The company is extremely professional , knowledgeable and extremely honest
I had a rather complex wiring problem with my system and they took their time and fixed the issue. So thankful I have them as my sprinkler and lawn care provider. I highly recommend them

Jeff came out to treat for ants along the drive way and a yellow jacket nest that was in the ground at my mailbox.The mailman was afraid to deliver my mail. Thank you Jeff for being so professional and for taking great care of us in such short notice.

My system is extremely old and he has worked to maintain it perfectly. When he has to dig up grassy areas when he is done you can't tell the grass was ever disturbed. I hope he loves his job and continues working as he is a great ambassador for your company.

I called this company after having another company (who I had been a loyal customer of for 9 years) make unneeded repairs and misdiagnose what turned out to be a very simple issue. I ended up with a hefty bill from them and still a non-working sprinkler system zone, and then told they couldn’t return for 8-10 weeks to make another misdiagnosed repair. I called Automated lawn and pest/Marko’s sprinklers, and they were able to come out the very next day! Jeff quickly figured out the problem, and was able to return in a very timely manner to get the job done at a reasonable price. I was very impressed with them all around! I will for sure be a returning customer.

I called knowing nothing about having a company come do an insect spray in/on my house. I called and spoke with Zach who was super knowledgeable and helpful answering all my questions regarding pets and safety. I was surprised to hear that they would spray not only my house but my shop and garage inside and out at no extra cost! Zach ended up being the one to come out and spray and was super professional, thorough and again answered 50 more of my questions 😆 he was great! We are very happy with our service and got set up with quarterly sprays to keep the pests out! 🕷️🐜🪳

We hired Automated Lawn & Pest to do some landscaping in our backyard using rainbow river rock and using our old brick to make a path from our storage shed. They were very responsive right from the start by providing detailed description of the scope of our project. Once we were on the schedule they kept in touch with us as to when they would begin. There were a couple of delays due to the rainy weather but they made up for it by working diligently once they were here and completed everything on time. We were kept updated regularly on when they would come and when they would be back. We really appreciated the communication because we have not experienced that with other project contractors we’ve had in the past. We highly recommend them!

Had Marco install sprinkler system and had nothing but dissatisfaction since, customer service as well as installation less than one star rating. Pipes were buried less than 3 inches in places and cannot aerate lawn. I can go on and on with the negatives and for the life of me cannot think of anything that was good…

We had our sprinklers put in a few months ago, the crew worked so hard. We have a lot of rock where we live and it took them 3 days of hard work. I've used Markos for a sprinkler blowout 3 of the last 4 years. This year they decided to charge me $119. Previous years I had paid around $65. Quite a drastic price increase with no notification. I emailed the business to ask why the huge increase and got no response.
