Reviews of local pros in Sumner, Washington

Their crew was courteous, professional, and quick to make repairs to my gutters. Very pleased.

Just had CR Gutters out to replace my old broken gutters and I am beyond impressed! From the time they showed up to the time they were complete was literally an hour! Yes I do have a small house but these guys killed it! I’m so excited to have new gutters with leaf guards as I live in the Forrest. I highly recommend CR Gutters and will be telling all my friends and family about them!

Fantastic communication and service. Bidding and install process was top notch. They did high end gutters with guards on our new custom home. Their crew came out when they said they would and worked very fast / effectively. It looks great!

I recently had CR Gutters replace the gutters and downspouts on my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. I spotted their truck in Bellevue and decided to give them a call out of the blue. From that moment on, their service was exceptional.

Despite a family emergency that prevented me from being home during the estimate, CR Gutters still came out, provided a detailed estimate, and kept in touch with me throughout. The scheduling was incredibly convenient, and they were very flexible with my situation.

The team helped me pick out the perfect colors and explained everything to me in detail, making sure I was comfortable with the choices. They were considerate, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied.

The installation itself was flawless. The crew was professional, efficient, and did an amazing job. My new gutters look fantastic and work perfectly. I highly recommend CR Gutters for their outstanding service and quality workmanship.

Thank you, CR Gutters, for making this a smooth and pleasant experience!

CR Gutters just finished replacing my old gutters. They look great! The installers were very quick and efficient, and made several improvements on the old system.
Daniel and Austin were pleasant, professional and accommodating to a couple concerns that I had.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

CR gutters did a wonderful job on our gutters last summer. From scheduling to product selection to installation, they were a dream to work with. Even when I had a last minute color change for the downspouts! Can’t say enough good about them. Total professionals - all team members!

We just had CR Gutters put gutters on our shop and now plan to have them come back to put new gutters on our house when we have it repainted. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and precise. They cleaned up after themselves and did a beautiful job on the gutters. My husband is a perfectionist and doesn’t like to have others do work at our house, but he was super impressed with the job CR Gutters did and how polite they were. 100% recommend them!

The estimator was professional and answered all of my questions. I had other bids and felt the quote to install new black gutters and downspouts was fair. A crew of two came out two weeks later and removed the old gutters and downspouts. The speed and quality of work of the crew was impressive. They cleaned up the construction debris and hosed down any areas that needed it. My wife and I are very pleased with the new look to the house. I would highly recommend CR Gutters Inc for your next project.

Awesome job. Crazy fast. Fair pricing. Looks great with my new roof.

Had new gutters installed. Allen and his team were first- class. On time, efficient and excellent work at a fair price.

We recently had CR remove and replace 115 feet of 6" Kline gutter with downspouts on a commercial building. Not only did CR do a really nice job, a shout out goes to Austin who was our main point of contact from estimate to project completion. Communication was excellent throughout - scheduling, updates, crew assignment, crew on-site when promised - all were top notch. The quality of work was commendable, and CR office staff were professional and gracious when it came time to pay our bill. Furthermore - and truly impressive - we asked CR to come back out on-site and complete a minor design change requested by us that was not detailed in the original estimate we had accepted. CR responded to our request with the same gracious attitude and professionalism, completing the work to fulfill our request, and doing so within the original estimate we had agreed to. Very impressive. Would we use CR again? Absolutely!! Thank you.

I recently had gutters put on my home and 2 rentals and I was very impressed with Carol,Dan and his crew and office help. I highly recommend this company to anyone who deserves the best.

I would recommend them. They are affordable and have the best people working. I was quoted by one place for 5000.00 and they charged 1000.00. They have the best customer service. I'm very happy dealing with them.

I recently moved into our new build home in Maricopa, Arizona and contacted CR Gutters to have them install gutters on the whole house. Little did I know that I had contacted the best company for the job. I was extremely pleased with the installation and timeliness of the job. They surpassed my expectations and am so happy with the results. I have recommended this company to anyone that has asked including the builders' representatives. Thank you so much for the excellent job!

We are very satisfied with the work that CR Gutters did on our home. Everyone we interacted with on their team was professional, demonstrated clear knowledge and competence, and followed through with great looking work. Getting the estimate was easy. Carol came to our place on our time and efficiently assessed our needs, offered options, and was even able to utilize some of our existing structures thereby saving us costs. The install team was professional. Great experience overall!

10/15/2025: I just had Alan, and his crew replace my old gutters with new ones. I haven't seen a crew that worked this hard and non-stop in a long time. Alan and his crew were truly awesome not only with the new installation, but the cleanup was great too. Very professional, courteous and had complete respect for my yard. I used this company years ago and I'm so happy I used them again. Thank you, Alan, and crew and CR Gutters for a job well done!!

We just recently had CR gutters replace all of our gutters and downspouts and we couldn't be more pleased with the work. Their workers are professional extremely courteous and clean. The installation of the gutters is for sure five stars!! CR gutters prices are extremely competitive. If you're in the market for new gutters I highly recommend calling CR gutter for free estimate and see how pleased you will be with their work.

Moe was excellent, they responded extremely quickly. They made sure they understood my needs and absolutely delivered with results. The carpets turned out better than I had even hoped. They were excellent in guiding me through the process explaining each step and giving me the option to choose what option would best fit my needs. The carpets looks great and the house smells fresh and nice, thank you!!

I am so impressed with how clean my carpets look! There were some pet stains that I did not think would come out - but there isn’t a trace of the stain. They were really friendly, provided other options if I wanted (but not in the least bit pushy - just informative). He was punctual, thorough and finished within the time frame noted. They were also able to get me on their schedule really fast - because I had company coming. 10/10 strong recommend!

Tony Vidrio did a fantastic job left our carpet really clean he had a great attitude really nice guy 👌
