William did a great job swapping out my gas water heater. The job was done well and efficiently. He did a great job letting my know what he was doing and provided good information after the job was complete.

Will and Brason were right on time and did an outstanding job, they made sure that everything was cleaned and tidy before they left and Will arranged an appointment to check on things and install two toilets for the following week. He helped arrange the purchase of the toilets through their supplier and will pick them up on his way to our house. Great customer service!

I own some rental properties and had just completed a huge renovation on one unit. The contractors I used installed an on-demand tankless water heater but it just wasn't working correctly. With new renters in the unit, I needed hot water. Will with Plum-Tech arrived the same day I called and diagnosed the problem being a substandard on-demand water heater that would NEVER work in this region. The original water heater was removed so a washer and dryer combo could be installed in that space.

I was quoted a price for the electrical and plumbing and Will supplied a water heater which was installed in the closet all up to required codes. The new renter is very happy.

The following day, there was no water, hot or cold. I called Will and he was concerned and was willing to go over and check but I advised Will I would call the water company because I seriously doubted the water froze as this is mid January or he made a mistake. It turns out the water company had a water line main break and the no water situation had nothing to do with their work but Wills concern and willingness to run over and check was greatly appreciated.

I would absolutely use Plub-Tech again.

Our heater died in the midst of getting other repairs done on our old house during one of the coldest weeks of this winter. These guys truly cared about getting our heater fixed. 110 degrees outside and our AC quits working with guests coming from out of town. Called after hours and got ahold of them. They were at my house within 90 minutes. CJ assessed the problem and had cold air blowing in 20 minutes.

On time, efficient, very professional yet friendly and easy to work with. Would give ten stars but this only allows for five. Windle and John are awesome to work with. Would highly recommend.
