We had a great experience working with Summit! In fact, we called them because the first company we called was flaky. They were on time and did a great job with our install. Highly recommended!!

I called the company, the person on the phone was very helpful I was given a quote and a furnace maintenance service appointment for a week later

the appoinment day came, I received a text from the company with the remainder and another one when the tech was on his way, He arrived was pretty easy forward explained the steps did his work and offered other services the company does for future references like water heater, electrical etc etc.
that was pretty much it, I'm very pleased with the company and would use their services again if I need them. Thank you very much Summit Heating & Air conditioning Team you guys Rock!

The technician was on time, did an excellent job servicing our HVAC units, which are now operating flawlessly and with much more efficiency. The price we paid was the price we were quoted, and without any attempt to up-sell us on any additional parts or services. BRAVO!

Summit bait and switched us 10 months ago and installed an 80% efficiency furnace after telling us they were going to install a 90+% efficiency. They told me they would make the situation right by giving us some filters and they would come out to install them when needed. It is time for a new filter and they state they have no record of saying they would come out to install. Dont trust anything these people tell you.

Jeremy came out to give us a quote to install air conditioning. He was very knowledgeable, and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. Very kind courteous. When we get ready to install, he would be the reason we choose Summit Heating and air conditioning.

We decided to hire Summit for our heat pump. Athena did a great job in explaining our options. She was clear and really listened to what we needed. We are scheduled for installation next week .

All technicians were very knowledgeable about their duties and carried them out in a professional manner. After the job was finished, they did their clean up, did a walk around with me, and familiarized me with my new system. It has been a good experience dealing with Summit Heating and Air Conditioning.

Our heater went out in our home. The gentleman that came to talk to us was very thorough and fair. No pressure at all. We got a fine unit that works like a dream. He even dropped off a couple heaters due to not being able to fix it that day. Thank you so much! You all are wonderful!

My furnace went out at the absolute worst time; right when my family got back from a trip to Hawai’i. Doesn’t help that my 2 year old was complaining about being cold. I called around for a few quotes, and was pleased with Summit’s, which was in the middle of the pack. They educated me on what system was best given my budget, and installed it within the week. It was a job well done, and much quicker than I expected. They even answered my follow up call after the job was done. 10/10, highly recommended; although I hope I never have to replace my furnace again!

Mario and his crew were very professional, kept their area very clean, removed any signs of them being there when they were finished and completed the install faster than they anticipated. They walked us through all of the upgrades and changes and made sure we were knowledgeable and comfortable before they left. Very nice guys.

Red was awesome! Super friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He let me know about best practices when it comes to maintenance with our new ductless mini split and daily use. Would definitely recommend Summit and Red’s services!

I recently needed to obtain a quote for a heater and air conditioner replacement for my older home. I found their prices competitive along with staff and technicians to be highly professional and responsive to all my questions and concerns. My initial contact was with the receptionist Karen Hornsby who was extremely considerate to my needs.

Red did a great job. He was a nice guy and was knowledgeable. Took the time to explain what he was doing and was able to make some suggestions on some regular cleaning methods we could use in between our Yearly services. Would definitely use Summit again if Red was the technician.

Overall we were happy with the installation of our AC and furnace. We did have to wait an awfully long time which was upsetting because we had ordered it and had an installation date set up and that was postponed. They also vented it out our back door and that set up is not acceptable. Because it’s very noticeable and drips on you when you walk out the door. But overall we are very satisfied with our unit.

Summit came out promptly for a quote for our minisplit Heat Pump. While they weren't the lowest of the quotes we received, we were blown away by their thorough analysis of our space in determining the BTUs we needed and their clear expertise from years of experience in the business. Athena answered all of our questions promptly and was responsive as we went back and forth on the details of the project and quote.

Once we locked everything, they were able to get us an install date about 2-3 weeks later. The techs arrived promptly in the morning both days and were courteous and clean. They did a phenomenal job installing the units inside and the condenser outside. They had to run the linehide around the whole back of the house and were sure to make it blend with the house exterior as best they could.

Towards the end of the install, electricians showed up to quickly get the unit hooked up. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves which was much appreciated.

They took the time to review the unit operations with us before leaving. They instructed us on how to use the units, common pitfalls and issues that can arise so we know what to look out for, and what not to do that could damage the units. They walked us through the work on the exterior of the house as well and spent the time answering our questions even though it was getting late in the day.

The team - Jason, Sam, and Chris, did a professional job at the install, they were all courteous, they arrived early, walked us through the process and ensured the system worked properly and we wouldn’t have any issue with it. Did a great job cleaning up. Would recommend this local company to anyone needing AC installed.

I absolutely loved our experience with Athena. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, but she spoke to me like an equal instead of being patronizing (which I think happens frequently in this business). I would highly recommend her and the team for furnace and a/c questions. I learned so much and think she provided excellent options.

I can’t say enough good things about this company! I had a AC unit installed due to my house I had a couple hiccups and they been out first thing every time and the time the technician’s take to resolve the problem is just amazing! I had to get some new filters my house had the wrong size they even dropped them off when they were in the area. I just can’t stress enough how good of hands you are in with the company!! Literally the receptionist takes the time to make sure your taken care of! The price was good but the service from this company is priceless! If you want the best I highly recommend this company!

Since having our HVAC installed we have NOT been happy with the performance of the AC or heater. In the summer when it got in the high 80's the ac did not cool down lower than mid 70's even with the thermostat set at 60. We had them out to adjust the rooms to see if that would help. It didn't. Then winter hit and temps dropped so low the heater didn't didn't get up over low 60's so we called them out again and they thought maybe the drip line got ice frozen in it. So we called them out again to open all the ducts wide open. That didn't help either. We had are having to use our gas fire place to supplement the heat in the main living areas. So now here we are a year later and waiting for them to come out to do a yearly service on it and we wonder what they will find to make this $25000.00 purchase worth it.

The installers were great guys. Friendly stayed on task and cleaned up after any mess that was made. I would recommend them. Only issue was a scheduling mistake. so make sure to get any scheduled dates and time in the estimate. But they said they would take care of us for that as well.

Great service and very responsive. We had furnace go out in a rental house. Initially, had a Summit technician try to repair it repair price brought in question of having furnace replaced being a better value. Had salesperson contact me later that day and through describing old furnace and pictures taken by the technician he identified comparable replacement and quoted me a price. Installation occurred the next day. Great service and responsiveness!

We requested a consultation with Summit on the installation of a heat pump at our residence. Athena came to meet with us. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the systems we might install. She discussed with us our wants and needs, and presented two options that would be useful for us. Good analysis of our physical situation. I would recommend her and Summit for consultation on this kind of matter. We have not decided what to do.
