Vitaly always prioritizes repairs over replacing which is so rare in a repair company these days! He has worked on my home HVAC for many years now and made an A/C unit from the 80s run for a lot longer than I could ever have hoped until it was eventually beyond hope. He replaced it and was 30% cheaper than my other bids. I’ve never had to call him back for the same thing more than once in the same season, he definitely knows what he is doing. He is clean, reasonably priced, does a good job and is always respectful of our home. I would definitely recommend!

This is the best HVAC company in Spokane. I had an emergency situation and the owner came out personally to assess and fix the problem. He is clearly a man of integrity and authenticity. He fixed the problem quickly and the service call was not only prompt but very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for all your needs. You won’t be disappointed. Vitaliy worked with us to get the best system for our shop. My focus was on cost and efficiency. The unit provided had the best efficiency that we could find with a mild cost adder. Now that it is in, I find the comfort to be great, it is quiet, and I am saving energy cost every month!

He was prompt and got the job done and gave assurance system was in great working condition just needed a tune up. Especially since another company just wanted to put a completely new system in.

Vitaly and Provision HVAC has been awesome to work with! They are punctual, show up ready to work and get the job done QUICKLY - and correctly the FIRST time, I might add. From diagnosing my water heater to replacing a capacitor on my AC that prevented cold air from blowing - these guys got us feeling comfortable again for much less than the other quotes we got. I would definitely trust Provision HVAC with any heating and cooling needs again in the future.
