As a first-time homeowner of a 130+ year old house, I was very intimidated by the ancient boiler living in the basement and unsure how exactly the whole system functioned. Martin came out to show me the ropes and light the pilot light, and was so helpful and patient answering all my newbie questions and explaining how it all worked, what to expect, and what to look out for. On top of that, he is truly a dog whisperer and was so good with my rambunctious puppy! Really appreciate the expertise, patience, and kindness and will absolutely use Aire Serv again in the future.

We were experiencing issues with our furnace in the night time. In these temps it was crucial for someone to come out and check on it. They came right away that next day and found the issue! I forgot the tech’s name but he was professional, nice, and quick about finding the issue and getting it fixed.

Responsive on request for service, technician was great and work was done well.

Aire Serve installed our furnace and instant hot water heater in 2018. We are having some problems with hot water pressure now, and the person from Aire Serv diagnosed our problem and is looking for solutions for us to fix it.

Great service. I live a bit outside their service area but they sent Rob out anyway to help me. Rob was very knowledgeable about working on my system and got it up and running rather quickly once we had the correct parts. Would definitely use them again though hope my heat pump doesn't break down again anytime soon.

Almost $200 for Aire Serv to come to my house for an estimation? My wife called you guys because we did prior business before. This time was to find a solution to outside AC unit but the tech or estimator (who knows what his job title was) reverted to harmful sales tactics such as bait and switch, selling without research and ignoring my needs. I paid his egregious estimation cost and after he left I called somebody else. Looks like another HVAC company is getting my business. New HVAC unit being installed this upcoming week. If i could give 0 stars, I would. I wont let myself make that mistake with using AirServ, ever again!

Rob was so very helpful and detailed. Explaining to me in a way I could understand. What a joy to work with someone who knows his job so well and the equipment he works with to make it happen.

Martin showed up at 9:30 pm to troubleshoot my furnace backflow problem. He was very professional and got the water to stop dripping on my basement floor quickly and told me who I needed to contact to fix the problem (certified backflow plumber, and there are only a handful in town!). Thank you!

The tech worked very hard to correctly diagnose the problem, determined the compressor was bad but under warranty and ordered a new one. He had checked with another tech and his boss because the results weren’t normal but ruled out all other possible solutions, which were agreed to by the manufacturer. Installation is time consuming and expensive but cheaper than a new one.

Martin was absolutely wonderful when he came to our house to check out our systems. He walked me through how everything works and what he would do if it was his house. Greatly appreciate his caring advice and no pressure to sell me something.

It’s always scary to have your furnace go out in the winter, but WOW! From the time I made my first call to the time my furnace was back up and running was less than 3 hours!! We didn’t even have time to get cold!
Our service technician, Rob was great. Both personable and professional. He found and fixed the problem quickly, checked the rest of the system and took the time to explain what went wrong. He also made suggestions on how to avoid problems in the future. We really recommend Aire Serv to everyone needing work on their HVAC system!
