When I first called Gregg to schedule duct cleaning I could tell I was speaking to an honest businessman. When he came to do the work at my home, He explained the process before he started and was very professional. It took about 3 1/2 hours and he cleaned up after himself as he went along throughout the house. Gregg showed me before and after pictures as well. I highly recommend using Mighty Clean Air Ducts because he is professional and does a great job.

Fantastic! I purchased a older home and hadn't had the chimney inspected. Scott and his crew came out and cleaned and did a thorough inspection for me. I was clearly told how everything looked as well as left with a paper checklist of everything they looked at. Wonderful customer service by the people who were here. Thank you so much!

It kills me to write this because all the people that I talked to with the company were extremely kind and friendly and they were prompt but I just spent $185 for someone to look at my chimney for 5-10 minutes and tell me that it would cost an additional $700 to fix my issues. The $185 was for an inspection and had I known an inspection was not thorough at all, I would have just had a contractor friend who doesn’t specialize in chimney service to come look. I can understand half that cost for their time but $185 for 10 minutes is absolutely ridiculous.

Thank you for the beautiful repair and rebuild of our old, 70 year old, chimney!!! They were quick to respond to calls and emails, friendly service. This is the 2nd time we gave used Mr Chimney and gave been very pleased both times. Job was completed in a day and they showed up on time. Will recommend in future!

These guys are really professional and do a great job! Had an issue with the chimney smoking a few months after they cleaned... came right out to check it and fixed it right up!!! We burn about 4 cords each winter. Mark did a very thorough job on our two very dirty chimneys, providing useful information about our downstairs free-standing burner and our upstairs insert setup. Scott was equally thorough and helpful last year. The work was done efficiently and cleanly. I recommend Mr. Chimney highly and without reservation.

Best customer service ever!!! Scott and Mark are extremely friendly, professional and thorough! They went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. While on the roof, I asked Mark to look at my gutters to see if they needed to be cleaned again, just expecting him to tell me yes or no, BUT, he went ahead and scooped all the pine needles out of them!!! Then, on top of that, he sprayed wasp killer on half a dozen yellow jacket nests that were under a high eve on the roof for me!!! He saved me a bunch of money, not having to hire someone else to do those things for me!! That made my day, and I couldn't possibly be more pleased!! They now have me as a customer for life!! I will highly recommend them to anyone! Thank You, so very much!! You guys ROCK!!!

Called in August to schedule a basic maintenance sweep, was able to get an appointment when I wanted. Two young men came out, looked at my chimney, told me “it’s too tall” and “in the 1% of chimneys in Spokane.” So they just left without doing anything. Fast forward to today, I have another company preforming the sweep, and when I told them about what the Mr Chimney techs told me he was very confused and confirmed my suspicion that they just didn’t want to work when they came to my house. So take my experience as you will, sometimes they just don’t want to work.

Mark and Lyle cleaned our two chimneys today and I can't say enough about them! They were very professional and kind. We will definitely be calling Mr. Chimney for all of our chimney needs. Scott, our technician showed up on time and completed our (long overdue) chimney cleaning with expertise and precision in a timely manner without leaving even a hint of soot behind. He also recognized that our stove pipe had been installed unsafely as it was too close to the wall. He noted that it had been installed nicely but was not up to fire code (he was right!) He was not trying to push his services to fix it just to make an extra buck or try to bash another company's installation but instead wanted to make sure that our family and our home was safe. He said that he likes to do things right so that he can be sure that when he hears fire trucks go by at night that they aren't going to a place that he's worked on. He quoted us a price to move the pipe and even said that instead he could even help me do it if I wanted to save some money and still do it right. I don't know that I trust myself to complete the work, I think that I'll just hire Mr. Chimney and save myself the peace of mind knowing that the job will be done right and my 2 kids and wife will be safe at home while I'm at work!

Had our chimney inspected and cleaned the other day by Lial and his crew. We were one of their last stops on a 14 HOUR workday and they still had smiles on their faces, a hustle in their step, and a positive friendly attitude! They did a great job and were very informative, will definitely call them again.

Mark came out and took the time to review our questions. Both of our chimney flews did not need cleaning so the cost for the visit was much less than I expected. He identified options for more effective use of our fireplaces. Great service, very knowledgeable.

We had the opportunity to call Mr. Chimney for some repair of our fireplace and cleaning of the chimney. My wife and I were both so pleased with the job they did. They showed up exactly on time, both men were clean and neat and went right to work. Before they started they reviewed what they were going to be doing and the cost. There were no surprises for either party. They kept us both informed about the work being performed, their recommendations, and gave a professional explanation for everything. Their prices seem low for the quality of work that they performed. It is so refreshing to do business with a company that is honest, fairly priced, completely ethical, and very knowledgeable. They are the only company that I will be doing business with from now on!

Nick and Jason came to replace the undersized chase cover and remove and replace the damaged trim. They came early and worked efficiently. The result is great and they are both great guys. We certainly recommend Scott and Mr. Chimney!

Scott and his assistant were very friendly, respectful of a person's home, everything was very clean and tidy. After completing the cleaning, Scott explained just how much of a cleaning we needed and readily put us on a call list for next year.
All of the reviews are very accurate and we will definitely use Mr. Chimney again.

Nick and Lyle did an incredibly and thorough job inspecting our wood burning fire place and chimney. They were both professional and kind. Very happy with their service and will be using them again!

We use only wood to heat our home so our wood stove insert gets a lot of use. We have had Mr Chimney come out and clean our chimney for several years now. We're happy with the quality of the job done as well as the customer service we receive each time. We actually had them repair the masonry on our chimney last year as it was in need and we're really happy with that as well. They never leave any mess and are always helpful with questions we have. We highly recommend them!

The Mr. Chimney team was very efficient. The work was done with integrity and respect. They respected my time and property. I had exterior work done; new bricks and flashing. I am very happy with their work, cleanup and responses.

This is such a great team of people to work with!! Scott came out to do an estimate at the earliest convenience, knew exactly what the problem was within 2 minutes of being here, then the next day, put us right on the books for the repair. Awesome company!! I had recently purchased a home and knew that the Chimney had issues. I called for a cleaning and they were able to make the appointment work around my schedule, which was great. As they arrived for the cleaning, they did a quick inspection and let me know that the chimney wouldn't be fit to burn after a cleaning due to the cracked mortar and failing top. They gave me a quote for repairs as well as the option to cancel the cleaning that I had scheduled. I had other companies quote the same repairs, Mr. Chimney had the lowest quote!
