Wow is all I can say. Their technicians like to hang out the window with their friends and talk garbage and try to start fights. Very unprofessional. I will never call and use their technicians.

They did all duct work and installed new 3 ton ac unit and did awesome job and very easy to work with.

Made you adhere of things you may not know things about your equipment. Changing filters on a schedule,servicing furnace and conditioner together. Fast efitiant work

You guys really have to have your sign obnoxiously flashing at all times? I gets it’s to get attention, but it’s a serious safety hazard. Especially at night, not to mention, god forbid someone with epilepsy drives by your store front at night... if you guys keep it a solid color atleast during the night I will remove this one star review.

Worst HVAC system ever, purchased a brand new house and it's been a nightmare. Water everywhere in the walls, condensation pipe dead ended into the wall, very loud noises throughout the kitchen up to master. Cant sleep at all and to make matters worst it wont get past 62 degrees in the house!!

Great company with plenty of great people that work there and their service is some of the best I have ever had when it comes to my central air system. Highly recommend that you have them take care of all your heating and air needs, if you want it done right.

Came to give me an estimate on work, never got back to me. Call twice and both times the receptionist said she would leave message with him and didn't call. Not professional. Could have called and said he didn't want to do it, that would have been better

Our AC unit went down in the middle of a heat wave. We contacted several local HVAC repair companies including the company that replaced our furnace a few years ago. The folks at Air Design Spokane were very h r lpful and responded as quickly as they could. As it turned out out unit needed replaced. The unit was ordered and a date scheduled to make the repairs. The service tech was knowledgeable, professional and very thorough to make sure every detail was taken care of. This is a business I would highly recommend to anyone on need of any heating or air conditioning need.

Air Design put two heat pump systems in our home a year and a half ago (August 2016) and after putting in two different thermostat control panels, they had to replace one so both were identical. We then discovered that they did not install the ducting correctly in the Master Bedroom side and they had to come out to correct that! Now, the thermostat control panel they had to replace has gone dark and the system does not work at all! We called on a Friday evening (both the main line and their "after hours emergency line," but received no call back. Called again on Saturday and it was obvious the man did not want to come out -- I could hear him talking to his young child in the background during our conversation! On Tuesday, we finally received a call back and the female receptionist was EXTREMELY rude! They told us how much it would cost (per hour plus a $75 trip fee!) and said they could put us on the schedule for June 18th!! When we called back to speak with the person we dealt with during the install and ensuing issues, the same receptionist said he was not there and wanted to know what the call was about! We told her we wanted to speak with the person we dealt with about Air Design's CUSTOMER SERVICE.... or should we say "totally lack thereof!" Very, very disappointed....and will let EVERYONE know it!

John with Air Design is great, I recently scheduled a FREE estimate for adding AC, he came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate. One week later I had AC!!!! Air Design has been a great company to work with, I would recommend this company to anyone.

I am a former employee and couldn’t stand being around these imposters. This is NOT the aire design that has such a wonderful name . A fella from New York with a sales model mission statement is not concerned about servicing the fine folks on Spokane but more driven to sell furnaces. They have revamped staff that have heavy sales backgrounds and a closer to help with that mission. Anyone who wants a solid recommendation from the inside I’m a 5 year Tech and there are some great companies with your best interest in mind unfortunately these guys are under new management and no longer follow that business model. I was terminated because I wouldn’t sell enough I’m sorry I’m not going to try and sell you a furnace just because it’s at a replacement threshold with very little service history or signs of age.
