Excellent plant shop/nursery. This place has one of the largest varieties of plants that we have in spokane. Keep in mind that it is seasonal. They seem to get their plants in mostly around April. For the winter, they do have a Christmas selection.

Went to look for houseplants and everything was looking pretty unhealthy and not well taken care of. I saw very few things that I would feel comfortable being back to my home. If you want house plants that aren’t dying when you purchase them go elsewhere.

Oh my goodness this place is great and prices are great too. I also liked that they have organic plants friendly customer service! Definitely will be back!

A home away from home and a serotonin-restoration zone. It's my guilty pleasure to come here and be amongst the greenery and friendly folks. The place is stocked with everything you need to fill your place with plants or make a beautiful landscape. All of the employees are delightful and knowledgeable and are happy to share smiles and words of wisdom at any time.

And the icing on the cake? Two adorable cats who are happy to ignore your presence 🥰

If you need some flora in your life, pop in for a visit. You won't regret it.

Hard to believe a brick and mortar store can keep their plant prices as low as they do. Great selection of shrubs and plants as well as pots and terrariums

I’ve been shopping at Ritter’s since moving to Spokane in 2007, and it’s been my go-to ever since! Coming from the west side, I was thrilled to find a local garden center that matched—and even exceeded—my expectations. I’ve bought countless plants for our home landscaping (across multiple homes!), and every spring Ritter’s supplies our real estate office with the most stunning red geraniums. We get compliments all season long—our office is on a busy street, and those geraniums have become something the community looks forward to each year. So grateful to have this gem in Spokane!

Great store for buying rare houseplants, tropicals and gardening supplies that are hard to find elsewhere (e.g. Felco products). They have a reward system for money off future purchases.

Competitive pricing for delivery of large purchases.

If you grow lots of plants either indoors or outdoors, great place to check out!

Great experience! Alex is so easy to work with and great at communicating. He was the first to call back and get me a quote for fall cleanup, and weed control. Needed to schedule a one-time mow and edging to get the yard under control at my daughter's new house. Wasn't sure if that was possible. Alex was on it in no time. He sent the estimate, scheduled the work, and he and his crew showed up right on time. They explained exactly what they would do, and talked to us about the yard.
The crew was quick and efficient, but most of all they were so cordial and respectful. Alex took time to answer all questions.
