Stopped by today with a strange issue on our Lennox furnace. I'm no expert, but I know enough to cause trouble. They were SO HELPFUL. It can be difficult to trust places when you don't feel like you know enough about the issues to tell if they are taking advantage of you. the Banner crew was nice, honest, and able to help us out. Nothing like getting your furnace fixed, it's kind of a big deal in late December.

We had a heat pump installed by Banner and from the quote (which was substantially lower than other quotes we received) through the installation process and the follow-up for a problem, which was our fault, they kept us informed and were on-site when they said would be. In the 50+ years we have lived in the house their professional and timely approach to all aspects of the purchase, installation and followup was by far the best we have experienced.

We were having problems with our heat shutting off inexplicably; after several service calls a very experienced tech determined there was a design flaw in the system as designed for our house. Banner sent a crew out to replace some ductwork and the air filter assembly and resolved the issue. Amazingly, they honored the warranty after 7 years and did not even suggest that we should pay. Remarkable customer service and integrity with this company!!

Recently had a new furnace installed in my home. Banner worked quickly and efficiently removing my huge old converted coal furnace and installing a new Daikin model. The pricing was better than competitors and they always responded quickly to any questions. They will always be my first choice for heating and cooling.

Our furnace stopped working the night before temperatures were expected to drop to minus digits and, of course, after regular hours. I called Banner's after-hours services, and to my relief, an actual person answered. She paged the on call service technician, and he called me in less than 15 minutes. He was excellent! He walked me some troubleshooting options and determined the issue was something I could address with his clear and patient instruction.
Not only was the furnace working again, but the technician called me back after about 30 minutes to make sure there were no further issues. As grateful as I was to have my house getting warm again, the best part was Banner didn't even charge us a service fee.

The team at Banner was great when our furnace died this summer. Their process and the product they provide is top quality - installation was quick and minimally invasive! They were really flexible with me on the whole process, and our new High Efficiency furnace is working great!

The work crew was excellent. The oil drum was replaced a lot faster that was originally stated. And the clean up was really good. Would highly recommend if you need your oil drum replaced

I gave banner a one star two months ago after we ran out of propane and we are on their “stay full” program.
Their response led me to give a second chance. They failed again and this time I’m attaching a pic to show the facts of this situation. Filled on Friday afternoon as the date in the picture confirms.
Home from spring break vacation Friday night and no heat til Monday. We need to have a hvac tech purge our system so we can turn on our furnace on. We don’t want to pay a higher weekend rate so we wait til Monday.
I won’t bash their business because I’m sure they are a good company. They do need a new system of keeping full because it clearly doesn’t work.
My hope with this program was to have our tank filled every 30 days so we aren’t hit with a huge bill when they fill a nearly empty tank. So much for that.
Coming home to a cold house, no heat for the weekend and a $600 propane bill, I believe this post speaks for itself.

We replaced our gas furnace, added central AC, and replaced our gas hot water heater at our house.

Furnace parts are hard to find in Spokane. Most of the repair places won't sell them to you, but Banner does. I just needed a DIY part that was not available at the big box stores, and they hooked me up! They even called the manufacturer to make sure they were selling me the right piece!

Josh arrived and was very professional and very knowledgeable about the furnace and equipment. He serviced the equipment inspecting the unit from top to bottom answering all of my questions. Josh found several things that also needed attention or repair and had us up and running in a very short time. Thanks Josh and Banner Fuel for the great service! I'm a Banner F & F fan; so please humm the Banner radio jingle while you read this ..Banner has done my Winter /Summer starts ups for a few years now. I get the Guardian Plan every season, because I have an older system. I like the peace of mind . When my HVAC had issues, they were SUPER quick to get a tech out. Dana is always pleasant when I call for scheduling. Today, Ryan came to do my regular summer start up service. He was great! On time , knowledgeable and was really nice about wearing shoe covers on my cream colored carpet. I always feels bad about that because I know it's a hassle for techs, but it was GREATLY appreciated. The Banner crew arrived promptly at the appointed time with our new heat pump and all the tools needed. Installation was very efficient, completed within a few hours, and left us a neat, nicely functioning system. The required city/state inspections were done in a few days. We are completely satisfied with the addition to our comfort.
