Hvac techs should be in and out of a supply house quickly . Yet I wait 45 minutes just to get a motor that’s on will call. The system you guys use should be geared to get techs out the door. Constantly having to wait extended periods of time.

Never have enough people working the phones, more often than not have to wait on hold for over 20 minutes.

No other supply house has this issue.

Worst branch in town, worst branch of the company. This branch needs to be closed down permanently, or higher new people. It’s a joke at this store no one answers the phone, and no one can find the parts even if I could leave negative stats I would.

Didn't care for the guys attitude. Easy in and out for the most part. This was my first stop, and after the second stop in Portland, I've decided I won't be delivering to Airefco again.

Do not take E Sprague Ave to N Altamonte St in a truck. There's a low bridge. Take Sprague to N Haven St to E Ferry Ave, turn left. On left hand side, sign for Airefco receiving. Turn left at sign, turn right to end. Check in at man door by Dock 3. Lots of room to back into dock or park overnight.

I went Monday the 23 around 430 pm to airefco trying to find a reducer fir my A/C
oh man that's the worse stupid place I haven't been in my all entire life .
The front lady I ask her for what I need
She was rude and disrespectful
She didn't even take the time to help me
She just star screaming telling she won't help me if I don't have the ac unit model number
So I told her ferguson told me they were good and patient on helping me with the part I do need but no way
She doesn't even know what respect means so
Please people you guts may want to consider finding a better place to buy parts and do not try to used this company cuz they don't know what respect means so hopefully they go out of business soon ....

Worst supplier in Eastern Washington and North Idaho. There's too many problems to list here. Maybe the worst in all of Washington and Idaho, possibly the entire West Coast.
The one shining light is Shelby Kite. His tech services are great. Management and the owners blow chunks.

The back and forth and pulling in and pulling out is ridiculous but they're making it work!! They have all the tech gear I'm looking for. Newest stock. Now that I have my own biz my next point will be to see how their furnace prices compare!!
