Had Banner clean my Heating system. Gordon arrived on time and set up the vacuum truck. Had a major remodel and needed to clean the ducts.

Recently converted from oil furnace heat to a top of the line Daikin heat pump and air handler system with heat strips in our 1907 farm house. Needed new electric upgrade. Banner handled the electrical upgrade, the new heat pump system and removed the existing basement oil tank. Soup to nuts. The crew was always ontime, very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They trained us on the system and thermostat. We are over the moon with the Banner experience. Between the estimate process, customer service assistance and all the crew I just can't recommend highly enough.

Banner replaced the crossover duct in my double wide trailer. They arrived on time, did a good job in their estimated time, answered my questions. Banner has always done a good job for me.

It's always a please having Dayton come over to service/repair our HVAC equipment! I always get to pick his brain as he's working. He's knowledgable & personable, a great asset to and represebtitive of Banner.

The install looks beautiful. They ran the new lines along other pipes and duct in my house. A day and a half and im back up and running. New unit and added AC. I recommend them to anyone.

A few companies came to give me a bid on my furnace which quit working on Friday evening. I decided to go with Banner Fuel and wait until Monday (thank goodness for my backup mini split which gave me some warmth). So glad I did! Dalton was the technician who came and not only saved me a lot of money, he was able to replace my motor to my 1960s furnace without a hitch. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. They have worked on our furnace for years and have done a great job. Our last tune up there were some issues. I spoke to the manager, Charlie and he fixed the problem perfectly. Its refreshing to have good customer service now days.

Our technician was great. Did a wonderful job cleaning up our furnace, explaining all the pieces to me, and not treating me like I'm dumb for not knowing aspects of it. Gave me suggestions on things we can do without any hard pressure sales tactics. Our furnace is a huge old mechanical one that hadn't been serviced in over 13 years. Highly recommend Banner!

Totally embarrassing! Our furnace was blowing cold air and I figured the igniter was bad. Nope, The thermostat needed to be set on EMHEAT, not HEAT. HEAT pulls air from the heat pump. EMHEAT from the furnace. Duh!
Service Tech John to the rescue. Explained it all, put the igniter back in for me. What a great tech! A+ Sir!
That little lesson cost us and we knew it would however this company has a true asset in their service tech John. Thanks!
