During last years major storm I lost power for 7 days on day 3 Anthony was at my house installing a new plug to my panel and hooking up a generator. Way less and faster than every single other company I called. Will 1000% use him again and can't recommend his services enough.

David was very friendly and informative, We had to much fun for getting a Generator estimate !!!!

Dave Ross is awesome. Very personable and best of all, straight forward. He didn’t clutter the furnace replacement conversation/estimate with a bunch of unnecessary chatter—I really like that. And Dave showed up early and that enabled me to be to work on time—thanks Dave.
Day of install—Zach and his partner were great. They knew there stuff and had everything together—they were super easy to be around and did a phenomenal job on the install. Thanks Zach and partner (sorry—should remember your name). I will certainly recommend Tapps to all my neighbors who after 18 years, will also, eventually, need a new furnace.

After getting a dozen quotes I chose Tapps and I’m very glad I did because they did a great job! I was impressed at the thoroughness that was put into the initial walkthrough and the detail of the quote. When it came time to begin the project they had great communication. Ultimately the work was great as well. I look forward to hiring them again for future projects.

Recently I had my house electrical panel and all the circuit breakers replaced by TAPPS Electric, Heating & Air Conditioning.

We are recently transplanted to the Washington area, and have used TAPPS for a few of our electrical needs. Not only to install decorative safety lights for our parents new driveway and replacement of current electrical "J" boxes, but assistance with options for the future. Both Chase and Aidan were professional, efficient and diligent. We will continue to call TAPPS with all our electrical needs.

Aidan was prompt, super polite and respectful and efficient. Found the issue quickly, repaired it was finished within 30 minutes.

David came out to check out some electrical issues we were having. He was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable, plus he loves animals and was more than happy to have my pup wandering around with him! Called Tapps Electric for repairs to my street light and they sent an electrician out the same day. Aiden explained what was wrong and gave recommendations for lighting replacement. A few days later he and another electrician came out and in short time replaced the old light and sensor. Friendly and professional service.

We have used them a couple times, modernized our knob and tube and added all sorts of other slightly more modern extras. Did quality work and extra shout out to Chase for his knowledge and pleasant professionalism.

Chase was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He didn't try to pressure me into buying something I didn't want. He did, however, provide me with multiple options, even some that I've been considering for future projects. We will be having Tapps upgrading our electric panel and installing a dedicated circuit for our freezer. Any electrical projects we have done in the future, we definitely will be contacting Tapps.
