Just had Valley Chimney Repair and Cleaning come out to clean our chimney, since we haven’t ever used our fireplace since we moved in and have no idea the condition it is in. They were very professional, did a thorough inspection, said the chimney was already very clean, and didn’t charge me anything. Highly recommended!

I had a weird potential issue with some insulation next to my chimney plus I wanted to get a quote on an insert. I called valley chimney repair and they were booked a couple weeks in advance, but that was fine I wasn'tin a rush. They said they could get me in on Monday May 3rd... they didn't show up and didn't even call. I tried calling them, no answer so I left a voicemail. The next day I tried again, and no answer. I texted them as well. I called again on the 3rd day, left another message. Still no call from them.... that's terrible customer service. I get stuff comes up, but if you have an appointment with a customer you should let them know you're not able to make it ahead of time. Or at the very least call them after and reschedule. I should have noticed all the other 1 star reviews with the same issue.

Super impressed with their work! They gave me a "to the point" explanation of what my chimney issue was, and everything was fixed professionally and in a timely manner! Can't go wrong, I've used this company now a couple of times!

Had an appointment for 2 chimneys cleaned and a bid for repoints, it was changed last minute due to lack of availability on his part, scheduled a week or 2 later. They showed up ill prepared said hmm yeah we didnt brong a ladder tall enough.. and we cant do your sweep. Set a date to come back the folllowing week. Then nothing, never came back never called, not returnjng the phone call they never answer, and then stopped replying to email once he realized i was already neglected as a customer. Do not even waste your time with this company.

They were absolutely wonderful! Very knowledgeable and gave up time on a Sunday so we could use our wood stove after having to cancel due to weather. Would highly recommend! Very personable and made sure we had all our questions answered before leaving. We will definitely call them next year!

On Monday, Oct 5th, I called to set up an appointment for chimney cleaning & inspection. My time was flexible so Shawn picked the day & time, Saturday, 10th, at 3:00 - 3:30. On Saturday at 3:45 he still hadn't shown up so I called and left a message. I also texted. No answer from either. He was a NO SHOW! I left another message on the following Tuesday, 13th. Today is Friday, 16th, and I STILL haven't heard from him.
This totally unacceptable and terrible business customer service!
