DON’T use this place. The rudest and most disrespectful people you can find in town. One of the guys tried to get on a fight with my friend just because he pointed out something that wasn’t right after paying $2,300. Avoid this place

One of the only places for bobcat parts. They gave me the wrong filter for my machine, but made it right and brought it out to our shop to exchange it.

Went in for a service on apu was out in an hr. Good service very knowledgeable techs.

After spending 1500$ to start my tripac and fix the a/c, engine still running but a/c wasn’t fixed right, 1 hot temperature and no a/c only 2 weeks after getting out of the shop…

They where very helpful honest answer all my questions even explain the proper way for running the Apu and S-bar and took there time to look at everything the right way no short cut thank you Jim and ur workers

Had APU at two other dealers could not fix it said it was fixed but was not. This dealer fixed the two problems I n 2 hrs the other two dealers could not fix or they could not figure out. You will not waist your money comming to Spokane thermo king. Thank you Spokane thermo king!!!!

Horrible service I paid for a part and they said they were going to put in the drop box when I go pick it up it’s not there so I called after hours and they called the manager to come to the location when he arrived he told us he can’t help us that they would need to send a tech out to the location which is $1000 that I would have to pay apart from the part I already paid for him to check the cameras to see why it’s not in the drop box … how would I need to pay $1000 for a tech to come out when it’s not my fault it’s not in the drop box …. This should be covered as part of the process to see why it’s not in the drop box …. I paid for my part and left with nothing in hand … no solution or help super unprofessional and messy people .

These people know what they are doing! Glad to see a team work together. We had went to another place in NV, they were useless as far as repairs, knowledge. I will recommend Thermo King Northwest in Spokane to all my refer pulling friends. Great job Thermo King Northwest in Spokane!

Will not recommend this shop.I was in for giving me an estimate what the problem is with my IPU and after 3 hours he whent in the shop to check and was told that they changed the fuel pump and need more work when I asked why have you checked and let me know what may be the problem and then ask me what I want to do.also very rude when I asked this questions,no disrespect but at least check the personal for customer service for some intelligence,they don’t have any.just want to add this part because they replied to my post.liers ,I never left happy with a smile 😃 on my face,just to let you know ,if you over charge a customer put a post ,you ever apologise ,don’t reply because you look weak,trying to prove your self right which is not convincing and also replying after a couple of months.shame on you.for me as a customer is not the reason to be happy with your service and give you a bad review and never approved the work,I will mention again after 3 hours waiting I asked what is going on,and after you told that you are working I said not to do it .I think you confused the customer 😀😀😀,probably someone else was happy

They always get the rig right in and fixed quickly. Boise, Spokane or Salt Lake, the service is always first rate. Plenty of parking and clean customer lounge are appreciated too.

Took our trailer in to have the refrigerator looks at today .. the service was exceptional .. Mark went above and beyond to make sure everything checked out and work properly .. highly recommend by far best service we had in the nation..thank you guys for your hard work and expertise..

I have used thermoking a bunch over the last few years I can't even begin to explain the poor quality of work that gets done here. I have never had my apu work without issue for over 2 weeks after leaving this shop. Just this last time alone paid 1000.00 to fix my heater. heater didn't work immediately fan was making a loud noise. I pulled it apart the brand new fan they just put in had rubbed the wiring harness through before I even picked up the truck. Never ever going to give this company a dollar ever again. I'd be ashamed of myself if I did work this poorly. You should feel embarrassed guys.

Very helpful! I was told they were pretty busy today, but they MAY have time for me in the afternoon. I show up and before 1130am I'm getting looked at. They did the look over, and corrected an issue they suspected was my problem, only to have my Apu fail minutes later at the truck stop. However as soon as I got back over there, they pulled me in and inspected deeper, and found a hidden install mess up. Less than and hour later I was good to go! I will definitely recommend and use this location when ever possible

The class that is expected from a local business owner would normally be very high but for this individual the class is lower than that of a rat. He will not honor his word or his work and that is very pathetic for someone that claims to be God-fearing. Not to mention I somehow disrespected his office manager in a way that can not be explained to me. When called to figure out a problem you will get blown off it seems to be a common thing for this company to do so if you want to pay exorbitant prices and get blown off when a problem arrives by all means call this company and you can join those of us that have been lied to by these people. I was very nice and polite when I called them and they have the guts to lie about it I would hate to see what they would say if I really was disrespectful. I had them replace a refrigeration unit at a very high cost over $4000 It worked for three months and then we found that it developed a leak when we called this company to come out and fix this problem since they are the ones that replaced everything to begin with we were told to find somebody else to do it, that they would not come out and fix a problem that could or could not have been their doings, but they were not willing to back up their own work to verify that it was not anything that they did, so I had to get another company out to fix some thing that we found was some thing that should have been found when he did this work that is where this review is coming from. I do not like getting lied to and I do not like being told that I disrespected somebody when I did not when called to ask for a service call was told it was going to be two weeks away and then when I asked to get a date and time I was not able to do so because they said that they would not come out. Do not use this company! If I could give a negative review I would.

I called this location twice asking for appointment and I left voice mail for the manager Brian but he didn't respond to call me back and I called again and the career she said how come first can get service and we open at 7:00 Am and I want there but I was surprise when the guy in office said we don't have anyone available for one week can look at your APU and I'm sorry? really what I say now

Had a great experience. The service desk knew what they were doing. Tech service was equally good. Wait time is good. I'd come back for sure. Lots of play room for pup if you have a dog with you. ( nothing fenced) limited food, but I'm sure doordash etc would work

Had my APU repaired here. The customer service was excellent, the work was done quickly, and the pricing was fair. I truly appreciate the team — highly recommend them!

Not really professional. We put our reefer unit here and took 2 days and nothing happened
