We have been very impressed with every interaction we have with the DIVCO team.

It is clear that they take pride in their work, their people, and their customers. The administrative section is easy to work with, communicative, and helpful.

They have strong values and a passion for doing their job the right way. Our interactions with them have been B2B rather than B2C, so I can't speak to the customer side.

What I can say is that from everything I've seen, if you go with Divco, you'd be making the right choice.

Your driver followed super close to me I kept having to speed up to make distance we ended up going 55 on trent! When I moved into the turning lane I thought the driver would hit me. 4:16pm 2/3/26 East on Trent. If your vans have cams better check it. Unacceptable. I was actually scared it was someone unhinged.

This Divco Van always speeds by my place every day and evening. It's a dirt road and is very dangerous for all that travel on it reaching those speeds. Also the faster you go the more wear and tear to your vehicle. I don't want to sue Divco for a new vehicle if they crash into me. Irritated and disgusted for no common courtesy at all. Says alot about your company with your name on the van.

The team at Epic was amazing, efficient and professional. They were on time to service the furnace and the hot water tank for my clients and were super friendly. I would definitely use them again

We've been very satisfied with all the work Epic has done. This morning Marcus and Cyrus came for annual inspections, and I learned good things from both of them. Everyone has been super nice, and all of our stuff works, so what's not to like?

Epic Plumbing did a fantastic job for us. They came out and completely reorganized our plumbing pex and re-ran several drain lines in the basement to make everything cleaner and more efficient. The work was thoughtful, tidy, and clearly done with care. They took the time to do things the right way, and it shows in the end result. The crew was professional, on time, and easy to work with. Highly recommend Epic Plumbing if you want quality work done right.

Woke up this morning and realized our air conditioner went out. Today is supposed to be the hottest day of the year (106F). Epic was able to come out in just a few hours. We were up and running very quickly. Syrus was great. We also had him do a service on the heater and the A/C. He was very nice and respectful. I feel the cost was very reasonable. I feel other places might have charged me a lot more. I will definitely call Epic again. Thanks!!

We contacted Epic for a second opinion on a compressor issue for our Heat/AC. I was quoted $89 for a technician to come out. Previously we were charged by another company $100 to come out and diagnose a compressor issue. Epic told us it wasn't the compressor and maybe an electrical issue. Then they charged us $451.62 for their "service call and diagnostic". When I called them about the overcharge and what the other company charged me, they said "well obviously they didn't do a good job". They sent out their electrician the next day who found no issue, but tried to sell us a maintenance plan and quoted us for matching up some electrical breakers and rewiring (that had nothing to do with our heat/ac problem). Epic then came out again the same day and confirmed it was a compressor problem (so the other company was right). They then quoted us over $6600 to fix it. The original company we got a quote from (R&R) came out and fixed it for $2200. Epic overcharges and their diagnostic techs are not that great. Watch for the upsale as they can't be trusted!

Epic Electric, Heating, Cooling and Plumbing is amazing! The customer service is beyond reproach. "Epic Steph" is my favorite person to deal with. She has a "can do" attitude, never saying no - only looking for solutions and ideas for impossible situations. Will never hesitate to use Epic - they are my go-to company for home repairs that include electric and heating. Go Steph!

We have relied on Epic primarily to install and periodically inspect our home Generac generator. They are very responsive to our service requests and quick to let us know what their findings were. It’s usually good news but after a recent inspection we were glad to know that it is defiantly time to replace the battery. Their administrators and technicians are top notch!

These are the guys you want. I had two companies give me an estimate. Epic was more professional in their assessment process, more involved, and much to my surprise less expensive than the "other guys" whose solution was to run power outside my house vs underneath via the basement. Yes this is a real unpaid endorsement. That's how good they were. Hello hire Epic!

Epic showed up to my rental property that was having a water heater problem within 30 minutes. They quickly determined that the issue was the 30 amp breaker that supplied power to th WH. They relaced the breaker and my tenants had hot water within 2 hrs. Great Service and reasonaly priced. Thank You Epic.

The tech (Jason) that came out was awesome - very nice, did a superb job, showed me the difference that the cleaning out he did on my AC unit and furnace made (showed me the actual wad of crud that he pulled out and from where) and explained a lot more about my whole system than I ever knew. Very awesome, won't be leaving them anytime soon.

From quote to project completion, Epic has been amazing to work with! Maureen in Customer Service is always pleasant to speak with, I could probably talk to her for hours. Cody and Joe helped my family to identify the major utility work needed on a home we were pending contract on. Their expertise helped to negotiate the purchase price of the house and once we got the home, then Joe came in and did excellent work on the electrical system. Joe is one of those guys that you can just tell he does good work by his no-nonsense demeanor, but he's actually a cool guy to work with. On top of all of the wonderful customer service, Epic also had the most affordable quote for services compared to their competitors. I highly recommend Epic for all of your electric, heating, cooling and plumbing needs!

We were stressed when we discovered our generator installer had retired, as we needed annual maintenance. The previous installer recommended Epic, and they responded promptly, and were able to get out to us in just a couple days. Bobby was right on time, courteous and quick. Happy to have found Epic and will absolutely be using them in the future for any other needs! Thank you guys!

Update a couple years later: Still thrilled with Epic! The office admin is always so sweet and polite. They always get me scheduled promptly and they arrive when they say they will. No regrets switching to Epic for everything!

Everyone at epic, from the staff who answered our initial phone call and handled scheduling to the technicians who came to our home, was incredibly helpful and respectful! We had our ducts cleaned along with our dryer vent blown out. The technicians respected our home by wearing shoe covers, were polite, and communicated with us. They explained the necessary steps/actions they were taking and also shared information about our options moving forward.

I would definitely recommend Epic!
