We are a chiller manufacture from the Midwest and have dealt with many crooked service company and this is defiantly one of them!
Anyone who is considering hiring this company, be ready top end over and get sc**ed by them royally.

We have used Swansons for years. I called them today to get a service scheduled for our ice machine and they told me that since they switched over their system 2 years ago and we haven’t used them since they switched that we are considered a “new customer” and they aren’t taking new customers. I bought a part from them a year ago, but they “don’t have record of it”. Ridiculous.

Came to our business broke our machine then accused us of sabotaging it. I explained they can watch our cameras to see we didn’t touch it. They refused to come fix it or pay to fix what they broke. Worthless techs and management. I should have listened to the bad reviews...

I was super impressed with Tim yesterday, he changed out a part on our ice machine and although that was not the problem he was able to pin point the issue and correct it.. Tim was extremely professional and all around did an amazing job. Thanks Swanson and especially thank you Tim!!
