Installation week: they forgot to install the AC unit
2nd visit: they forgot to wire it
3rd visit: they forgot to plug in the wire
4th visit: they forgot to program the circuit board, so the system overloads immediately and will only run for more 5-10 minutes at a time.
5th, 6th, 7th visit: system continues to be broken intermittently. They don't know why. It's always "we need to come out again with different tools."
8th visit: they cut open the insulation to find that the damper may be getting stuck. They left it cut open, and didn't fix the hole.
9th visit: "You have had us out too many times. We can't come out again without charging you. And you are responsible for patching the hole that we cut around the damper"

This process took about 2 years because of the number of no show appointments and unreturned calls. Air Design lost records or notes for several visits, too, so they didn't know why they were coming out or when they had come out last. We've had the system for 4 years now, and it's never worked consistently - works about 70% of the time, and it's usually only one floor or a weak breeze when it does.

I recently had an issue with my furnace and had no heat, I called air design and they put me on their schedule for the same day. I would recommend them to anyone who doesn’t have heat or needs help understanding their system. They Were fast friendly and efficient!! Thanks again Air Design.

Air Design was great! They installed a brand new central a/c unit to my house. We had baseboard heating and no ducting. Air Design was able to get everything ducted without having to tear down a bunch of walls. Really professional.

I work with a local area non-profit and we have an event coming up in a couple days and just found out the A/C failed out. Trying to get an A/C repaired in Spokane right now is terribly difficult, but they managed to get someone out right away. Bottom line, 1hr and 24 mins after we called, the A/C was fixed for under $200. Fast, professional service and they had parts for a 15 yr old rooftop unit in stock on the repair vehicle. I highly recommend them!

Our air conditioning went out (not ideal for these 100 degree days), and even through they were slammed, they squeezed us into the schedule and secured a new unit for us quickly. It's nice to have a cool house again. Thank you Air Design!

I recently built a new home that was completed in December. In order to save money, I had my new home completely set up for A/C, but I waited to purchase an air conditioning unit until the Summer months, when I would need it. When I was ready to have it installed, I called Air Design and they simply looked up my home by address, had all of my information in file, knew the exact unit I needed and set up an appointment in a matter of minutes. 1 week later, they were out to my house and had my brand new, beautiful unit installed in a couple of hours. I didn't need to provide any other information than my address and they knew exactly what I needed, no more questions asked. The A/C in my house works like a dream and I couldn't be happier!!

Rude and won't stand behind their work. Have attached the note from another company regarding improper installation of the furnace that they refuse to fix. Their not my problem attitude is a real fun bonus.

Hired Air Design back in 2008 to install an A/C system in my house. Had them back again in 2019 to replace it with a new one. Great customer service, great pricing. Great experience all the way around. I highly recommend these guys.

I had my furnace ducts cleaned the first part of October by a different company. Ever since, there has been an awful squealing noise. Our gas fireplace insert also needed repair/replacement because it would not ignite. Didn't know much about Air Design but took the chance. My technician Aaron found and fixed the furnace problem within 5 minutes, showed this new widow where and how to replace the filter and got my fireplace cleaned and running in short time. He was amazing. Very competitive price. Highly recommend.

When my AC went out in 100 degree heat other companies wouldn't even call me back, or when they did it'd be two weeks before they even could get me a bid! Brian from Air Design was able to get to our house right away, and we had the bid within hours from his visit. The price was comparable and affordable.

There have of course been delays with COVID on the manufacturer side of these units, but Ashley and the rest of the office staff was able to secure the very last AC unit available in this area and reserve it for me.

Joe and Matt were at our home barely a week from Brian's visit and were able to complete the install in two days. Really appreciate their expertise (Joe immediately let me know it would be two days, which helps to schedule time off etc) and their cleanliness!

Eric was able to diagnose dripping water from an exhaust pipe. He promptly fixed it and did so at a great rate. He was very professional and a great representative for Air Design. I will definitely be calling Air Design for any future issues that come up. Very pleased with the customer service.
