Way over charged, girl at front counter is rude and unprofessional. Tride to charge $800 to replace a pressure relief value and $$150 for a back flow test that should only cost $75. Lilac City came in rebuilt the entire system tested and passed it for $500. SHOP AROUND THIS COMPANY WILL RIP YOU OFF

Customer service was very poor. When I called, the automated system prompted me to select an option, but after pressing a number the call disconnected. I tried more than once and had the same result. If phone support isn’t available, the system should be updated so customers aren’t repeatedly hung up on. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Worst customer service I have ever seen! Had a scheduled appointment they never called or showed up. We had to call them and they said they couldn’t come out unless we wanted to pay them overtime, when asked if he was serious he said if you don’t like that find someone else to do it! Unbelievable! I highly recommend never even calling this place! Wish I could leave zero stars.

This shop should shut down. Absolutely awful workmanship. Companies like this give good contractors a bad name. Technicians leave garbage everywhere and don’t know how to fully do their job. Highly recommend calling somebody else.

I can't say enough good things about Thermal King! I tried a different company at first and they told me I had a leak and was low on refrigerant and they couldn't add any because they can't use R22 anymore. He said the only thing I could do was buy a whole new air conditioning system for $5600. Enter Thermal King... After hearing about our situation and what the other company said, the owner of Thermal King sent one of his guys over first thing the next morning. Not only did they add the NUR22, but they also added a compound that would seal the leak. We had a cool house again in hours! Thermal King is the most professional (When's the last time you had an owner of a company say 'Yes Sir' and 'Thank you Sir' when speaking to you) and trustworthy company that I have ever had the pleasure of working with in Spokane and I couldn't recommend them any more highly! If you ever have a heating or cooling need, don't hesitate to call Thermal King, you'll be happy you did!

I would like to respond to the owner of thermal King Inc. First off I never spoke with anyone in your office to have them in tears. As the owner of my business I thought it would be best if I went directly to the owner of thermal king, which I did. It was the worst interaction I have ever had with a business owner in my entire life. I tried to ask you where the mix-up was and you stated that you didn't want to talk to me because you had just been pummeled by one of my employees. I said I am not one of my employees I'm the owner so can we please talk about this at which time you stated if we wanted you to come out it would be overtime, I tried to explain to you that we had an appointment set from last week for this morning and no one called to cancel and no one showed up. At that time you raised your voice and said I am not going to deal with you and hung up the phone. Again this is the most unprofessional conversation I've ever had with another business owner in my entire life. If you're short technicians and time my advice would be to not overextend yourself so that other business owners aren't counting on you to repair something that you can't. If any one of you that is reading this review needs any repair on any restaurant or HVAC equipment I would highly recommend that you either go to Swanson's or McCleary heating and air conditioning you will get quality service and respect from those two companies

This is the most unprofessional, worst company I've ever had the unpleasure to work with. We have had them scheduled to come out and fix our Fryer since last week. They no show no called, then I had to call them for them to tell us they were too busy and couldn't make it out. I said that was unacceptable we've had this scheduled. He asked if I was willing to pay overtime and I said no we've had it scheduled since last week. He said find someone else and hung up on me. This came from Lorin the owner. Never support companies like this. Definitely find someone else to work with. I cannot say enough bad things about this company, and there RUDE Owner... Negative 100 rating......

Awesome experience. Michael and Thermal King Inc was Amazing!

Full transparency on my experience.
We had a few other local company's out to diagnose my 20+ year old heat pump having issues in August. I work in appliance repair so I am familiar with alot of cooling systems. Those company's did not know how to even hook up their pressure gauges properly and went straight to trying to sell me on a new system or pay 3-4k to diagnose my existing. One company even told me they would not touch my furnace because it looked old.
Come fall I decided to do some research and came across Thermal King Inc and give them a try before I did the system myself.
A friendly professional bearded gentleman named Michael came out and I immediately noticed he knew what he was doing ( I have high standards). I explained what I do as a profession and what the other company's explained to me and my experiences. He allowed me to watch/diagnose and toss around ideas.
We agreed the heat pump, line set and coils in the furnace were old and losing freon. He did some research and found the furnace was not that old at all compared to the heat pump itself and parts like the coils are available still so we could continue to use the beefy and expensive variable speed 20kw backup aux heat furnace/air handler that was pre existing in my home
We decided on a beefy 2 stage heat pump and come to find out it was so beefy it used a 40amp 220 electrical system unlike most a/c and heat pump systems for residential that normally use 30amps 220. This was a overlook and very rare to come by Michael explained. Michael and his boss at thermal King decided to upgrade the wiring, breakers and outside switch panel for me which helped me out so I didn't have to do it at no extra labor costs.
After the system was installed in the snow/rain and freezing temps the new heat pump, lineset, furnace air handler coil and new smart thermostat was up and running.
We did find out within a weeks time the new thermostat was having a intermittent software issue and the defrost board on the heat pump was faulty only during the aux heat command during the defrost. Both were replaced under warranty no extra costs
This company had about 40+ hours into installation and diagnosing the intermittent software and defrost board issues and did not ask for any extra money for anything.
Thermal King was ready to come out at any time of the night to fix any issues and stand by their work no questions asked
I am in customer service and own my own company and I can say Michael is a top tier professional technician and Thermal King is a top notch company that's strives to take care of their customers even if they might be at a loss in a job due to unforseen circumstances but will not burden the customer with additional costs.
I will continue to use and recommend the technician Michael and Thermal King Inc to anyone who needs any HVAC work done with confidence.

Our new to us portable A/C was leaking all over my living room floor, and I didn't know if I was going to have to replace it or what. I called them up and they walked me through cleaning it making it drain properly without charging me anything! That just said to me that they care about people and not just making a buck.
