Once again Falco’s exceeds our expectations. This is our second fireplace purchase from Falco, the first time was a positive experience so as we embarked on building a new house we knew exactly where to go. Sales portion was informative, communication was easy and the installation flawless. Remember - quality, service, price. Pick two.

This was an order for a small part for our Jotul 600 stove. Not a big dollar deal for Falco's, but this is our primary heat source, so it was very important to us. I was able to do a temp repair pending the receipt of the part, so the situation was not critical, but could very quickly have become so.

The short version is, I was really pleased with the response from Falco's. It took quite a while to get the part, but that was, I think, a function of the time it took to obtain it from the supplier. The staff was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Those answering incoming calls have good telephone skills--an increasing rarity. The parts manager was very knowledgeable and kept us abreast of the order status. He knew exactly what I needed based upon my vague and non-technical description, and had the part at the time specified.

I have to say that some years previously, my experience with this business was not as positive. I entered into this transaction with a little trepidation. Things have definitely changed for the better. I highly recommend Falco's.

Jeremy K. was awesome. Falco’s installed as Enviro E30 back in 2000 and it’s still running like a pro for over 23 years. I have Falco’s come out each year to do maintenance each year. Highly recommend yhis service to keep it running smooth year to year. Like all long term investments, thermostat needed replacing and Jeremy did any outstanding job troubleshooting and replacing. Falco’s stand behind their products, workmanship and diagnostics. I totally support small businesses and will continue to support them and highly recommend Falco’s to all looking for a gas fireplace.

We had two installations completed in 1 day. The installers were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient! The prices were fair and the installed units look and work great. I highly recommend Falcos because of their excellent service from beginning to the end and all of their employees are very helpful, caring and know what they are doing!

Jeremy came to service my gas fireplace today. What an awesome experience. He put up with my overly chatty behavior. Very professional. Quick and knowledgeable. My fireplace is clean, and functioning like new. I highly recommend.

A year and a half ago Falco's was one of many companies that we had give us quotes on a new furnace and air conditioning. They beat all of the others hands down with there customer service. The prices were comparable with the other companies, but the customer service will keep us using Falco's for along time.

The old furnace was replaced and we added air conditioning and our comfort level billing from Avista dropped over $20 a month. they only estimated the bill would drop about $120 a year, so we were really surprised when the bill lowered that much.

These guys have been the best through the entire process. Grant, came out for the quote and really took care of us through the installation and still helps us out whenever we come into the store. The installers were very professional and were very helpful in explaining how the process is going and how long it will take. They also made no mess at all, which is so much better than other companies that have been in our home.

They have earned our business for life.

From sales to install the customer service was outstanding. Josh our sales person followed up and kept us in the loop on every step of the process. The two installers were not only professional and accommodating but it was so nice to deal with people that know their business and can communicate with the customer. Well done Falco’s.

We had Falcos install a heat pump and 2 mini-splits in our place in Newport, WA. We had them come out from SPokane based on a previous gas fireplace install in Spokane we were very happy with. The installers for the heat pump were Beau and Nathan; we could not have asked for better service. They were friendly, conscientious, professional. Did a great job with the install, very neat and clean. Answered all questions, did exactly what they said they would do/when they would do it. Wish all major projects went as well as this. Could not recommend any more highly.

Falco's went above and beyond with their service, knowledge, and install of our wood stove. It was very obvious that they cared and wanted to come up with a solution for our challenge.
We had a challenge with smoke getting in our home caused by our home being new and built very air tight which is no responsibility of theirs. They still took the time to evaluate our situation very carfully and recommended changing out to a different wood stove which we did and it solved our issue of getting smoke in the home with the original wood stove installation. We have had no issues with the new stove!
I want to thank Grant the owner and his fine team for helping us through a challenge that they did not even cause.

Very impressed with this group of people. Fair price and timely installation. Stove needed a small touch up and they came back the next day to fix it. Good deal, real value.

We installed an outdoor fireplace on the patio. Falco’s has a wonderful store with many displays so I could see exactly how the flames were going to behave. We chose the fireplace we wanted and I went back to the city to acquire a permit for it. This resulted in questions I didn’t have the answers for. Anna was terrific in working with the manufacturer to get me the information I needed to resolve the permit questions. Duane came out and provided a quote for the install and Anthony and Eric were there within a week after that to install the fireplace. The fireplace looks amazing and the permit passed with no issues on the first time. Now we are enjoying sitting by the fire.

The customer service was wonderful from Falco’s. I didn’t have to continually reach out to them. They met every deadline they said they would with friendly support. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to do this type of project.

Customer service it completely AWFUL! We made and appointment for a service call and they said between 1-4pm Monday. My husband took half a day off work and when they didn’t show up by 4:30 called and they said they had no record of the appointment. Now they want us to sit around for another half a day, and pay an exorbitant amount for a service call. This place is horribly managed and they don’t care about their customers at all. Do yourself a favor and find a company that cares.

Also, reading Falco’s reply makes it even worse. By saying all the things they checked it basically seems like they are implying we were lying about making the appointment. We DID make an appointment, they did NOT show up and don’t want to in any way compensate us for lost work a time. The least they could do is offer a free service call. Bottom line: they might sound all nice and honest in a reply but care about one thing …MONEY.

A huge thank you to Falcos installation and service team,plus office staff for efficient, professional and friendly service. We had a need for heat pump service and they responded quickly and corrected problems within 3 hours of notification. And we live over an hour away from their location !

We ordered an insert and a wood stove from Falco’s for our new home. I love them both. They heat well. We had a few issues with propane leaking from our gas insert. Falco ordered parts and replaced until they figured out the issue. So far good warranty service. My only negative would be customer service calls go to voicemail every time. When you’re having an issue, voicemail is not what you want to hear.

We have purchased two fireplaces from Falcos. One, that we have had for 5 years, is still running great. The second one we purchased a month ago and had it installed where there was previously a wood burning fire place. Our chimney is in bad shape. So we had Falcos run a flue through the old, existing chimney and set us up with a gas fireplace. They were extremely professional through the whole process from sale to install. We trust Falcos and would recommend to them any one of our family or friends.

Our company built an outdoor kitchen for a client and installed two Blaze Grills. The service we received from Anna and the entire Falco’s staff during the selection and acquisition was incredible!

I can't say enough about lead tech Jeremy. He was friendly, knowledgeable/experienced, clean and very communicative. He also took a lot of pride in his work. We appreciate our relationship with Falco's. They are a good company and their employees seem to very happy and tenured.

Noticed my wood stove pipe was failing a week or two ago. Dave from Falco's came out the day after I called and promptly provided a quote for replacement. The next Friday, Mitch and Deakin arrived with all the parts for replacement. Mitch and Deakin were great. Once removed, they inspected the roof and installed the new stove pipe being very meticulous and did everything they could to keep the mess as small as possible. I'm pleased to have a new stove pipe that will last many years to come!!!
