We just had the pleasure of the owner of Evergreen Chimney Sweep company coming out to clean and inspect our chimney. What a wonderful experience with a company that treated us great, was very honest and respectful and explained everything thoroughly. We highly recommend Evergreen Chimney Sweep to everyone! You won't find anyone better and we definitely will keep using this company for our wood stove needs.

I had a stove installed and couldn’t be happier with this company, the technicians (Tyler and Cergio) were knowledgeable and professional. They laid drop cloths down to protect my carpet, played cheery holiday music and explained how to use the stove safely and properly and recommended wood to burn, when to service chimney stack etc. They arrived for appointment at the exact time quoted, hauled the trash away and were friendly. I was charged what I was quoted, no surprise charges. Excellent company and service, I will be hiring them for any future services!

Evergreen was great to work with. We had a tight timeline to get a dryer vent cleaned for a home inspection associated with a house sale. Despite a packed schedule, they squeezed us in so we could meet our deadline.

We purchased our home last year and had not yet had our chimney cleaned or inspected. So, we called Evergreen. Luke came to our home, inspected our chimney and fireplaces, and determined we didn’t even need to do a cleaning! Luke was kind, professional, and honest. He answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained everything he found during the inspection. We would highly recommend Evergreen!

Leaving a review on behalf of my older parents. They’ve never had me write anything about a service so this is saying a lot. They worked with a guy named Nick F. and they told me that he was very kind, respectful, professional, and answered all the questions they had. Also that the services were very reasonable on price and done in a timely manner.

Workers seem to be very friendly but hugely disorganized and very poor communicators. We needed a black double walled chimney that ran 6 feet from our wood stove to the ceiling thimble. We waited a week in cold temperatures for Luke to come by. He arrived late because apparently the schedulers hadn't calculated his travel time. I took the day off from work for his visit. He was friendly and seemingly informative.

We arranged an install date (another week) and a ballpark verbal estimate. The written estimate was supposed to be emailed later that day but it never arrived. The day before the install date I called to confirm the installation and was told that everything was a go. I took the day off from work again. Two hours before the installation time however, I received a call from Luke saying that the parts had not been ordered and that they were more expensive than what we had first discussed. At this point my gut told me to bail with these guys and I did.

In any case I lost two days of work, have been dealing with a cool house, and I have incinerated faith in Evergreen Chimney Sweep in Spokane. I ordered the Selkirk parts from Menards.com at a fraction of the cost and will carryout the simple task myself.

In terms of helpful suggestions I might offer Evergreen Chimney Sweep: 1) Be on time and if not call to say your running late 2) Follow through on written estimates as promised 3) Do what you say your going to do 4) Treat your patrons or potential patrons as you would like to be treated.

Addendum: Got the parts in short order, followed the directions, and our wood stove was operating in less than 90 minutes. Despite the favorable reviews found here, I personally can’t recommend Evergreen Chimney. A simple scroll will reveal other reviewers with similar experiences.

2 units - wood stove and vintage circular fireplace in our shop apartment. 5 Star/Professional service. Asked them for a quote and when they came out to give us one they ended up doing the job. Luke and Sergio worked continuously while they took the time to explain what they were doing and why. I have a fair knowledge of fires/stoves/fireplaces and they were great. All was done (in winter weather) at a very fair price

David was an excellent technician. He provided important information regarding my chimney did an excellent job with the inspection was prompt and efficient with the cleaning. I would highly recommend this company to others that have chimney concerns. The cost was quite reasonable and I will use this company in the future.

It took at least 3 days before being contacted by them about my inquiry and then after making an appointment they NEVER SHOWED OR CALLED! I wish I could give zero stars. Seriously disappointed!

Mighty Clean Air Ducts, owned and operated by Gregg as a one-man superteam, is a phenomenal service that is worth every dollar for the superb quality work and customer service he provides!

Firstly, the website for Mighty Clean Air Ducts is easy to use, read, understand, and especially reserve appointments for. Gregg charges by the square footage, not the number of vents in your home. This becomes more fair as some other companies would charge hundreds of dollars more for vent cleaning on the same home, but Gregg is a man of the people! Gregg quickly responds to all inquiries and is very accommodating to work with. His communication style is honest, open, factual, friendly, and he is an absolute pleasure to work with!

Just as important as his Customer Service is his Duct Cleaning Ability. Gregg brings all the equipment in a trailer and his truck to your home or establishment, and sets up a fantastic reverse suction array/system to clean out all of your ducts and vents. He quickly identified all vent locations and worked efficiently and quickly to get everything cleaned. If you ask for Before and After pictures, he'll take them and send them your way after the cleaning is done. The whole job, plus some of the extra requests, took him under 3 hours for my slightly under 2000 sqft home.

His prices are incredibly reasonable as well as the add-ons. I highly recommend having him clean out your dryer vents as there can be more stuff hiding in there than you realize (my dryer-vent ended up being 19ft and multiple right angles, which cleaned out a ton of large hidden lint balls). He can also clean outdoor AC Units, though he is forthright that depending on how dirty they are it might cost a bit extra. The deodorizer that he can spray inside the vent system is well worth the cost as well.

As many other reviews have indicated, not only is Gregg honest and capable, but he often goes above and beyond what is required of him. We had good conversations about dryer duct management and other furnace care, he replaced my Air Filter without asking, and did some extra clean-up vacuuming around the surrounding furnace area to keep the area cleaner and tidier. His seal-up of the return vent lines that he had to use for the cleaning, as well as a general inspection of the furnace and AC system, was done expertly and his explanations and descriptions left me at ease realizing that any potential problems or issues had been identified and fixed already.

In a world where home repair and service companies can be a real gamble in terms of quality, price, and honesty, Gregg and Mighty Clean Air Ducts are shining examples of what the service industry is supposed to be! If you ever want to clean your vents, Gregg is the person and business I would recommend the highest!!! I guarantee you will not be dissapointed!

Best prices!! Beat everyone elses prices. He arrived at the set time, he was respectful and had good communication before and after service was provided. Any questions prior that i had he was happy to answer. He provided photos to show me what it had look like as well. Very satisfied with the service. Didnt charge extra for driving a little distance out of town to my place. I plan on using him again when the time comes. 100 percent recommend!!
He also had set prices before service and didnt upcharge when he got on site like other places typically do.
