Cameron was awesome. Definitely would recommend them for heating & cooling services. They installed central AC for us.

These guys did and Awesome job converting our house from Oil to Gas.. they were fast, affordable, nice and clean (even with all the oil mess they were dealing with!) We shopped around quite a bit, and were extremely happy with our choice to go with M and L!

Incredibly nice people to work with. I've never worried about being overcharged or paying for services I didn't truly need. I've used them to install a new furnace and central air as well as service and maintenance. They exceed my expectations every time.

Mark and his co-workers have always gone above and beyond to help me out and they have been fairly priced for the jobs being done. I would highly recommend them to anyone needed heating and air conditioning repairs or service.

This is a great local Family business, I for one will definitely keep them on speed dial for my gas furnace and AC. I was referred to this company by a friend. I would refer anyone here over the larger companies that don’t seem to have the scruples or work ethic of the technician that fixed my furnace. Same day service, reasonable rates and my furnace has not been working This good in years Thank you M & L Mechanical for a job well done! They are the best. I have now used then twice. Once for a water heater and now for my furnace. I will be a life long customer. Mark and Cameron know their stuff, and do not just tell you to get a brand new unit. They diagnose and do everything to fix the problem. Highly highly recommend.

Came to clean out the ventilation systems on the cab cranes at my work. In the process removed and did not replace the cab filters and disposed of the magnets used to hold the filters in place. This company prioritized equipment longevity over worker safety. For that they deserve less than 1 star. Those magnets were purchased at the employees expense. Thanks DIVCO.

Today March 1 I’m driving next to vehicle 3039 on Sprague near Helena Street about 1010am. The guys got his phone in his hand up high in the windshield not paying attention to whatever he’s doing. This is a terrible look for the company even though everyone in Spokane does this, it just is not a safe thing to do poor reflection on the company.

So I'm driving next to Van 3080 this morning at 7:30 on 395 and I'm looking over and the guys got his phone on the steering wheel manipulating his phone instead of driving it reflects poorly on the company because the names plastered all over the side

These guys are usually available right away when I need an HVAC technician. They solve most of the problems I incur on a same-day basis, which is nice. They can be speedy at times, but let's face it, who isn't these days.

I have to give kudos to the guy they send to my shop the most often because he is a cut above the rest, in my opinion. His name is Cory Fousst (sp?), & he is always on time & ready work. It's hard to find a true professional in today's market & I feel like this man deserves some kind of reward!

We are grateful for what Divco has done for our church and specifically we would like to honor the amazing work ethic and good work of Erik. He continually gets gold stars for his concern and care which keep us with Divco on a very complex set of heating and cooling systems.
