Couldn't remember last time we had our chimney cleaned. Mark came on time and cleaned out an embarrassing amount of creosote. He also inspected the chimney cap. Would highly recommend this company. No ash or dirt left behind. Can't wait to have a SAFE fire when fall arrives.

Mark really hit a home run for me. I asked him out for a sweep, but he also checked my catalytic converter (it didn't need replacing) and he did a quick fix on my chimney pipe collar that I had forgotten to ask for. You don't find service that that often, and I truly appreciate it! Highly Recommended.

Currently renting and it was the landlord's responsibility to clean the chimney's. In comes Oakenshield. The guy was awesome curtious and good humored. Took his shoes off at the front door, explained what he was going to do, what he was inspecting, how long it would take and how he was going to keep our house clean. Very important because my wife dusted the week before. In the time frame he specified, he was done and all tools put away. No dirt anywhere. Told us the status of our chimney's, explained proper operation, and suggested we add another CO detector for personal safety. I couldn't ask for more from a service company and I am excited to give them a review. Thanks again!

Honest company! I am very impressed with this service, call them if you need anything related to your chimney. I had another company come out to my place telling me I needed to replace my stove insert due to the auger not functioning. They quoted me a $4500 replacement. The gentleman that came out from Oakenshield was fantastic! He was able to fix our auger for free and saved us $4500!!! He was very informative and gave us honest answers to the many questions we had. I will always use Oakenshield.

After an unpleasant experience with Mr. Chimney (tried to sell me an entire woodstove when I only needed my baffle replaced), I had Mark with Oakenshield out to clean my woodstove and make sure I inserted my baffle properly. I also had him confirm that my woodstove did not need to be replaced. He said that it was in great condition. He was so very nice, and I finally felt like I was working with someone that honestly had best my best interest in mind. Not trying to squeeze out every possible dime. I highly recommend Oakenshield - great service from scheduling to their on time visit.

We called Oakenshield about getting the chimneys capped on our new to us 1904 home. They said they were booked out through the month but since it was a small job they would stop by when they were in the area. They came the next day and Mark was super nice and very professional.
