Robert, Jordan, Corey, and Josh did an amazing job installing our ac unit. They arrived on time and stayed on task the whole time. They were also great at making sure we were informed with everything they were doing.

Robert, Jordan, and Corey did great installing our heat pump. Robert was also kind enough to paint the line hides at the end.
EDIT: it's been ~9 months and I've had 2 service calls for small issues for which Dynamic sent out technicians to handle. Josh was especially thorough and helpful.

I heard of dynamic services from a neighbor. Glad I did. I had a barely used AC unit that I reached out to have installed. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, and professional. Charles came out to review my situation, bid the job and answer any questions. Karl was quick to get me on the schedule when it was convenient for me. My in-house team Kaleb, Darrell, and Jordan, did a great job with installation and getting power to the unit, gave me the options and willing to do it how I preferred. Also got my thermostat installed and hooked up to my phone, tested the system and explained how to operate. They aim to please. Very satisfied! Thank you guys!

After countless hours of searching for reasonable prices and technicians that treat you like a human and not a quick buck this company is hands down the best one in the PNW will deffinatly be using them again.

They stole the relief line I plumped in for the water heater to use for their ac unit on new construction job. Super lame, now we have to install our line after the house has been insulated. We should’ve just hacked it off and had the home owner call them back out but they’ll more than likely be getting a call from my boss

EDIT: Owner was very responsive to concerns raised, sent his A-Team out to seal the unit so the closet wasn’t being heated, and gave a deal on the annual service for not just the heat pump, but also the furnace. Will update again as services are completed, but definitely appreciate his responsiveness and going the extra mile to make things right.

I’ll go into detail below, but at the end of the day wouldn’t have gone with them knowing what I know now.

I received multiple quotes, Dynamic missed the appointment and ended up calling me and having pics sent. They took time to explain some things to me and later beat a better offer. I was hesitant to go with them because of the high pressure they put (“We need payment within 24 hours”), especially since they subsequently went dark for over a week, but figured it was because they’ve been taken advantage of so I gave the benefit of the doubt, and they had all five star reviews. We came to an “out the door” agreement price. We scheduled a day to install. At 7:45 pm the night before my scheduled work they called trying to get another $400-600 added onto the price. I reminded them that we had an out the door agreement. Day of I reminded them that I had to leave at 3 pm to go to work (my brother was coming to hang when I left), which I had told them when we scheduled. At 2:57 pm, as I was walking out the door they said they needed to get a whole new product for the electrician so it was either $500 for me or $1200 for them to do it - I was walking out the door, and they refused to honor the out the door agreement saying they’d do it for $1000. I came home after work and the electrician was finishing up (around 9 pm). I asked the electrician about the extra product and they said they didn’t have to do that and that “sometimes people don’t know what they’re talking about. We used your unit and it worked perfectly fine.” Next day invoice included the additional $1000, I asked for that to be removed and was told the electricians charged them (remember the electrician told me they didn’t). I asked if I could see the electrician’s bill and they, no joke, laughed and said no. I was also lied to on some other things but won’t get into due to the length of this already (ie I was told I was talking with the owner when we made the out the door agreement price, then a month later that same individual made reference to the owner…). I paid the invoice late morning the day after the work was completed, but was constantly called asking for money (yes, after it was paid) throughout the day. Later discovered technicians didn’t seal the side of the unit inside so I was wasting money heating the closet all winter long…

At the end of the day I ended up paying what competitor’s estimates were, my “out the door” agreement was not honored, I was lied to on multiple things, and communication was poor unless they were trying to get payment even though I made payment the morning I received the invoice. Maybe it’s a one time spoof, but figured I’d share my experience. Three stars is more than fair based on my experience.

Josh with Dynamic was on time and very thorough. He ran a diagnostic of our whole heating and cooling system. He worked quickly, checking all parameters then reset our heatpump so our system is now running optimally.

Zach and his colleague just came to my home to take a look at an AC problem we have been having. They were both very helpful gentlemen and quickly solved the issue. The work was very efficient. These guys were easy to get a hold of and schedule an appointment with.

Heat pump and furnace installation. The crew was prompt, friendly and professional. All completed in one day.

So happy we had our Mitsubishi heating and air conditioner system installed by Dynamic services 2 years ago. We have their technicians service it every year, just call them up and they get the technician out within a week. Their entire staff are professional and knowledgeable from installation to follow up service. Super good customer service.

My furnace decided to go out on Jan. 31 and I went 11 days without heat during one of our coldest February's! Dynamic came in, and got me the quickest turn around to get me a heat pump! Their pricing was the best compared to 4 different quotes, but the service from Jordan, Caleb, Cory and was beyond compare!! As a real estate agent, I need a great contactor and I'm so happy to add Dynamic to my team to recommended to my future clients. Professionalism, efficiency, transparency and honesty are huge traits for me and they exceeded my expectations!

We just had our furnace and heat pump installed yesterday. We are very impressed with all the work they did. Jordan provided our estimate and he was very helpful and answered my questions. He kept in touch until my installation was scheduled to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered. Karl the owner was AWESOME to deal with, he made things happened and kept his word and was also very friendly! Corey, Brad and the rest of the team were all amazing! They were friendly, polite and very respectful of our home and their work area. They kept the areas clean and they all worked together well as a team. Their prices were far better than other companies. WE DEFINITELY recommend using Dynamic Services for your HVAC needs.

My experience with Carl and his team at Dynamic Services was incredible from the moment I put a request out for an estimate all the way to the finished product.
I was notified within an hour of my request to set a time to come give an estimate. They showed up early for the appointment after confirming that was alright.
Once we approved the estimate, it was 9 days later I was able to be scheduled for installation.
I will confirm that this Heat Pump is quieter than my box fan on the floor. Win! Win!
The installation experience was fantastic. The electrician showed up first and planned his work and got started. Carl showed up next to confirm the location as discussed with us. Then the team showed up. Along with the project manager.
4 men, all having a job to do. It was SO organized and efficient. A great team for sure. The cleanup was incredible. Aside from my house being cooler, you wouldn't know they were here!
There was some ducting work under the house that needed attention that the previous HVAC company wouldn't return to fix. This team took care of it for me. Communicating the entire way.
At the end of the day, training for the unit, the new gauge on the wall, and answering all our questions was done with professionalism.
