Great! Performed a repair earlier in the year, did excellent work, so I decided to hire them back again for our sprinkler blowout. Sticking with this company! Maybe to maintain my lawn next?

The plugs from Aerating, showed I'm watering the correct way! JD, had to go with the smaller machine for the backyard, because of the gate size. Didn't let that bother him. Again, great job JD!! I’m sure they do good work but I’m not a fan of their employees roasting tires in a company truck in my neighborhood that’s full of kids.

Lawn has never looked better. Added fert to lawn mowing service. No matter if there’s 2 or 4 people always a great job. They’ve also trimmed tree, which now looks amazing, cleaned up side fence area and delivered bark. Just ask and they can provide.

I think we have used Inland Lawn for 5-6 years now. 4 years ago we moved into a different house and the lawn was a mess. It was very weedy with large bare patches. Inland Lawn worked with us for the past 5 summers to control the weeds and make our lawn flourish. The backyard, which was very bare is now lush and green with regular mowing and watering, fertilizing and weed control. It took a while, but with their help we got there. The owner Kelly always returns our phone calls promptly and listens to what issues we’re having and communicates with his crew to resolve them. Thumbs up to Kelly and his crew! They have made our yard beautiful again without us having to tear out the lawn and replant it. We highly recommend Inland Lawn. They are reasonably priced, responsive and professional.

Pray you never have a problem with Inland Lawn. They'll treat you like an idiot and harass you until you give in. Their equipment is leaving these marks on my lawn every week. I asked them could they use something else? They wouldn't even respond. I guess my request was unreasonable? Who wants their lawn looking like this every week, seriously? Guys, I think you could have at least looked for another option before calling me at my home, talking over the top of me, ignoring everything I tried to tell you, and treating me like I was an idiot.

You're lying. You have only cut my grass for a few months this year, not for 3 years.

The photographs show yellow lines left by your lawn equipment. Grass doesn't die in a straight line. I asked you to use other equipment. Based on the photos, this was not just reasonable but an obvious remedy. You refused to even acknowledge.

You know from my texts that I took your advice and substantially increased watering. After two weeks, your lawn equipment left the same marks. That narrows it down, doesn't it?

Harassment:
You called my cell phone 5 times in 8 minutes, despite the fact that I told you four times to stop calling. I had to block you to get you to stop. You again called me at home using my landline and I had to remind you again to stop calling. I also informed you by email to stop contacting me because of your belligerence.

Lying about me in your response about hostility is just lame. This is all a reflection on your business: you're killing my grass, you failed to offer remedy, you failed to take my suggestions, and you became hostile with me as a result. Not once did you ever suggest a salesman or fungus remediation. When I told you it was fungus, you laughed at me and insulted the second opinion I had obtained.

That's how you did business with me.

Terrible experience with them. I asked for a price on lawn mowing and weed eating. I was told a price of 46$. I hired them and when done it was awful. Very sloppy job and no weed eating at all. I took pictures of my lawn right after they left. Day and time stamped.
I called the office after they left and the woman who answered told me they would send an invoice . I knew I would not be using them again so I told her I wanted to pay now. She took card number all information and sent it through. I checked my bank and it was deducted from my account. Then today the sent me a receipt they took it out again!!! I even told them not to use that card as I had already paid, but for whatever reason they did. Now they have taken over 100$ from my account without authorization . I have all the emails and will take them to court !!!
Please if you use them do not give out your bank card information, for your own peace of mind do not do it.
Thank goodness I save emails pictures etc so because another bill will bounce because of this
I will sue for much more,
Plus she said I didn’t have to pay the invoice until the 1st. Like I said I did anyway to be done with them.
Very sketchy people proceed with caution

I tried getting inland lawn to help get my sprinkler system up and running. When I tried setting an appointment, they told me the price but were unable to provide a time. I told them I needed a time frame, so I could be there and be shown proper operation of the system and ask questions.
They said they showed up and did service. The only way I know they say this is because I received an invoice. I was not there, and since they had neglected to give a time, I was forced to hire a different, more professional company who was kind enough to give me a time.
When I explained I have no idea what they did because I was not there, the only feedback was too bad. They did not have a signed contract, work order, or even an agreement to do work. Yet they showed up anyway.
Then, they agreed to come back out and remove whatever work they did. I explained I have no way of knowing what you did. The reply was it is in the invoice. The invoice is as vague as could be and just says "Miscellaneous Irrigation System Parts: (1) rotor, (1) 1ft gray, pvc riser (1) rainbird spray 1 nozzle". It does not explain where, or anything.
They replaced an item I do not know if it was working or not, but I know they left 2 broken sprinklers be. So regardless, another company had to come out and do a proper job.
I will gladly pay a little more for a company to do the job I ask, when I ask.

This is our second year with Inland after our previous service wanted us to install expensive systems for watering. Inland does a great job, always thorough and well organized. Couldn't really ask for better service.

