They came out and did an inspection for one of the projects we were working on and insured that there was no water in the HVAC Ducting. They were very professional and had very fair pricing!

I'm so glad I called Provision Heating & Air for the furnace replacement at my grandparents' rental this winter. The heat quit working one evening, and at first I reached out to another HVAC company that had serviced the furnace in the past. They came out the next day & seemed to get it working again, but by the following morning it was out again. The problem ended up being a failed gas valve, and due to the very old age of the model (30+ years), another such part to swap it out for would be almost impossible to find. They searched far and wide to find the needed replacement part, but to no avail. They offered me a couple options for a more discounted cost, but even then, the quote I got from them to replace the entire unit was quite spendy.
Vitaliy came highly recommended to me by several different people for any HVAC work, so before making a final decision, I reached out to Provision Heating & Air for a 2nd opinion & quote. Vitaliy was able to be at the site within that very hour! The problem was indeed the valve. Provision was able to find a replacement for it almost immediately, however, the part alone cost $400, so it ultimately made more sense to replace the ancient furnace. The quote I got from Provision was significantly cheaper than the final bid I got from the other company for the same unit! After signing, Provision was able to come and swap the whole thing out the very next morning, and the new furnace was operational by afternoon!
The tenant was very pleased with Provision's speed, professionalism, and quality work. Excellent service with the best price around! 5 stars all the way!

These people were wonderful. When our furnace stopped working it took a couple of months for us to get the money together to replace it. When we finally got the money so that we could get scheduled it was going to be the end of November. My concern was it was starting to get cold. With end a couple of days of getting scheduled we received a call from them telling us that the customers that were scheduled head of us had working furnaces and where willing to move there dates so we could have heat.We had our furnace with in a few dates. The guys who in stalled it were polite, had allot of knowledge about the product. They made sure that i new how to work the new thermostat up on leaving and thank me for the opportunity to serve me. I will always refer people to this company. YOU ROCK.

I discovered I had a very unusual furnace in one of my rental properties. I had sent in my reg HVAC company and they couldn't help me. They recommenced Aire Serv.
It was late Saturday afternoon when I was able to get a hold of them. The technician showed up at 8 pm that night, had to diagnosis the problem, call is parts provider to get then to open the building for parts and then make the repairs. He was there until midnight making sure my tenants had their heat restored.
This my friends is SERVICE!

Service person (Rob) performed a furnace system check in a professional manner. Explaining through the process of what he was checking. Discussed a possible refurbishment at a later date. Communication was excellent and would definitely recommend to future customer.

A/C was not working very well at the outset of this horrible heat wave. I called them Monday a.m, and really did not expect they'd be able to get out same day but they did, and the tech quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was fast and professional and I was so grateful when the air got cooler inside. Actually we purchased both the AC (5 yrs ago) and furnace from them, too, and have been happy with quality and service. Pam

The tech who arrived called to see if he could come early which was great for me. He was polite and knowledgeable.

We love Aire Serv and would recommend purchasing the "Aire Serv Advantage Plan". It's a yearly maintenance plan that pays for itself if you should ever have an issue. We had Aire Serv come out and do a routine maintenance check on our AC in early June of 2021. In August of 2021, after a prolonged heat wave, we had a capacitor on our 14 year old AC unit go out. To be honest, I was prepared to hear the technician say we would need a whole new AC unit because of its age. Thank God Aire Serv employees are honest and have integrity and care about their customers. The Aire Serv Advantage Plan moved us to the front of the line and got us a priority pricing discount. The technician was at our home for a total of 15 minutes because he was able to diagnose the problem and replace the capacitor with stock he had on hand. We had cool clean air blowing within 15 min of his arrival! Thank you Aire Serv technician Martin Alvarez!

I was using a new home warranty for this service appointment due to no heat. I was very pleased with the fast response. In the past I had received resistance from some HVAC companies when a home warranty is involved. This was not the case with this company. Thanks for making this so easy.

We initially had Air Serv complete a condensing hot water heater installation that was sold by Home Depot. The receptionist and the installation crew were all very friendly but unfortunately the installation was way beyond the scope of this business’ qualifications and it failed inspection on several different points. After speaking with the inspector it was quite obvious that the staff never completed their due diligence and even opened the instruction manual as well as breaking codes that should be obvious to anyone seasoned in this business (installing an air intake right next to a dryer vent). That could be considered an honest mistake but rather than fix things the owner was extremely arrogant and refused to fix things correctly and took forever to get back to us (think months not days which he responded to say he was having personal problems). He wanted to leave a hole in our siding and then move the duct work to a place that still would not meet code (It was obvious that he still hadn’t taken the time to read the manual regarding the manufacturers specifications even after sending it to them). In speaking with my wife he mentioned flippantly that he had an attorney on retainer and this would just end up being a bad review (about the only thing he was correct with) and we should not have chosen this water heater although Air Serv had obviously said they were capable of doing the work. We will have to pay an alternate contractor to fix their poor work and mistakes. In summary I would strongly avoid this company unless you have a simple straightforward project. The reviews are often skewed by a strong solicitation from clients vs. a normal organic review process. There are many better well managed ethical businesses than Air Serv and we recommend you look elsewhere.

Everyone from the person who answered the phone to the technician that came out were very understanding and helpful. The company was recommended by friends and I will be more than happy to do the same. When it comes time to replace our furnace, we will be calling them back.

I have been a customer with Aire Serv for the better part of a year, twice for service calls and once to fix a non-working furnace. Today I called on them once again because my furnace stopped working last night. Again, they were prompt to reply, showing up later in the morning. Upon inspection it was determined that the inducer blower motor had gone bad and needed to be replaced. I was quoted over $400 for the job. I was dismayed at this because I just spent $700 with them a few months ago to replace a faulty gas valve. Even though it is the dead of winter, snowing four straight days, and I have an infant daughter at home, I decided to look around first. I was able to find a brand new motor from BL Best for a total of $150 and upon getting it home it took me literally 5 minutes to install.
I am sorry to say that I feel like my situation was taken advantage of. For a job that only required 5 minutes labor from a novice as myself, I was going to be gouged $250 in overhead. As such I got away with $150 for the part and $82 from Aire Serv for the service call. I did call Aire Serv earlier to give them the courtesy of letting them know I would be leaving this email and was told, pretty much, that they are a business and need to make money.
And I'm happy to say the furnace is now working great.

I've been waiting for an estimate since September 22, 2024. I called and was told they'd get back to me. It's October 7, 2024 and I'm still waiting. Not a call nor an update. What a huge waste of over $200 for their tech to come out to my property. I will not recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is severely lacking.
