which I was like fine go ahead and charge whatever you want and charge more just because I am eliminating one application. But, then when I ask to put my application in a specific time-frame, I expect you to do so. I called in July and asked for my application to be done on FIRST WEEK of August. They guy who took the call kept arguing with me about that. kept saying we will get to you when we get to you. NO! That is not how this works. We ended the call with the expectation they will do that on the time I asked. They did NOT. They waited all the way until end of August. When I called to voice my concern and ask that I am not going to get that application because simply I am disappointed it was not delivered on time, a "Heather" basically said to me, haha fine I am going to close your account. Laughed me off and closed my account. Way to train your people to handle client's concern so wonderfully that the first solution to an issue is to close the client's account?? I said sure, go ahead if that is what you want. Then, she said have a nice day. If you want a better customer service and delivery of the service on time, avoid this company. I am afraid one guy that does the whole services and they are cheaping out on having enough people to do the work. Regardless, your service should be delivered on the time you ask for or at least close to it, and not a whole month later. And decent companies should NOT have customer service people that suggest closing the client's account as part of resolving clients concerns. That is not the greatest way of doing business.

I've been a loyal customer for many years. The pre pay offer is convenient & I like not getting a bill when they service. They're newsletter is very helpful & appreciated. The staff are very friendly & have great attitudes. I recommend them highly & will continue enjoying the outcome of their labor.

Every person I have interacted with from scheduling to the folks performing the service have been great. To do our blow out they have to use a 5 foot tool to turn the water off through a hole in our deck and then crawl underneath to hook the air compressor up. Not once have they complained or denied to do the service. I didn't even have to call to schedule a blow out this year. They called me which is great because I probably would have forgot and been to late.

The original installation of the sprinkler system, went smoothly. They arrived with in a week, as I'd hoped. They were very professional and friendly. The installers were very informative, and all my questions were answered.
When it was time for blowing out our sprinklers, They gave me a week's notice, showed up on time, and was very courteous and professional. I will always recommend Living Water Lawn & Tree Care.

I am very satisfied with my first year of service by Living Water Lawn & Tree Care. They improved the health and appearance of our lawn and yard. They let me know in advance when they were coming. I especially appreciated the courtesy shown by the techs who did the yard care for us and the flexibility shown by Living Water in terms of appointments and services. I'll be back for another year!

I have used Living Water for many years now. In all this time I have found them to be a great company to work with, services delivered as promised, and reasonably priced. I recently sold my house and am moving to a location where no services are needed. If I did need their services I would not hesitate to hire them again. I am leaving a nice note for the new owners that this is a great group of people to work with. I hope they hire them.

living water is awesome, when I was looking for there number to renew my contract, and came home they were already there taking care of my lawn, I didn't know they had an auto renew which is awesome.

Had to change companies after the one we were using went out of business. Contacted Living Water on a family recommendation and couldn't be happier with their services so far. Their prices are just a little higher than others but this is a get what you pay for business and they are absolutely worth every cent. Great value and we look forward to having a continuous relationship with them.
