Couldn't be happier with the work done on our property. Removal of bark and weeds was a big project. Willy and Armando went the second mile -- hard workers and very willing to follow up on additional requests. They always cleaned up our yard and driveway at the close of their work days. Great guys to deal with. We would recommend Inland to anyone. That and Montana Rainbow River Rock! 😃

My neighbors hired this company for their fall lawn cleanup. Instead of removing leaves and pine needles, they just used a leaf blower to push it all into neighboring properties. Beyond rude and unprofessional. Clean up your own mess!
The response from this company completely shirks all responsibility, but their name and information was slapped onto the side of the white truck with a trailer used by these workers.

I want to leave two sides to this review.

The positive: If you can talk to the actual people who work here, they're awesome. 10 out of 10 they will help you do whatever you need. They're friendly and responsive (most of the time). I've liked working with them in the past.

The negative: Playing phone tag with them is frustrating and impossible because their AI answering machine can't actually patch you through to anyone. I've been trying to talk to the sales guy for for a week and every time he calls me he tells me to call the main number and they will connect me but they don't because their AI can only leave the front desk a message. They claim it's an autumn problem because they're taking so many calls about sprinkler blow outs and it makes it impossible to answer all the calls. But if I even just had the number for my sales rep and didn't have to call the main number it would solve this issue.

5 stars for how friendly the actual people are. But lost one star for AI bot phone tag. If their service improves as we get away from fall, I will edit this review.

I will 100% recommend ALP to everyone I know! Pest control is an absolute must for me as I live next to two vacant fields— it is a life saver!!