Inland Lawn has always been so helpful and has kept my lawn looking amazing! These guys are all so nice :) I am extremely OCD about my lawn and they know it! I accidentally poured roundup on it and the owner came by and told me exactly how to fix it and it worked!

Absolutely one of the best contractor experiences we have ever had. Willy came out and gave us a quote and then we had the only hiccup in the process. The office sent my wife a text that included a suggested date to which my wife responded to them to call me to schedule. They did not call me and showed up a week ahead of when I expected them and proceeded to take care of removing garden boxes that I did not have time to take care of. Willy said it was least he could do for the inconvenience of showing up without the office having scheduled. The crew ran into some additional root systems from our neighbor's trees and tackled the problem like pros. They even had to bring in a few extra guys to get it all finished. While there was a bit of an issue with scheduling, Willy and his crew made sure to more than make up for it with an excellent experience while taking care of our back yard, he even showed up on Saturday to put some adjusted nozzles in our sprinkler heads. These guys went above and beyond.

crew did a fine job mowing but on one visit a rock or some object got flung into my car window and shattered it. upon reviewing my ring camera footage the only people or person entering my property that day was the lawn crew. I conveyed my concerns with the manager and he refused to take any responsibility whatsoever and told me to turn a claim into my Auto insurance. the amount to fix the window was less than my deductible so the repair of 300 dollars was out of my pocket.

This business does NOT stand behind their work. Had them start up the sprinklers this year.
SPECIFICALLY asked the TECH to double check that the controller was set to water enough for the whole season because I am rarely at the house.
He CONFIRMED HIS WORK!! Said YES IT IS SET FOR THE SEASON.
I'm out of the country in JULY and get a call from my mower who says the lawn is dead. YEP!! DEAD, YELLOW, CRUNCHY!!
Called Inland Lawn back and said WHAT'S GOING ON?!
You guys need to get back out there and FIX the settings! They scheduled it, went out, incidentally it was so far gone, it never did come back this year.
THEN THEY CHARGED ME $100 TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE!!!!!
Went through it with the owner (yes Kelly S-corps have owners-duh!) explaining his Tech confirmed it was set for the season. He turned it back on me and said somehow I should have known to go check!!! This boy has bumped his head too many times.

There are TONS of sprinkler options in this town, AVOID INLAND LAWN at all costs!!!!

Amazing Company! There was a mishap with scheduling and the crew showed up earlier than expected. Willy made it right. He and his crew worked tirelessly to get our sod installed. They had additional people show up, doubling the size of the crew to get it done. We had a lot of additional things that popped up with our job, like a carpet of roots that needed dealt with. They got it done and didn't charge one extra cent for the additional work. If you want honest hardworking people with a great work ethic and a lot of knowledge, these are your guys!

I live out in Shenandoah and I tell you what it's nice to have a company like Inland doing the mowing. The place looks good and the best part is they have enough sense not to discharge the clippings towards the houses and properties. The guy mowing the big common area in the middle of the park was very good about discharging away from the houses. I didn't catch his name but he was wearing glasses and very polite when I stopped him to give kudos. I'm glad the property management has decided to go with a knowledgeable company 👍

They did a great job, arrived daily and worked long hours and even in the rain. They communicated each step, and insured that they were doing what we wanted. The work on our wall is exceptional, our yard has been receiving many compliments. I would highly recommend them for any yard projects as I will be having future yard projects done through them.

At first, I was very happy with Inland Lawn. Their prices are a little higher than some competitors, and I didn't notice any markedly improved service for that price difference compared to my previous lawn care company, but they were pleasant and flexible when it came to my requests for exactly what I wanted done.

Unfortunately, my opinion changed when I added on their mowing service while I was out of town for a month. I was concerned how they would manage around my sprinkler system (I have above-ground sprinklers set on timers), so i called and asked if they could handle putting them back after they mowed or if I needed to arrange for someone else to handle that. They assured me it wouldn't be a problem. While I was away, I had neighbors checking on things, and they told me the sprinklers were not at all in the right places, resulting in very uneven coverage. They got things reset, but then when I returned (the same day they had done the mowing), I again found the sprinkler badly misplaced.

I called the company to express my unhappiness with the service and was told that a manager would review and call me. They didn't ever call me, but did send an email explaining that they felt everything had been done correctly. I replied, explaining my points above, and they responded with their own pictures showing my sprinklers in different positions (which was my original complaint), but still insisted there was no problem.

In fairness to them, sprinkler management is not a part of their contracted service, and had they just told me when I asked that they couldn't do that, I would have had no problem with them. But to say they can do it, fail to do it in a way that anyone would think was adequate, and then tell me there was no problem was too much for me.

We had a great experience with inland lawn. They did a paver patio and large retaining wall for us last year. Both look really great and have held up great over the past year. We had them do some follow up work this year with an Irrigation system and concrete curbing. They are super easy to work with and communicate well and do quality landscaping.
