William did a great job servicing our HVAC system. He wasn’t pushy at all, explained the dirty fans clearly, and walked me through what to expect for future maintenance. He also provided higher quality filter that will last much longer than the ones we’d been using. Excellent customer service overall.

We were very impressed by the services we received from Pacific. Nathan was great and extremely knowledgeable. We recently switched our care and maintenance over from Hunt’s and it has been WELL worth it. Our technicians from Pacific spent at least triple the amount of time checking our systems as the people from Hunts, Nathan and his team were far more professional, and they clearly listened to our concerns and addressed them. We are glad to be a part of Pacific’s maintenance program, and have been very impressed with their services.

We had our 6 month service on our furnace/ac system. Timothy from Pacific Heating and Cooling performed it and did a fantastic job. He was on time and was done on time. We had the 1:00-3:00 time slot. I had questions and he answered them all. Very professional!!
They installed our system about 5 years ago and have done the maintenance ever since.

Christian was very informative knew what he was doing. He was very well spoken. He explained everything he didn’t mind me watching him. He was quick to find the issue And resolve it I will definitely recommend this company, especially Christian. I called several companies before I looked on my furnace and saw that they had installed it. I called them they picked up, which was surprising because it’s a Saturday and they sent somebody out immediately. I did not expect that they are affordable and didn’t try to price gouge me because it was the weekend which shows what kind of company they are highly recommended and if you can request, a tech Christian was amazing.

Brandon very friendly band knowledgeable. Fortunately our leak was fixed and did an annual maintenance program so I don’t have to worry about about maintenance. Talked about long term longevity of the furnace and cost to replace it.

Service was great and the technician (Jess) was clearly experienced and knowledgeable. We’ve had nothing but stellar service since having the entire system installed several years ago!

We just had a complete HVAC and water heater installation done on our 1970s home — a house that had absolutely no existing AC setup and needed everything brought up to modern code. They did complete retrofit in 2.5 days! Permits and all. The most amazing part was not one corner was cut during the whole process.

From the start, the crew they sent out was phenomenal. Not once did we have any thing stressful or negative happen.

Sean and Aleck helped us figure out what we needed, talked us through our options, answered every question we had, and made sure someone came out same day to help. They were genuinely amazing to work with. Honestly they set a great tone on what to expect from the company.

Tony handled the planning, figured out what would actually work in our space, and walked us through the costs clearly and thoroughly. He made sure we understood everything, never rushing us. Most of all he listened to every concern we had. He handled everything personally and made the whole process feel surprisingly smooth. Not once did he pressure us into anything we didn't want. It was a great experience to have him in our home.

From there, Jason, Cameron N., and Brent W. took on the installation. All three of them working 13 straight hours so we'd have no real lapse with heat and hot water. Every one of them was beyond professional and friendly. Most of all polite with our space, and extremely courteous. We couldn't have had a better experience. The work they did was honestly exceptional, their eye for detail was above and beyond trade standards.

The work itself is genuinely beautiful — clean ductwork, smart digital systems, everything installed with care. You can tell all of them take pride in what they do. It sounds silly to say but the systems they installed are gorgeous.

We highly recommend not only Pacifica Heating and Cooling, but each person we got to work with throughout the process. They are all true paragons of their trade. The service we had genuinely makes the price worth it.

The team that installed my furnace and AC unit was great. Justin and Yevgeniy were very helpful and spoke to me in layman’s terms to help me understand the problems, process, and how to use all parts of the new install. Justin came by to check on the job and was very communicative and polite. The team was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable during the whole process.

Benicio was fantastic! I just purchased my home and he completed my initial HVAC maintenance. He provided a very thorough inspection report and took the time to explain everything clearly. Matt Storset was the best tech we have ever had. Confirmed the diagnosis quickly, answered all my questions, and installed the new thermostat very quickly. It works GREAT and the issues were solved. He was also great to chat with about Jordan’s, BMX, and the good ole days. Hope we get to work with him again.

Yev, Jareth, and Aaron were my installers and they did an excellent job installing my new gas furnace and AC unit. They arrived on time and were very professional throughout. After the installation was complete, Yev did a great job explaining the components of the new systems, how to operate both systems, and ways to maintain both systems.
