As always, they (Mo) did a fantastic job. Everything comes perfectly clean and looks as brand new as possible. Crystal Carpet Care is our go-to for carpet cleaning and would be for any other services they provide! Customer service is spot on, Jackie and Jennifer are so kind and helpful! Not a bad thing to say!

Excellent company and I would highly recommend. Ben was very friendly and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about the whole process.

Second time using this company and impressed again! Very affordable price with exceptional service. Will be suing again next time.

They came to clean my carpet they were there on time. They did a great job I would recommend them to anyone

Crystal is an awesome company! I love the easy text message option. They are very easy to set up a service with and I appreciate that because I don’t have a lot of time. I have to say that Mo, the man who cleaned our carpets now for two years in a row… is really over the top amazing. He is so kind. He is efficient. He is great with animals. He cares about his work. He really wants to produce great results. He is thoughtful and sensitive about people who work from home. I don’t want anybody else to clean my carpets! He deserves a raise. You cannot find help and talent and kindness easily in the world today. He really is a notch above. Crystal Is lucky to have this kind of representation out in the field. We are so happy with our very clean carpets. We will surely use you and Mo again! Give that man a raise! 😊

Tony came out today to clean my carpet and apply a protectant coating. Very nice, respectful young man and he did a great job.

I had the honor of having Tony Vidrio clean my carpet, very kind, humble and hard working guy, He asked me if I needed any help and was more than ready to help in pushing heavy furniture. His expertise and detail made me happy to call them in the future and recommend to my friends.Tony, people like you make this world a happy place and bring joy to families like mine.My carpet is sparkling ✨️.

So Grateful for this amazing family owned and operated carpet cleaning service! Brad and wife are simply the best! We had them out for our most recent steam cleaning at Deer Ridge Memory Care in South Hill Puyallup. Worth every penny. The team arrived early and got right to work. They have such an outstanding service and our residents, families and staff are so thankful. Smells like a brand new building. Special thanks to Ben, Bruce, Tony and Moen for your hard work. You make such a huge difference in our community. This deserves a 6 Star review! Don't bother calling anyone else. These are honestly the most reasonable prices and the results are Amazing. Thanks again! We would recommend them over and over again!. Great Job!

Crystal Carpet Care was awesome. They were professional and polite and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to do any spring cleaning. Thank you Vicky for calling the next day to make sure I was happy with my service. You don’t get that from many companies these days 5 stars ⭐️

Crystal Carpet Care was amazing. On time, great communication, and excellent work. Our service guy was superior - personable, flexible, got in - did the job - couldn't be happier. Have mot had a carpet company to the house in years, always dis it ourselves. Not anymore - thanks Crystal and thanks to your service guy who came out. A+

Jackie & Joe are always very professional and accommodating. After a week on vacation & dog sitter looking in on the pouches, we came home to a few messes the dogs left for us. Called Jackie, she had Joe slotted into clean carpets next day. Recommend this team to anyone looking for a new carpet service. Always delivers! My go to carpet cleaners!

On time and professional service from a good local company. I will definitely procure their services again in the future. My old stained carpets got a new life!

I highly recommend Crystal Carpet Care. They are professional., on time, speedy and do a great job. I have two labs and you can’t even tell because my carpets always look clean and well maintained.

Booked easily through Yelp and they arrived on time, and quickly cleaned all the carpet and were done in even less than their estimate.

Mo was very professional and thorough. He explained everything and was kind and courteous. It was a great experience working with him. The staff called the next day to make sure I was happy with the work, which I was. I am happy to recommend Crystal Carpet Cleaning.

They consistently do a great job on our carpets!! Customer service is fantastic! Wish I’d found them years ago!

Jackie and Moen were awesome. Elite customer service, Jackie was accommodating to our schedule as we don't live in the area. Moen was upfront with possibility the carpets may not clean. It was so nice to have a company so honest, I highly recommend this company. Thanks Jackie and Moen!

Crystal carpet care came to my home to clean the carpet. They did another excellent job, and are the best at not only cleaning the carpet but their customer service is top notch! Moen did an outstanding job and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done correctly, taking care to unsure the walls were not dinged by the hose and even cleaning off my dirty front step and mat for me! They are the best!!

Have used Crystal Carpet Care since we moved to Sumner 10 yrs ago. They always do a wonderful job and their customer care and follow up is excellent. Moen, has done our cleaning the last 3 times, and that kind of consistency is so appreciated!

Wonderful experience. Highly recommend for carpet cleaning. Very communicative and accommodating while scheduling. Joe, the tech, was incredible. He even took the garbage out for my elderly father. Offered to help me move light furniture. Very knowledgeable and worked quickly. I will definitely use Crystal Carpet Care again when needed!
