Provision provided me with a competitive bid using equipment that has, from my searching, some of the highest reliability in the industry. They answered all my questions, giving me confidence they know their stuff. The install (replacing a heat pump and blower pair) was clean and professional. Long term quality and reliability will be assessed over time, but for now the system is working well and I am very happy with the work done.

A company of integrity. My house has an old furnace (like back when they made things to last) and at first Cougar Mechanical just tried to sell me a new furnace during inspection, claiming holes, headaches, possible carbon monoxide (CO) leak and had me sign a waiver and everything. That whole interaction seemed shady, and my CO detectors never alarmed, so I called Provisions for a second opinion and Vitaliy came out. He was knowledgeable about code, dismantled and cleaned the parts of my furnace that accumulated years of buildup, and suggested which parts should actually be replaced instead of buy a new furnace. He also did a CO test with an actual tester and there was absolutely 0 leak.

Honestly best HVAC company ive ever worked with! I am currently trying to move and needed the HVAC serviced and inspected. Another company came out first and told me that it needs to be replaced. We reached out to Provision for a second opinion and even though our system is old he said everything is in working order and nothing needs to be replaced. Use Provision Heating & Air!!!

Wonderful to get to know Vitaly while getting mini split units installed for the first time since the church was built in 1960 - the units blend in well and have made all the difference to enjoy the space inside. Couldn’t ask for better and the job was completed in just a couple days. Already recommended him to others!

Edit used Provision Heating & Air for the second time but this time for a new home! David came out because our heater wasnt blowing hot air and within an hour had it fixed! Beyond grateful! Love this company and its employees!

Provision Heating & Air was suggested to us to get a second opinion after another company said we needed a whole new system. Vitaliy did a full inspection and said we just needed a tune-up and are in perfect running range. He could have easily under bid and got the job to do a full new system but instead he was just truthful and did what needed to be done. I would suggest Provision Heating & Air to anyone!! Needed the furnace at my rental property replaced. It’s kind of a hassle dealing with tenants and scheduling and what not. But provision took care of everything hassle free. They were honestly the 5th and 6th hvac company I had spoke with too. I just wanted the process to be super easy but every other hvac company wanted to make it super difficult. So thankful for the stress free furnace replacement provision did for me. And they were way better priced than everyone else as well! Couldn’t recommend them more

David Swisher was fantastic. He had just the right balance of knowledge, skill and humor. He explained his analytical process and answered our questions as he diagnosed the issues with our HVAC. He even chuckled at my lame efforts at trying to be funny. Provision scored big time when they hired David.

So out of nowhere our AC quit cooling our house. It was getting obvious that unless I wanted to go to sleep sweaty, I needed to get some professional help. I contacted Provision HVAC and they were really good about communicating with me as far as availability and scheduling. Their tech showed up on time, well dressed and got our AC problem diagnosed and repaired very quickly. He was up front about options and costs the whole way throughout the repair which made me feel very good, knowing up front what we were looking at cost wise. These guys are great, and I highly recommend them. Now I need to go find a jacket because my house is cooling off so fast! 😉
